+ Only the location
- THERE ARE BED BUGS IN THE MATTRESSES!!! I WILL REPEATE. There are bedbugs in the mattresses in every room! Seriously, I do not recommend anyone to sleep in this place. Please read below and mark this comment as helpful to save other people from this! It may have been good once, but it seems that it is no longer. I was bitten in many places on my body. After I wrote to them to move me, they moved me to another room, on another floor, but I was bitten again during the night! Apparently all the rooms are infected now. They told me that they would call a company to spray, but I do not believe it, because then I saw that there is already at least one victim who wrote about the same problem and it clearly has not been solved. The only solution to bedbugs is to throw away the mattresses, which are old anyway. Until they do, there is no solution. Despite the good communication with them, this was an extremely serious and unpleasant problem that is unacceptable not to be solved. Also, the appliances in the kitchen are extremely worn out and outdated. The bottom of the kettle for heating water has peeled off and I could not use it.

- AVOID! This place was absolutely filthy; aged mattresses and dust everywhere. The kitchen cupboards were sticky and utensils dirty. On top of all of this this place has BED BUGS!!!

- The description of the apartment did not match the reality. The Apartment was located on the high 3rd floor without elevator. It was practically impossible to reach it for the people with limited mobilities. The beds were bad, to say the least.
- The apartment wasn't actually bad but i am so frustrated with them. Staff have ignored repeated requests over several months for a invoice which i made clear that I need urgently when booking in December. I would not recommend to anyone who may need any kind of support or follow-up. Bad review is an attempt to get their attention

- Вуличка шумна. Доволі далеко від залізничного вокзалу. Номер для сім'ї маленький. Ліжка старенькі. Не зручні. Постіль дуже не охайна, стара. Розміщення унітазу це ще той КВЕСТ. Розміщений за рукомийником між душовою.. Не зручно взагалі. Унітазна крижка поломана. Не рекомендуємо.

- The bed is in desperate need of maintenance. When I played the video back to friends and family at home they were like "are you serious, how did you sleep". I didn't I left the accomodation and the other 2 put their mattress on the floor (only room for 2 mattresses). Impossible for you to all sleep here unless you are a really heavy sleeper. Said there were toiletries: 2 loo roll and hand wash. Went out and bought shower gels and shampoo - there was a supermarket near. Extractor fan in bathroom broken: even with open window and only 2 people staying, your clothes will be damp if you unpack The owner must of known there would be ground works outside the window on the ground floor EARLY that morning. Impossible to sleep. While this is not a party apartment one group in there were wild and disruptive 3 times throughout the night. Lingering in hallways drunk and loud. You need to pack ear plugs to stay here and keep your clothes packed if that can stop them all getting damp. Only complained about the bed as walking to new digs added time and I hadn't slept well and was in a rush the next morning and it added more time on to leave my friends and stay with another friend.. dealt with it when back to not spoil the holiday - because the owner said they 'could not' (would not) do anything because it was after. I didn't want to ruin my holiday, but when I asked the girls how was their stay, it just wasn't great. I only asked for a refund for 1 not 3! Sad to have to even put this here as I am not a fan of a negative review, but it is what it is because the host doesn't care. Shame I cannot post the video it's shocking.

+ Kontakt i łatwość w obsłudze otrzymania kluczyków.
- Straszliwy smrud w pokoju. Nie wyobrażam sobie aby za taką kwotę (nawet na cenę 50zl za noc) przyjmować klientów do pokoju w którym nie można normalnie funkcjonować a dodam także, że w łazience wisiał pająk w brodziku, a także na suficie. Już nie wspomnę o tym że aby usiądź na seden trzeba się nieźle nagimnastykować ponieważ umywalka jest dosłownie 20cm od wc. Tak więc totalne nieporozumienie. A zdjęcia na booking nie pokazują prawdziwego stanu pokoju.
+ Super lokalizacja, blisko parking strzeżony za 80 zl za dobe, wyposażona kuchnia choc skromnie, 4 łóżka ok, fajna pościel, suszarka do włosów
- Nieświeże ręczniki, cuchnące, połamany stelarz w kanapie i zniszczony materac, brak cieplej wody po prysznicu 3 osób, 5 krzeseł wiec w 7 osób nie mogliśmy razem usiąść przy stole, ale największym mankamentem były ręczniki bo nie wszyscy z naszej grupy mieli swoich...

+ De grandes chambres confortables dans un appartement d'un immeuble bien rénové et très bien situé à proximité de la vieille ville et de kasimierz.
- Les lits grinçant, les rideaux non occultant, le peu de produits dans la cuisine.

- It is located close to the train tracks so you can hear the train when they drive by. It’s not isolated very well so you can hear outside noise.
+ Pokój i aneks kuchenny był czysty, udało się ze było cicho chociaż byliśmy na parterze. Łazienka w dobrym standardzie. Dobra instrukcja co do zameldowania w pokoju i ew wymiany środków czystości przez personel sprzątający. Aneks kuchenny dobrze wyposażony. Ogrzewanie działało.
- W naszym pokoju jedna ściana od strony łazienki nadawała się do remontu, na ścianie były wybrzuszenia z wilgoci. Pralka nie działała (oznaczenie wyłączona z użytku )ale za każdym razem a innych pokojach tak mamy.
