Er zaten letterlijk bloedzuigers in de wc (waar ook de douche zit). Ik wilde er niet douchen omdat het er vies uit zag. Wij hadden twee bedden geboekt in de vier persoons hostel kamer en de kamer was bizar klein, je had net plek om te lopen en wij konden onze tassen nergens kwijt. Het was vies en extreem stoffig, en er zaten zo’n 35 muggen in de kamer. There were literally bloodsuckers in the bathroom (where the shower is also). i didn't want to take a shower because it looked like it was going to be bad. we had two beds booked in the four-person hostel room and the room was bizarrely small, i only had room to walk and we could lose our bags anywhere. it was dirty and extremely dusty, and there were about 35 people sitting in the room. after i asked if a solution was possible they said this is always the case and i just had to knock on the doo...
Everything here was below average or at best it was average. Black towel, black bedsheets, how could I see if it is clean or not. Pillows were as old as from last century. Beds were designed so stupidly that anything would fall off from corner. No adapters whatsoever. No hot water. Worst experience in hostels so far. We could live there for sometime, but surely not the best place to live.
bad stay. not a good place
I did not enjoy my stay at all. The mixed dorm was horrible. The bathroom was dirty, had animal poo in it and dust. Shower was not working properly, bed had sand in it when I arrived, locker weren't working. Atmosphere was not sociable at all. I was so relieved when I left and I would not recommend it!
Dirty sheets and towels wouldn’t recommend
De locatie is goed. Leuke straat dichtbij leuke plekjes. Veel op loopafstand en anders makkelijk een grab te boeken. De deur van de kamer heeft veel kieren waardoor beesten naar binnen komen. En waardoor er binnen de kortste keren al je spullen/bed onder de moeten zitten. Douche en wc opzich prima. Maar kan de douche niet afstellen op temperatuur. Ook loopt het water niet weg en moet je zelf het water wegvegen richting de afvoer.
The location is good. Nice street near nice places. A lot of walking distance and otherwise easy to book a grab. The door of the room has many turns allowing cattle to enter. And so within the shortest time all your stuff/bed has to be under it. Shower and toilet opzich fine. But can't adjust the shower temperature. Also the water doesn't leak away and you have to move the water away towards the drain yourself.
Very confused why this hostel has received such positive reviews. The dorm was dark and dingy and had to get rid of cobwebs in my bed upon arrival. The bathroom was awful- the water didn’t drain properly and it was covered in animal poo. I had to ask three times for it to be cleaned during my stay. 50 ringgit for a key deposit is also very unreasonable. On a positive note, the location is great but I wouldn’t recommend this hostel to anyone.

It was fine for one night and the pricetag but not super social. The owner is a great guy though

The hostel is located right in the heartbeat of Langkawi but hidden between the busy main street . A perfect location for me , it sit in a little peaceful village and nearest beach ,restaurants and bars are within 5 mins walking distance. The staff and volunteers are super helpful and friendly , the owner engaged to her guests like long lost friends and she organized activities like karaoke night and bar hopping ,and island trips too. Look no further !
Well well, this hostel one of the few places that I can let my hair down, take a break and chill down. The friendly staff, clean kitchen, dorm and toilet allow me to fully submersive myself with nature around this island. Tq so much to team of house of wolves. Xoxo. Highly recommend this hostel for fellow travellers..😘❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Excellent hostel
This is a very nice hostel
Really cool spooky aesthetic, in a quiet area but still so close to all you need in the town. Dorms nice, clean and comfy. Refillable water and a basic kitchen was an added bonus. Staff are awesome
Amazing place with great people! Comfy beds and cozy environment definitely recommend

Lovely hosts, good Atmosphere, the dorms are a bit small but enough.
La localisation est vraiment parfaite, le staff très présent et super sympathique. Les chambres sont correctes et les équipements tel que douche, toilette et cuisine un peu sale mais sinon dans l’ensemble très bien. Petit bémol niveau sécurité, il n’y a pas de clé pour accéder au chambre et donc tout le monde peut y entrer et sortir
The location is really perfect, the staff very present and super friendly. the rooms are decent and the amenities such as shower, toilet and kitchen a bit dirty but otherwise overall very good. small security level, there is no key to access the room and therefore anyone can enter and exit it
It was heavy raining since i arrived but that doesn’t stop Thami to host us and be with us, i had su ch an amazing night over there, Thami even show us a bit of the area around us, the best places to have fun and eat, the hostel provides towels which is amazing and is very close to the beach entrance
I loved the theme of the place is great very different from other places I have been too
I extended my stay because I love it here. Comfy beds and clean. Staff is helpful and friendly
Location was not bad, close to beach and street food and so many stores. Staff, especially Mantray (owner?) was so lovely ❤ room was fine, AC worked pretty well, clean ^^ but there was no kitchen and there was no one around, kind of dark at night. It didn't feel like dangerous because of people but mostly because of the spirits? 🤣 but still liked the hostel ☺ even the volunteers were kind! And of course cutie 'Handsome' the cat! I loooveeed him ❤
