- Antes q nada agradezco la amabilidad y la hospitalidad de todo el personal, pero realmente no me gusto para nada el hospedaje lo q alquile según las fotos a lo q se ve cuando do llegue si cambia un poco las instalaciones son más pequeñas!! Viaje con mi familia y la cabaña está conectada con otra habitación la cual comparte el baño y cuando llegamos tenia mucha gente y fue imposible usarlo nos toco usar el baño de la piscina. La Sra Gloria en me dió de su amabilidad trato de solucionarnos la situación brindándonos otro espacio pero la verdad no nos sentimos cómodos ya de igual manera nos tocó compartir el baño y no encontramos privacidad en ningún momento. La estancia no fue nada grabable.
We had quite a bad experience there. At the reception, we were welcomed by an unfriendly young man, who asked us for 20000 pesos extra to give us the AC remote. This was not mentioned anywhere during booking. The bedsheets were very dirty. We had to ask them to change them. The room didn’t feel clean at all either. After check-in, all employees disappeared and we were helped by the barber(?). He didn’t know how to get us our change so we had to leave without it. Overall just unprofessional.

Would not recommend, very disappointing stay. Pictures of the hostel were not the up to date reality of the current conditions where Everything is older and unkempt. Common areas were not clean with flies and grime in the kitchen. Our room was without toilet roll and a top sheet on the bed we just a light throw blanket. There wasn’t a welcoming atmosphere and staff living / working in the hostel played music at loud volumes until 2am. The location is a 15-20 minute taxi from the city centre.

+ The hostal has a very cozy space to chill! Was very quiet in a zone more outside of the center, but it's easy to get a bus.

+ La atención del personal me pareció muy agradable, todos muy amables. Me siento feliz y bien atendida la verdad. Todo super.

A very nice and cozy outdoor area, shared by the hostel family and their friends. The hostel complex also houses a barber shop and a nice restaurant. The latter is supposed to be open to both internal and external guests on weekends. The "simple private room with shared bathroom" is very small (approx. 5 sq m), has a sloping ceiling, and is located in a dormitory.

+ Honestly by far the best hostel I’ve stayed at in Colombia. Owners and staff were really friendly. Water pressure is good. Bed was super comfortable. Kitchen and kitchenette were well equipped. Internet was super fast and worked everywhere on the premises. And there are so many extras. Pool, shaded hammock area, barbecue area upstairs and downstairs, pool/billiards. There’s a mini cinema for Netflix and other streaming services. Popcorn. Coffee. The place even has a barbershop. It doesn’t look like much from outside but inside is awesome.
- Sometimes had to wait a little to be let in since outer keys aren’t provided, but this is standard in Colombia for safety reasons. It’s not in the town but a taxi is about 14k and a moto much less. And it’s in an area with plenty of grocery stores and a bar just down the road.

+ La tranquilidad del lugar, pese a estar en la ciudad el lugar es mágico, te permite conectar con la naturaleza. La comida que preparan allí es deliciosa. Recomendadisima
