- Нас выгнали в ночь из отеля из-за самокатов
+ Comfortable pillows, stylish interior, delicious pastries at the bar.
- It's hard to imagine that this is possible, but it's a fact. When I checked into the room, I went to the toilet and couldn't believe my eyes - the toilet was dirty. There were dried drops on the toilet rim, it was just disgusting. I was rushing to a meeting and didn't have time to deal with it, so I just covered the toilet rim with paper so I could use it. And what was my surprise when the next day after cleaning they simply removed the paper, but the dried drops on the toilet rim remained. They just don't wash these rims thoroughly. Of course, you shouldn't expect absolute sterility in a hotel, but this was simply dirt from previous guests.

- Niejasne warunki noclegu dziecka które weedlog rezerwacji Booking.com jest bezpłatny a na miejscu musiałem dopłacić ;/ nie polecam
- parking lot is not free of charge and the price is much more expensive than normal parking in this area. I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends.
- The hotel room was expensive but very dirty, no one cleaned it! It's outrageous to charge so much money for ruining a day's stay in this hotel room!!!
- Obsługa wchodzi do zajętego pokoju bez pukania. Wychodząc na śniadanie (kilka godzin przed końcem doby hotelowej) sprzątają pokój i nie ma możliwości do niego wrócić. Tłumaczą się słowami "tak bywa". W ramach przeprosin proponują bułeczkę. Byłem przekonany że standardy powinni mieć wyższe.

+ Jeder Aufenthalt in einem Puro ist wie nach Hause kommen. Alle mitarbeitenden - von Cleaning Ladies, Rezeption, Spa und Eatery - sind sehr professionell und freundlich. Was ich ganz besonders schätze ist das überragende Frühstück (überall, nicht nur Kazimierz) und die Möglichkeit, sich jederzeit als Hotelgast eine feine Auswahl an Heißgetränken sich aufs Zimmer oder to Go mitnehmen zu können. Für meinen Aufenthalt im Februar bei -5 Grad einfach perfekt. Und zum Design muss ich wirklich nichts sagen. Es spricht für sich selbst. War schon mein zweites und sicher nicht mein letztes Mal im Puro Kazimierz. Bardzo dziękuję :)

+ It's a business hotel and as such, it is perfect. Rooms are cosy, well endowed and the right temperature.

+ Excellent breakfast with such a choice and pleasant staff to help with identifying coeliac options fur my daughter. Cleaning of room was excellent and receptionists do polite friendly and helpful . Bar staff so pleasant

+ Tutto perfetto, camere spaziose e confortevoli, colazione ottima. Struttura moderna e dotata di ogni comfort. Vicino al quartiere ebraico, un po' lontana dal centro, circa 20 min. a piedi, ma per noi che siamo abituati a camminare non è stato un problema.
+ I have booked this hotel five times now and I find it just right for me and comfortable. I like it very much.
- As I said, it suits me fine it’s low quarter where I need to visit and it’s exceptionally nice and spacious amazing
