Sorry if this is long but u really need to read this before you commit to a booking in this hostel. So I stayed in this hostel for 4 nights, and on the first night I arrived very late so I just slept but the AC was not working well and I slept in a very hot room, the second night was the same also, very bad AC, but in the afternoon I found them sending me a message to change the room because of bad AC. I was happy about that but i had to go back at night and transfer all my stuff from one room to the other which was hard with everyone sleeping. On the 3rd night in the new room I found BED BUGS on my bed. I made sure to take photos and pictures and went to the reception in the middle of the night very tired and showed him and he asked me to send an email with the pictures and video and I did, and he gave me the keys to another room to sleep the night. In the morning no one said anything and no reply to my email or an apology or anything. The worst part was when I was sleeping on the 4th night( because it would have been very hard to move my stuff on the last night so I stayed the last night) but i just could not sleep anymore I was feeling that the bugs where in my stuff or on me and I send and email to them asking for a compensation or even they could have replied with an apology but still, no Reply!!! I had to go clean all my stuff in the laundry( which cost a lot) and I spent the rest of my trip which was for another 10 days being paranoid and still finding bed bug bites on me..it was HORRIBLE!! It was horrible experience all the way. From a not so helpful receptionist on the first night to finding bed bugs and bug bites all over my body after.

Stayed here with two reservations, so will write also second time how bad it is, just for people to know and maybe aware bookings.com. I woke up with red, itchy bites on my neck – likely from bed bugs. That alone should be a serious warning. On top of that, they tell you not to eat in the room because they’re also dealing with cockroaches. It’s clear hygiene is a major issue. In the bathroom, there was a very strong chlorine smell – and usually, such a strong smell appears not because of the chlorine itself, there’s just a high amount of bacteria. Also, be aware: there is no safe or guaranteed parking. Booking.com should make this clear. Parking is just on the street if you find a spot, and there’s only space for a few cars. We came late and of course did not find space for car. Very disappointing stay – I wouldn’t recommend this place.

First review after so many reservations, but i have to.. I stayed here and had a really bad experience. After just one night, I woke up with red, itchy bites on my neck – likely from bed bugs. On top of that, they tell you not to eat in the room because they’re also dealing with cockroaches. It’s clear hygiene is a major issue. Also, be aware: there is no safe or guaranteed parking, although filter says otherwise , we got tricked. Booking.com should make this clear and remove filter for them free parking. Parking is just on the street if you find a spot, and there’s only space for a few cars. Very disappointing stay – I wouldn’t recommend this place

Comfy beds with sheets to hang up for privacy, but ended up with tons of bites through the night (not sure if mosquitos or bed bugs). Good pressure in showers with some soap, showers flood so hang clothes on hooks when showering. EU plug doesn’t fit so bring Italian adaptor, can also rent these from the office. No atmosphere, mainly old guys in the rooms. Nice enough and safe to stay, but quite grim and bites are horrendous.

It's a good hostel, I would stay here again. I never got bitten by bed bugs, but did get bitten by mosquitos since the window was left open at night - our fault. Clean beds and very comfy! Bathroom was clean, and the toilets are okay. No kitchen to cook, but there is a fridge. Cheap vending machine too. Location convenient to train line, Lidl, and cafes/restaurants. Staff were nice enough to let me in after hours when I came too early from a bus.

BEDBUGS. When I first got into my room I saw one, but didn't identify it as a bedbug. I didn't know they got this large. I stayed for a few days until I realised, my bites were from bedbugs. As I told the problem to the reception and asked what to do now, I was told to wait a couple of hours until someone would look at the room. Then I got a new bed in a new room. To my concern that I would transfer the bugs, the staff just told me, I'd get a refund if there were bugs in the new room. There were and I got bitten so much. But I only told the staff after I was able to get a new accomodation, which was after check-out-time. So I would only get the day refunded that I didn't stay longer, not one of the past nights, no reduced price for the inconvenience. The way this problem was dealt with and also the fact none of the staff were surprised, plus that the bugs were in both rooms and several beds, makes me think bedbugs are common in this hostel.

Honestly the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed at. Got there and my bed wasn’t made, but the one guy at the front desk was nice and made it up. But that night my body got absolutely covered with BED BUG bites head to toe. They switched out my bed for the next night, but no sort of apology or anything. Almost like they weren’t surprised. My brother stayed in a separate room and he also got bit by bed bugs. Would not recommend to anybody. Disgusting

I stayed for 2 weeks, it was the cheapest out there. Sep 8-15 cost me 18.6/night. Sep 15-22 cost me 22.33/night. The only issue was in the last couple of days my bed was infested with bedbugs.

Our stay was amazing. The personal was super helpful and patient. I was so happy for their opened mind and politeness. They help us with tickets, even they offered us to print it for free. Gave us ideas for what to eat and see. Guided us and made feel like home. My bed was perfectly clean and fresh to use. I enjoyed my night because we had great companions and the climatisation worked perfectly. Absolutely no bed bugs occured (as you can read in other references).

Nice, clean! (No issue with bedbugs, if you read the other reviews. The receptionist told me that they treat local problems seriously (call the exterminator) and I believe him). Everything looked and smelled nice and clean. Huge locker with an electronic lock supplied. Good AC. Shower clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my night there and will happily come back. No kitchen :/ but there's tables to sit, and a common fridge.

- out of city center, kind of a dangerous location at night, wouldn't recommend for sollo travel, - people are very loud at night slaming doors, talking and dragging chairs in the common room, - the room was fine, big enough, the bed is uncomfortable and i couldn't sleep because i was so scared of bed bugs mentioned in other reviews, - staff is kind of rude - okay for one night or emergency stay but other than that look elsewhere!!

This is the WORST hostel I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to over 40 hostels around Europe. I booked me and my friend a night at this called hostel, I woke up at around 1am feeling very itchy, thought maybe mosquitoes or something to get surprised that my friend is awake and standing in the middle of the room. We both were attacked by bed bugs!!! I tried sleeping on the floor bur no luck, so I had to check out around 3 am to sleep at the airpoirt! And the guy at reception seemed used to this!!!!

Worst hostel ever. Arrived for one night, couldn’t stay for more than 3 hours due to bed bugs everywhere. Spent the night in airport instead. Location also is very far away. Train passes every now and then making it very hard to sleep plus bed bugs. Spare a fee more euros and book in any other hostel when in Milan.

There are small insects (bedbug) , they must do disinfection . I put the photos of me that shows a small insects on the bed bited me and I wanted from reception to change my room and they didn't change, they didn't even change the bed sheets. I claim a refund !!

If you can pay the extra £50 a get yourself a clean Airbnb apartment. We got bedbugs even in our separate room, horrible experience, honestly regret trying to save money on a hotel or Airbnb. I guess we learn and move forward.

This is absolutely the worst hostel I have ever been to! Woke up super itchy in the middle of the night and I naively thought it was mosquito bites. Fast forward one hour when I checkee the sheets found a bedbug and realised I'd been bitten all over. The only decent employee there put me in a new room... but the new room had bed bugs too! I spoke to the manager in the morning only for them to accuse me of being the cause. Paid $35 euros to launder everything... shouldve gone to another place!

The common area was not nice. There a lot of solo male travelers that I didn't like the look of (or the way looked at me). Also the area seemed very silent and dodgy during evening after 22 o'clock. I walked there from Milano Lambrate and didn't have any problems but still.

By far the worst hostel I have ever stayed at. It was filled with sketchy creepy men and felt very unsafe. It was overall very dirty (bed bugs) with bad facilities that made me get locked in the bathroom for 30 minutes. Do NOT stay here pay the extra euro and stay anywhere else

Honestly horrible, this place is full of loud crackheads. The garden that closes around 22:30 never closed so you bearly could sleep bc if the noise of the junks. We weren’t able to charge in our room so we had to in the living area, where the drug’s and needles were just laying around, my boyfriend did not allow me alone in that space, he would go downstairs to charge our stuff. When arriving we had dirty sheets, they did came to change immediately. No bed bugs luckily in the private rooms

Just a basic place to just get some rest. Nothing really attractive about the location though it's close to the railway station that can put you in minutes everywhere you need to be.. the common area is very basic, no kitchen. Though others complained about the staff, (they were friendly and helpful) and bedbugs, I didn't fond any. The rooms were too small, they couldn't have put any more bunk beds and in the 2 days there, never showed up to clean the room, ao dirty.

BED BUGS! They were really nice and paid to clean my stuff but it was a nightmare and 3 other people stayed there found them also! It was great hostel but not worth getting bed bugs… the manager said she knows about them and is trying to get rid of them which is really tough

I noticed some other people who said this place had bedbugs but i personally did not see any. My room as well as the bathrooms and sheets were clean as a whistle. Environment was good. Although one minor problem, my bed was missing a light. Otherwise nothing really to note. The lockers under the bed were unique and secure, plenty of room to store your stuff.

Highly recommend staying elsewhere. This is an overpriced, filthy hostel. Many of the rooms had bed bugs, confirmed by multiple people we met at the hostel. All the staff except 1 were, indifferent at best, and rude at worst.

This property has bed bugs. We went as a three and all three of us have left with more than 10 bites. As well as this we were asked to leave our room for a whole day so they could do ‘maintenance’ works. We think this is unfair as we have paid for a room and believe we should be allowed to be there all the time.

The hostel was discusting. Everyone in our room was bitten by bedbugs, we even saw live ones. There was tones of them. The room was also dirty. When we told the reception, the guy was so rude and didn’t care at all. They said that we would get a refund for the 2 nights we had left there as we didnt want to stay but refuse to partly refund the night we were there and got bitten. I still didnt get my refund to this day. Worst hostel i’ve ever stayed in. Horrible staff and full of BEDBUGS. AVOID!!

This is by far the worst hostel I've ever visited for me waking up at 6am to bites all over my body and having bed bugs crawl on my wall wasn't ideal. Upon asking the staff about it they explained they knew of this problem which is wrong on many levels, they moved me to another room and before I unpacked i checked for bugs and to my surprise there were even more, I spent my only day in in the shower washing out bed bugs from my clothes, who knows if my bags infested. The staff was no help!!!!!!!

The bathroom was awful, the shower made everything wet outside of the showercabin, so all my clothes were soaked after showering. There was some mold in the bathroom as well. They had bedbugs which is really nasty. Some of the facilities like the bar and breakfast weren’t even open! It would’ve been nice to have been notified of that. Overall not a pleasant experience. Wouldn’t recommend it to any body.
