We were a group of four girls booked in the female dorm, but unfortunately had to share the room with a hostel staff member, Gayathri. She was quite rude, rolling her eyes, and stayed on loudspeaker calls from 11 PM to 4 AM, making it impossible to sleep. She also used the washroom with doors wide open and left the dorm door open at night despite freezing temperatures. This even led to a cat getting on our bed near our allergic friend. Except for this experience, the other staff were wonderful
Just wow. The property is in proper old Manali. And the views are just breath-taking. Peaceful & great property overall. Zostel has outdone themselves again. The host could have been more responsive and warm but overall great exp
