L'établissement devrait avoir honte de proposer des hébergements dans cet état. Impossible de rejoindre, par téléphone, par courriel ou par chat, qui que ce soit qui pourrait répondre aux clients. L'établissement est généralement en piètre état. La poignée de la porte d'entrée m'est restée dans la main, le même code de sécurité ouvre toutes les chambres, la salle de bain commune est sale et délabrée, l'équipement annoncé n'est pas disponible, et encore plus... The establishment should be ashamed to offer accommodation in this condition. Impossible to reach, by phone, email or chat, anyone who could answer the customers. The establishment is generally in poor condition. The handle of the front door remained in my hand, the same security code opens all rooms, the common bathroom is dirty and dilapidated, the advertised equipment is not available, and even more... I want to be reimbursed.
Malheureusement, à part le téléphone, pas d’accueil. On a oublié mon petit déjeuner 2 fois. Et le petit déjeuner est un grand mot… plutôt un sac avec des petites choses dedans. Le premier étage est immonde bruyant et dégoûtant Le deuxième c’est déjà mieux. Mes draps et ma serviette étaient sales. Vu le prix pas cool. Après le personnel au téléphone était sympa et a l’écoute, heureusement.
Unfortunately, apart from the phone, no reception. I forgot my breakfast 2 times. And breakfast is a big word... rather a bag with little things in it. The first floor is filthy noisy and disgusting The second is already better. My sheets and towel were dirty. Given the price not cool. Afterwards the staff at the phone was friendly and listening, luckily.
I had a very disappointing experience staying at la Maison du Mile-End. The check in process was not clear and the "text us anytime" function is useless when no one responds to those messages. The shared bathroom was dirty, I arrived to find a sink full of garbage, no paper towel, dirty shower. The room wasn't particularly clean either, lots of dust. A bedside lamp would be nice at the very least. Towels were nowhere to be found.
No breakfast in the morning when there was supposed to be one. The codes of the bedrooms were all the same, not safe. The bathroom was disgusting, only one towel for a bedroom for two. It was also really cold. The customer service was super fine nonetheless. They let us check in earlier. I don't recommend for a few nights, for one that's fine.
Quelques suggestions: - Nettoyer la salle de bain tous les jours à fond - peindre le meuble-évier - mettre à disposition des outils pour nettoyer la douche - un peu plus d’ustensiles (cuillères, fourchettes) - un/des tapis pour les chaussures en bas et à l’étage - un support pour mettre à sécher les serviettes de bain dans les chambres - raccourcir le rideau dans la chambre 7 ( il touche la plinthe électrique; danger d’inflammation et la plinthe chauffe la fenêtre plutôt ...
A few suggestions: - Clean the bathroom every day thoroughly - paint the sink - make available tools to clean the shower - a little more utensils (spoons, forks) - a carpet for the shoes downstairs and upstairs - a stand to dry the bath towels in the bedrooms - shorten the curtain in room 7 (it touches the electrical plinth; danger of inflammation and the plinth heats the window rather than the bedroom)
Incorrect breakfast bag delivered but no worries. Thanks to whoever was on the other end of the phone while I navigate how to check in.
