- Uns wurde einfach ohne Alternative die Unterkunft storniert, obwohl wir von booking.com eine Buchungsbestätigung hatten. Das ist uns auf Booking noch nie passiert. Anscheinend muss man, obwohl die Unterkunft gebucht ist, noch mal per Booking-Chat (nicht mal per Mail) den Aufenthalt bestätigen auch wenn man schon einen Check in Zeit angegeben hat.
We were simply canceled the Accommodation without Alternative, even though we had a booking confirmation from booking.com. This has never happened to us on Booking yet. Apparently, even though the Accommodation is booked, you don't have to confirm your stay by Booking-Chat (not even by Mail) even if you have already specified a Check in Zeit.

- Bedroom had a lot of bugs in it and was very loud if people were even taking in the communal area. Needed a taxi to get to anywhere of interest in Santa Ana.
The girl working there was very helpful.
Location is not good but it was a nice hostel

There were all the amenities needed for a good stay, but a drinking water dispenser was missing and I would have liked a warmer blanket.

Super friendly hostess actually you can't expect anything for that price so nothing to complain about.
Staff were so friendly and helpful, gave lots of pointers for tours & activities, as well as bus tips! The showers were warm, though I felt they could have been a little cleaner & had somewhere to place shower toiletries. Quite a ways from city center but Ubers are like $2 ! Very relaxed atmosphere, quiet at night, good common areas & I appreciated the private room and outer gate having their own locks.

- El cuarto tiene 2 camas fácilmente caben 4 personas nos hicieron cancelar por otra persona y no ocupamos otro cuarto. Esa experiencia no fue muy grata porque ya habíamos reservado por un precio y al final se terminó elevando como si fuera otra habitación. Muy mal
... the room has 2 beds easily cabin 4 people made us cancel for someone else and we don't occupy another room. that experience was not very pleasant because we had already booked for a price and in the end it ended up rising as if it were another room. very bad
Daily (sorry if that’s spelt wrong) was so kind and helpful to us. She sorted out our SIM cards and went above and beyond to help us including calling the company a number of times. It was great to have a tv and comfy sofas to chill. The room was a good size and showers were great with warm water. The location is a bit far from the city but Ubers are cheap and really easy to get. We used the kitchen everyday and it’s well equipped and clean. Would recommend!

Super hostel ! lovely staff, cleanliness of the place and comfort are at the appointment ! i totally recommend it:) only beboul, the hostel is not in the center ... but they have little superstores right next door and ducoup it is very quiet !

Excelente! es pequeño y no tiene amplia espacios sociales pero las instalaciones son increíbles.

- If you wanna be close to the city Center or party a lot, this might be not for you. But if you’re looking for a quiet and lovely neighborhood that is still in walking distance to pretty much everything this is as good as it gets.

Hostal Villa Marta, wow this Hostel is so cheap and so good, the Staff is so friendly and they help you with everything!!! If you want to do some daytrips or Rent a Scooter this Hostel is Perfect, as it is a bit out of the town, very well Connected to the other places, good Bus Connection to the Center, they have a perfect kitchen, free Netflix and YouTube premium for chill evening Nights, it felt like coming home every day
Location is a bit out of town but easy to get an uber to where you want to go. Nice restaurant nearby. The best thing about this place is the host- she is soooo nice. And this hostel was a welcome reprieve after a horrible journey. It was super calm and low key - very chilled. There’s not an atmosphere per se other than calm and easy to be in. It was quiet with great facilities and kitchen. Simple basic functional and clean and very good value for private rooms. Air quality pretty good.
The hostess was the nicest person ever and very helpful with everything. If you like to party, this is not the right hostel but it was nice clean and quiet for one night. Would definetly stay again!!
