+ El lugar estuvo bien y su localizacion tambien. Simplemente una pemisa experiencia al llegar. No respetaron los precios de la reserva en booking y nos dijeron que si no aceptabamos el incremento podíamos irnos. El unico motivo por el que nos quedamos fue porque estabamos cansados pero es una situación terrible que nunca habia experimentado antes.

Si tienen su presupuesto ajustado no les recomiendo que reserven este hotel, si hay flujo de turistas te pueden terminar subiendo el precio o diciendote que te vayas. El precio en la reserva decia claramente impuestos y tasas incluidad. Lamentable.

we stayed here only one night and thank god for that. the beds are minging and the pillows are a deformed mass of undefined material. the plugs next to my bed don't work so I have to use my own power bank. there is no hot water in my dorm and the bathroom is dirty and old. the guy at the reception was not helpful despite me being able to communicate in spanish. the place is just falling apart. honestly I should have slept at the airport directly. i have been in much better hostels in the city
+ Besides the friendly receptionists and proximity to a supermarket, there is little to like about this hostel.
- I have reviewed over 80 properties on Booking.com and this is the worst review I have ever written. Here are major issues with this hostel: 1) there were cockroaches everywhere, in our room, on the kitchen floor, even inside the coffee cups in the kitchen cabinet 2) bed sheets were stained 3) we were not given any towels and when we asked for one, we received one that did not look clean - there were stains all over it 4) the room was of decent size, but completely run down: wall paint peeling off, no hot water, no shower curtain, no place to hang or unpack our clothes. There was no electricity for about 6 hours when we arrived. 5) the price for two nights in a double room was 64 USD. We later stayed in the same neighborhood in two different hotels with much better facilities for about the same price.
Péssimo hostel, foi pior local onde fiquei nestas férias. A nivel de higiene simplesmente mui mau. E apresentação da cozinha é medonho a falta de limpeza. Deviam ser alvo de inspecção.
The worst hostel, was the worst place I stayed this holiday. at the level of hygiene simply very bad. and the presentation of the kitchen is terrible with lack of cleanliness. should be the target of inspection.
+ Stuff was good
- I got bitten by a lot of bugs! Also, it's too hot here. The water pressure in the shower is too weak
The staff was very nice!!!! Lovely people. Helped me with everything. Unfortunately there were bedbugs in the bed above me… so watch out when you stay here.
+ The ladies at reception were very lovely.
- They had double booked our room (family room) so they “upgraded” us to an apartment. The apartment was huge but covered in mould and clearly had not been used for months and was cleaned quickly for us. No beds or pillows had sheets excluding the main bed, and the pillows and mattresses were filthy. The bed sheets that were available were covered in fresh stains and had not been washed and there were bugs everywhere. The ladies were really lovely but I am so glad we only had one night booked as we would have asked for our money back for any extra time. It’s also in an awkward spot between the old town and city and not much to see in area.

Hostel très bien situé juste à côté de la grande avenue. Il y avait une cuisine bien équipée, le personnel était très gentils. Les chambres étaient très grandes pour peu de lits.
Hostel very well located right next to the main avenue. there was a well equipped kitchen, the staff was very friendly. the rooms were very large for few beds.

+ I stayed just for one night as I had a layover. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is easily reachable by public transport from the airport and in a safe area.

+ É grande e confortável.
- Quarto sujo (hóspedes bem bagunceiros e a limpeza só era feita no banheiro), o recepcionista do dia que cheguei foi bem arrogante e ainda teve coragem de dizer que eu era respondão, o motivo: eu questionei porque teria que pagar imposto de hospedagem já que aqui na booking aparecia impostos incluídos. Tive que pagar em espécie para evitar o imposto.
+ Friendly staff. Great location near the metro and waterfront. Fast WiFi. It was clean.

+ Fui muito bem recebida aqui. A localização é perfeita! Bem perto da orla. Muito custo benefício. Super recomendo!

wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer welches sehr gross und sauber war.Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr nett und hilfabereit. Das Hostel war eher leer und klein was uns super gefallen hat. Auch die Lage ist super, nachts ruhig taga nur wenige Gehminuten von der Promenande entfernt. Auch die Altstadt ist mit der UBahn sehr schnell und günstig erreichbar.
We had a double room which was very spacious and clean.The staff were very nice and helpful.The hostel was rather empty and small which we really liked.The location is also great, quiet at night and only a few minutes walk from the Promenade.Also the Altstadt is very fast and cheaply reachable by U-Bahn.

Séjour agréable dans l’ensemble nous étions dans une chambre de 6 avec seulement un colocataire, salle de bain privée mais pas de locker dans la chambre pas de rideaux aux lits et l’auberge est plutôt sale surtout les espaces communs. Le personnel est agréable et toutes les personnes que nous avons rencontrées étaient très sympa.
We were in a room of 6 with only one roommate, private bathroom but no locker in the room no bed curtains and the hostel is pretty dirty especially the common areas.
+ Ubicación céntrica cerca de todo. La atención del personal es excelente. La limpieza muy bien, toallas y sábanas con aroma a suavizante. Café gratis por las mañanas es un plus muy agradable. Todo muy bien, muy limpio.
