Speravo almeno nelle lenzuola pulite.....e invece....

Instalaciones viejas, descuidadas, con falta de mantenimiento y limpieza. No funcionaba la calefacción y hacía mucho frío, nos tapamos con nuestros sacos de dormir y chaquetas. Avisamos, lo revisaron, pero dijeron no poder hacer nada, ni uno eléctrico trajeron. Nada. Mala conexión WiFi. Camas incómodas, notándose la tabla, ningun tipo de insonoritzación, escuchandose todo e imposibilitando el descanso.

Joli quand on arrive, accueil sympathique mais ça s'arrête là... Douches et toilettes dans un état vraiment limite, tout est sale. On avait réservé dans un dortoir de 4, on se retrouve à 5, sol sale et voisins de chambrée peu respectueux (oreillers et couettes subtilisés et affaires étalées partout à même le sol). On a passé une nuit horrible et nous avons fui très tôt le matin. Un conseil faites de même.

Had some rude/ unprofessional experiences with the staff that soured my experience

Heaters in rooms don’t work. It was freezing at night! Asked the staff when it turns on and they said it’s on a timer. If it did turn on anytime during the night, I sure couldn’t tell.

Got turned away at the door, and they failed to give us a refund saying it wasn't possible because the 'payment had already been finished'(???). I do not recommend staying here.

Smelly bed covers and pillows. Toilet rocked off floor. Mattress was old very saggy. Holy carpets and dirty furniture in common area.

Receptionist put a clearly unstable alcoholic 50 year old male in our 4 bed dorm. We ended up having to leave and they wouldn't refund us all the nights we didn't stay. They ended up having to kick him out. Poor judgement on their part which ruined our Easter weekend.

The owner Ruth was unprofessional and pushy, telling us we had to book the most expensive room even though online it showed plenty of cheaper rooms were available. Ruth lied and said, “Oh, two people just walked in and the cheaper room isn’t available anymore.” The place was very empty and it was embarrassingly obvious she was lying to sell us the bigger room we didn’t need. Besides her, the other staff were friendly. Room was very cold.

The owner Ruth was horrible. She was very pushy and tried to pressure us into booking another night by yelling that there were other people outside waiting in the lobby for our room so we needed to book immediately to keep our room for another night. Walked to the lobby and it was totally empty. What a liar! Owner should have gone into used car sales, not hospitality.

Sympa, rapport qualité/prix imbattable , des défauts bien-sûr mais largement compensé par la gentillesse de l'accueil !!

Suerte q tenian una habitación libre sino nos vamos sin disfrutar de este bonito pueblo
