+ The rooms were nice as depicted in the pictures

- The staff are so rude and unfriendly! I paid a lot of money for this room and I booked an airport transfer but when my flight was delayed and I had to change my transfer time they told me I just had to go at the original time which now would put me at the airport 5 hours early!! Crazy, because I literally paid to have my room. The breakfast is fine, but the rooms are so loud and you can hear the street and neighbours all night. Nothing boutique about this hotel and there are definitely better hotels for this price.

- noise from the street. Noise from inside. you will hear absolutely everything and everyone. The door in the toilet is translucent, so your partner will also see and hear everything. Do not use the hotel's offer to provide you with a taxi, tuk-tuk to Angkor. you will be robbed for $ 20 or more. a taxi costs $ 1-1.5 one way (I recommend Crab).

- Room was moldy and inhabitable. When I walked in I immediately noticed it and went downstairs to let them know, the staff was super nice & told me they couldn’t offer me the refund directly & to contact booking.com. Booking.com did not offer anything in return as it was non refundable. Do not stay here- moved to Lub D down the road and you get soooo many more amenities for the same or lower price with clean rooms.

- The noise coming from the rooftop bar is incredibly loud. Either live entertainment or private parties, they are all played at full volume, which makes it unbearable in the rooms located underneath the bar. They start at 6 or 7 pm and last until at least 11 pm every night, so relaxing in your room (or even having a normal conversation without having to shout) after a day of visiting beautiful temples is impossible. We travel a lot and are prepared for some noise in hotel rooms, but this is by far the worst we ever experienced. Do yourself a favour and book another hotel.

- 침대옆이 바로 화장실 유리문 무엇보다 밤마다 파티땜에 시끄러워 잠을 못잠 잠을 못자는 정도가 아니라 저녁내내 쿵쾅거리는 음악소리에 쉴수도 없어 너무너무 짜증남 바에 술마시고 춤추는 목적외에. 저녁시간 휴식이 필요한사람은 절대 묵지 마시길! 강력 비추천

- There are a few things that went wrong in the Twizt… Number 1 - tried to extend my stay there for 1 more night and they literally didn’t allow me. I changed the dates in my booking to add one more night and they literally CANCELED and said I had to make a complete separate booking for just that one night and they didn’t tell me why. I had to stay in another hostel and then change. When I asked them in person why they had canceled, they said that if I made a separate booking I would pay more for the room - but this way they ended up by not having an extra person staying with them so they just lost money and made a client very unhappy. Number 2 - i had breakfast included in the stay and in the first morning I grabbed breakfast around 7 am and it’s a buffet with a decent selection of food. The second day I went around 9 am and there’s no more buffet and you can only order 1 of the 4 existent options available in the menu where 3 of them were lunch food and not breakfast. It was a terrible breakfast and you didn’t have half of the selection from the buffet. We asked why it was different and no one could explain us… Number 3 - asked the hostel staff recommendation to get a private tuk tuk driver to take us to Angkor wat. They recommended a person that they promised he was a private tour guide + that knew English + that works with the hotel a lot. The next day, the guide is a +60 year old man that knows NO ENGLISH, literally only drive us to places but explained absolutely nothing and didn’t even tell us important information (like the closing times of the temples) that ended up by ruining our tour… I really don’t recommend. The staff was not helpful in literally any of these situations. Will not be combing back ever again, don’t let the fancy pictures fool you.

- My stay at the hotel started fine, but everything went downhill because of the laundry service and how the staff handled a very simple issue. I gave my clothes for laundry to two female reception staff. They weighed the clothes, told me the price, and clearly informed me that the laundry would be delivered to my room the next afternoon. The next day, the clothes never arrived. At night, I went to the reception and spoke with a male staff member. He checked the system and told me he couldn’t find my laundry. He kept asking me when I dropped the clothes, checked again, and then said he still couldn’t find them. When I asked what the solution was, he told me to wait while he called the previous shift. After a while, he came back and said that one of the reception ladies claimed she never took any laundry from me. I told him very clearly that I did give them my clothes. Instead of helping, he started questioning me repeatedly, saying things like: • “Are you sure?” • “Maybe you gave them to an outside laundry?” This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I asked him to check the reception cameras to confirm that I handed over the clothes. He called another staff member (who said he was an engineer) to check the cameras. While checking, this person also kept questioning me instead of focusing on the cameras, saying that “if you gave the clothes, it should be registered in the system.” At this point, I was already very annoyed by the constant accusations and nonsense questions. Then suddenly, the first reception guy came back with my clothes in his hands. No apology. No explanation. The other staff member simply calculated the price and asked me to pay — casually, as if they hadn’t wasted 45 minutes of my time accusing me of being confused or lying. I asked why the female staff member said she never took my clothes.

+ Central location, good breakfasts, kind and helpful staff.

- The dorm room locks - it’s impossible to close the door silently, so whenever someone opens the door, especially at night, they have to close it with a loud noise, which wakes others up.

+ It was new, clean, cheap and a fantastic location

+ Teveel om op te noemen! Mijn favoriete hostel. Het dakterras met zwembad en bar en restaurant is geweldig! Heel veel plekken om te zitten en eventueel werken.

+ I think one of the best hostel I’ve ever stayed! It was very clean and the staff was kind. I had dinner on the rooftop and I suggest you to try it because was delicious.

+ The design of public places is very interesting. The staff are helpful and polite and the location is great, walkibg distance or a short tuk-tuk ride to most sights.

- The pool closes at 7 pm, which is too early. It is a beautiful venue by the way.

+ Very nice and stylish hotel/hostel. The room was super clean, new and spacious.

+ The best hostel I have stayed in. I like the facilities offered despite such low fees. There is also a restaurant, bar and big swimming pool up top, so you dun have to travel far for food or entertainment.

+ Très agréable hostel avec une belle piscine et des parties communes très propres. Chambre confortable, bar-restaurant au dernier étage, facilité d'accès au centre de Siem Reap... tout était parfait ! Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet hostel moderne pour un séjour à Siem Reap.

+ This was one of the best rooms we’ve ever stayed in. Excellent value for money. The room was huge and clean. The shower was incredible. Staff were lovely and helpful. Pool area was decent.

- LOUD MUSIC most nights until late. I can’t fathom why this is still a problem. You can hear all the detail of the songs from the room.

+ Just wow. In love with this hotel style hostel. So pretty. And amazing rooftop pool and restaurant. The food was decent and so cheap. Visal at reception was also super helpful and friendly. Helped me book my tour. I would definitely come back.

- The only bad thing was how far away the bathrooms are. But thats it.
