- Worse stay ever Bad stinky rooms Shaky toilet Ice cold water in winter Rats in the room Disturbance all night The owner is just a sweet talker telling a bunch of lies Stay away from this place It was the only bad experience in beautiful Kashmir .

- Houseboat not like that..... Jaisa photo mein dikhate ho waisa kuch bhi nahi tha isme.... Isse acha kahi jhopdi mein ruk jao.... Stay Cancel krke mjhe New White House mein stay karna pda... Very Poor Houseboat No Facilities no cleaning.... Very Bad Experience first time.

- Everything. The staff. The cleanliness. The rooms were totally opposite to what it was expected to be. Blankets were not clean. Even the toilet was not flushed. Just imagine. Worst experience.

- Houseboat facilities so bad. I suggest never choose houseboat, hotel batter option. If you late after 8pm so boat staff will charge you. For cross the Lake.
