- -Habitación con olor a cigarrillo impregnado hasta en las cobijas. -Sin calefacción. - Al llegar al lugar pedi que me regalen un vaso de agua y me indicaron que no tenia entonces pedi que me venda una botella de agua y me indicaron que tampoco tenia nada de tomar y necesitaba agua para mi madre de 75 años para que tome sus pastillas. - las habitaciones bastabtes frias. - el agua caliente en la ducha solo hay en ciertas horas del dia

- I am going to keep this short.... Don't stay here! It's a SCAM! 1."The Jacuzzi" doesn't even work, and there isn't enough hot water to fill it, let alone two people take a shower. 2. When we complained about spending extra on a room with a Jacuzzi, that isn't useful we got no help, or money back. 3. My wife forgot her Apple air pods in the hotel. GPS says it is still there and we went back multiple times to retrieve them. They said the owner will meet us at "said time and day" but he wouldn't be there and the staff asked us to come back. After the 3rd time, we knew we were never going to get them back and the owner had no intention of giving anything back, money or air pods. 4. Never enough breakfast 5. Wifi doesn't work. 6. Feels insecure. They put rocks to leave the doors open so staff can easily come and go leaving it open to the outside for others to enter. DON'T STAY HERE!!!

- Very bad hotel, do not stay there. We feel cheated. We booked rooms of 25m², but we got miniature rooms which, even with bathrooms, were at most half of that size. We had to keep some of our bags and belongings under the beds (you can only dream of the wardrobe or other place for your bag). The staff misled us several times about the availability of bigger rooms and the possibility of resolving the issue with the manager (they arranged a meeting for us just before our departure, but the manager did not show up so that we could not resolve anything). The rooms were very old (photos are misleading) and incredibly damp - dry clothes and other items that we kept outside our bags were damp after a few hours, even though we were there during the dry season. The only positive aspect is the tasty breakfast, but don't count on a breakfast box, which is absurd considering that most of your time in Cusco is spent on tours that start very early, several hours before breakfast at the hotel. The price seems favorable, but it is not for such a place. Avoid this place!!!

+ Las vistas y el verdor de la vegetación que tenía

- No tenía ascensor, para subir tus maletas tenías que ir por escalones empedrados irregulares y a una altura muy muy elevada, solo podías llevar una maleta pequeña, una grande es imposible, no te ayudan a subirlas, no hay calefacción, en la ducha tenía en el techo setas, pedí una habitación triple para 3 personas y los dieron una habitación con dos camas una de matrimonio y una para una persona, me tocó dormir con un amigo, no podían cambiarme de habitación porque no tenían personal para atender el cambio, somos tres personas y nos dieron dos toallas de ducha, el agua caliente tenía un horario al que poder ducharte con agua caliente, para ir a la habitación te daban 3 llaves, tenías que pasar por tres puertas diferentes, estando en la recepción un cliente se quejó porque la habitación estaba sucia y sin toallas ni jabón, el mobiliario muy muy escaso y antiguo, olía mucho a humedad, en el desayuno no estaba una persona mirando si faltaba algo, tenías que pedir, servilletas, leche. Wifi solo llega si estás en la zona, en la habitación no llega nada. La vegetación no tenía un mantenimiento adecuado, te rizabas con ramas para subir a la habitación. En general bastante descuidado.

+ Buenas vistas desde el hotel ya que tiene buena panorámica

- Llegamos con muchas maletas y nos asignaron la habitación en la parte más alta del hotel. Al entrar en la habitación hacia mal olor (pis). Como dejábamos las maletas e íbamos directos a cenar pedimos un secador y a la vuelta nos lo darían. Sin embargo, no había ninguno disponible ya que únicamente tienen 2 en el hotel (tienen más de 46 habitaciones). Cuando entramos en la habitación de nuevo no se podía estar porque el olor era más intenso. Se lo dijimos al encargado y confirmo dicho olor. El mismo comentaba que no podía cambiarnos y tras más de una hora conversando y solicitándole la hoja de reclamaciones se tomó la molestia de revisar habitaciones libres. Nos cambiaron a otra donde hacía mucha humedad y el techo estaba negro (humedad). Ese mismo empleado no finalizó la hoja de reclamaciones manifestando que lo tenía que hacer su jefe, el cual entraba a las 6 de la mañana. Al día siguiente hablamos con el jefe, el cual manifestaba que la había rellenado pero se negaba a enseñarnos y a darnos una copia. Tras insistirle no la había rellenado y ante la salida en bus no pudimos entregarla en ningún sitio ni revisarla. Decepcionante el trato y las instalaciones.

+ Somente o Staff do "hotel" se salva. De resto não recomendo a ninguém.

- Acesso absurdamente complicado. Para chegar nas acomodações escadarias intermináveis de pedra e sem nenhuma segurança. Ainda complicado por causa do ar rarefeito. Infelizmente as Fotos no BOOKING das acomodações não refletem a realidade. Ate o banheiro do quartos tem escadas. Não existe aquecimento no quarto. Frio de congelar não deixa ninguém dormir. Até para conseguir cobertor extra não é fácil. 50% dos dias o café acabava a reposição antes do horário estabelecido.

- Todo. No hay agua caliente, el lugar es sucio, hay balones de gas a la intemperie al costado de las habitaciones, las puertas y ventanas dejan colar el frío de la noche por estar descuadradas, las frazadas tienen hueco....

+ Beautiful place in the middle of ancient cobble stone streets, tiny cafés and little shops. I really recommend to stay here! The view across the old town is amazing and visible from almost every room (and from the breakfast table).

- The checkout time is a bit early in my opinion, but it's possible to keep luggage in a storage room, if you travel later.

+ El lugar es muy bonito, con vegetacion y muy bonitos acabados

- Todo estuvo perfecto

- Todo bajo en el último día .. no había energía y las escaleras son altas, por lo tanto bajar de noche sin luz son un peligro ..había una única luz de mercancía a mitad del.camino que no alcanzaba a lunonar todo ..

+ La atención del personal, las habitaciones que tiene un vista increibles de cusco y los servicios

+ Mi estadía en el hotel fue mágica, el personal fue muy atento y siempre prestó a ayudar, el hotel cuenta con bastantes espacios al aire libre donde vives una experiencia de naturaleza y tranquilidad, tiene hermosas vistas a la ciudad, y el desayuno superó mis expectativas, lo sirven de manera buffet siempre variado y delicioso, el personal de cafetería siempre atentas a reponer los alimentos. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca a miradores como san Cristóbal y San Blas, super recomendado si deseas vivir una experiencia de tranquilidad, aventura y naturaleza. Definitivamente volveré.

+ Tuve una muy buena estadía en el hotel. Desde el primer momento, el personal mostró una atención cálida y respetuosa, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y a resolver cualquier duda. Esa amabilidad hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más acogedora. La habitación estaba limpia, ordenada y ofrecía la tranquilidad perfecta para descansar. El ambiente del hotel es silencioso y transmite mucha paz, lo que permitió relajarme por completo. Además, su ubicación hace que sea fácil apreciar la naturaleza, respirar aire puro y disfrutar de un entorno bonito y calmado.El desayuno fue uno de los puntos más destacados: variado, bien servido y con productos frescos. Todo estaba preparado con cuidado, y el personal del comedor fue especialmente atento, siempre pendientes de brindar un buen servicio. En general, mi estadía fue muy agradable. Es un lugar ideal para quienes buscan descanso, buena atención y conexión con la naturaleza. Definitivamente recomendaría este hotel y volvería sin dudarlo.

+ Die Aussicht war einfach wunderschön. Ausblick über Cusco. Ausstattung war alles da was wir benötigten, auch ein kleine Extra Heizung für kältere Nächte. Wir haben uns da sehr wohlgefühlt und abends schön entspannen können. Man sollte aber fit sein, den man muss sehr viele Stufen (über 100) laufen, wenn man die schöne Aussicht sehen will. Frühstück Buffet war zwar nicht viel, aber zum ausreichend. Sehr tollte Unterkunftund Stadt..

+ Amazing views of the city! A lot of stairs to climb with your bags but the veiw is worth it!

- We booked a specific room on Booking.com that was advertised as having two beds and a terrace with garden views. I specifically chose that room for the terrace. When we checked in, we were initially given a room that did not match our booking, but the staff moved us to a different one upon request. Unfortunately, the new room felt like a dungeon — it was dark, located in the basement, and both felt and smelled damp. There was also a leak coming from upstairs into our bathroom. At one point, there seemed to be an electrical short, and my boyfriend was shocked when plugging something in. The staff were receptive and moved us to an amazing room that finally matched our booking request. We decided to extend our stay in Cusco and, for convenience, remained at the same hotel. The night before our checkout, we spoke with the receptionist, who told us to come down early in the morning (around 3 a.m.) before our hike to get the keys to our new room and transfer our bags. However, when we opened the door to the new room, there were people already sleeping inside! At this point, it really seems like the hotel staff don’t have a good handle on their room management.

+ The hotel is really cute, has really great view and has many chill outside areas to relax. Clearly the owner put a lots of attention to detail. Our room had a bubble bath that worked and was a great addition.

- Despite it's cuteness the hotel is in need of basic renovations. The roof of the toilet leaked when it rained, several lights were not working and we had mice roaming the room at night looking for food. General condition of the room looked like it needed some maintenance. And don't be afraid of some serious stairs.

- Sobre todo la atención. No funcionó nunca mi televisión, alquilé una habitación con jacuzzi que nunca funcionó, la calefacción estaba dañada, solicité arreglo o reemplazo y la respuesta fue negativa. La calidad de las sábanas, cobijas estaba mala, deteriorada, eran elementos viejos. El personal que atiende, sobre todo el recepcionista no brinda soluciones inmediatas.

- De ellendige lange trappen. Je moet goede conditie hebben om boven te raken. Het ontbijt was verschrikkelijk. Had hier wel meer van verwacht. Weinig aanbod en als je het kreeg was het niet te eten. Behalve de eieren
