+ 시설이 노후되었지먄, 청결에 신경을 많이 씀.
- 개선점이라기 보다… 가족여행엔 적합한 숙소가 아님. 빌라의 형태가 아니고 그냥 게스트하우스의 여러방을 숙박하는 형태이고 거실은 따로 없고 방으로 올라다니는 계단은 외부라서 비가오면 계단이 젖고.. 벌레들도 먆았음. 주방은 주인분들이 사용하시는 곳을 같이 사용하도록되어있음.결론은 친구나 커플들이 숙박하고 숙소에 큰비중을 두지 않는 가성비있는 곳을 찾으신다면 괜찮은곳.

+ It is a very comfortable villa if you are staying as a group. Value for money is excellent and support and help from Kiet was amazing, both before our arrival but also during our stay
- The location is not so convenient if you want to visit the old part of Hoi An, however, it is easy to move around with taxi
+ The hosts are wonderfully kind and considerate. We stayed in a large room with two very big beds, we only needed one, which gave us 2 good nights sleep. We had a wonderful surprise on the first night,being invited to a family meal.
- Our shower area was ready for some attention.

+ Posizione bellissima in riva al fiume, fuori dal caos del centro. La stanza è spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort. Il letto è di una comodità mai provata prima. Le biciclette in dotazione funzionano molto bene e la colazione è squisita.
- Abbiamo avuto la sfortuna di soggiornare con una coppia di ragazzi che amava impossessarsi della piscina, invitando tutti i bambini del quartiere. Cosa graziosissima quando succede una volta. Non ogni sera (4notti passate in questo albergo) alla stessa ora che ti rendono impossibile usare la piscina a tua volta. Ci sarebbe piaciuto usufruire della piscina e di più degli spazi comuni, ma non è stato possibile.
+ Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Kiet qui nous a accueilli avec une extrême gentillesse. Il adore son métier et partager avec ses clients.il nous a donné plein de bons conseils pour nos visites.Il organise régulièrement un dîner partagé qui permet d'échanger et de mieux connaître la vie des vietnamiens . Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie confortable , La piscine agréable . Pour quelques dong (2 euros ) vous avez un grab qui vous amène à la vieille ville de Hoi An .
+ 非常喜歡獨棟民宿的氛圍 溫馨 且有 獨特性
+ It is a lovely place, owned by a very nice family, surrounded by garden and palm trees. They did everything they can to make us feel comfortable. The room was pretty big and full of light. The owner spoke really good English and helped us with everything, renting a scooter, laundry and even pick up when we left. The breakfast was delicious.
- They need to do some repairs in the room and ventilated because it was a little bit smelly. The location was a bit too far for us from the old city.

It is a homestay, very familiar and extremely neat and attentive Owner. The location is very quiet (that we were looking for) and yet we were in the Altstadt in 15min by bicycles. Breakfast was always prepared just in time. We had a Room on the 2nd floor with Balcony. ./.

+ Kiet and family were very kind and lovely people. This place is cosey with nice little pool. Food is good, bed comfy overall highly recommend.
- Not a problem as we knew before staying, but is some distance from old town. Sometimes hard to get grab car, always managed though. Grab bikes easier and more responsive.

+ Lovely quiet property on cam nam island with genuinely welcoming hosts who were very responsive and happy to help with any requests no matter how small. Bicycles available to easily reach Hoi An through back roads. Relaxing retreat after the noise and bustle of town and delicious breakfast each morning.
- Nothing- our family’s stay here was just what we were looking for.

+ Kiêt’s family is dedicated to giving their guests the best, most peaceful experience. All guests were invited to a fine family meal, free of charge, the evening we arrived. Kiêt’s kind older sister is in charge of breakfasts. Coffee is instant, otherwise it’s all good. When a Grab car cancelled for a trip to a restaurant, Kiet generously drove us in his own car. The quiet river island location (small town to small holdings) was well outside overcrowded Hoi An. That suited us perfectly. We arranged a Grab driver to Hoi An city centre, a brief visit at 0630 on Sunday, when there were people but no crowds. There are bicycles to use, free of charge. One of our Sunday strolls took us past the tipsy conclusion of a wedding celebration. We were warmly invited to join in beer and karaoke.
- Kiêt’s airport driver was unavailable: a friend of a friend drove. He was 15 minutes late, then drove to the centre of Hoi An, left us several minutes to pick up someone’s tailoring parcel. His tiny Hyundai i10 ‘Grand’ sedan 92A 082 58 was a Grab car. I have driven in 11 countries. This man’s reckless speeding & cutting in particularly endangered motorcyclists. When he drove holding or fiddling with his phone in left hand, while changing gear with right hand, zero hands were on the steering wheel. Yes, we got to the boarding gate at Da Nang airport exactly at boarding time, but our stressful experience was opposite to Kiêt’s tranquil homestay. Kiet apologised; he acted in good faith. I hope nobody else has similar experience

+ We liked everything about Riverside Hamlet Homestay. The staff were so welcoming. The location is fabulous - away from the madding tourist crowds! :-). Breakfast each day was a delight. And they even invite all their guests to a home cooked banquet once a week - so it’s worth being there even just for that!

+ Moc krásné ubytování, pohodlná postel a hezký výhled z balkonů. Moc jsme si užili, že bylo ubytování na klidném místě u řeky, celá rodina byla velmi příjemná a nápomocná.
+ Vielen Dank an Kiet und seine Familie. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Alle sind sehr aufmerksam. Kiet hat sehr viel für uns organisiert. Jeden Tag konnten wir den Zimmerservice nutzen falls wir es gewünscht hätten und wir haben Wasser erhalten sowie ein leckeres Frühstück. Am Abreisetag haben wir sogar unser Frühstück to go bekommen. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig auf einer Insel und mit Fahrrad oder zu Fuß ist alles relativ schnell zu erreichen.
