+ Really good things about this property was the location
- The value for the money was very bad was very expensive. We pay $50 for a room that the value and I’m been generous $20 maybe
- Pas de clim donc impossible de dormir avec la chaleur Sommier en planche de bois !!! Inconfortable lit qui fait du bruit et mal de dos. Très salé et vétuste.
+ J'ai réservé une chambre grand lit car mon amie venait me rejoindre le 2eme jour. Or l'hôtel m'a pas voulue sinon il me demandait de payer pour elle . J'ai du réserver un autre hotelnpiur 2 nuits..donc je demande le remboursement de 2 nuits.

- The room,which was on floor D, had many flights of stairs,no elevator. In the room it had a tv from the 80's, no tea facilities, no storage, a clothes rack with four hangers,one towel each,the shower unit shares the same floor level with the toilet so the area easily gets soaked. A dated ac unit,a poor shower unit. Old furniture. The pictures on the websites of the room are nothing like the room we had. Apparently the new building have better rooms at a price. The outside area has bars and restaurants but a bit further on there is many people sleeping on the streets. Didn't feel safe,not a good vibe.

- Uden tvivl det dårligste overnatningssted, vi har oplevet. Vi havde oprindeligt booket tre overnatninger, men allerede efter en halv nat valgte vi at pakke vores ting og forlade stedet, da hotellet efter vores opfattelse ikke lever op til, hvad man med rimelighed kan forvente af et ordentligt overnatningssted. Værelserne fremstod klamme og ubehagelige, med dårlig luft og en generel fornemmelse af manglende rengøring og vedligeholdelse. Det gav på ingen måde en tryg eller behagelig oplevelse at opholde sig der. Samlet set står vi tilbage med en stor undren over, hvordan stedet kan have så mange og så gode anmeldelser, da vores oplevelse var markant anderledes og langt fra tilfredsstillende.

- Posto orribile Stanze piccole vecchie e sporche. Il bagno non ha la doccia separata. Praticamente ti lavi sopra il wc. La direzione del reception molto scortese. Gli ospiti vengono considerati carne da macello. I due corpi principali non hanmo l'ascensore e le scale sono scomodissime. Abbiamo chiesto un cambio stanza per due dei membri del nostro gruppo perché la stanza assegnata a loro era al terzo piano ma entrambi hanno difficoltà fisiche. La direzione del reception ci ha detto che poteva cambiare stanza ma pagando 500 baht. Abbiamo pagato l'extra per avere una stanza uguale a quella assegnata in precedenza ma semplicemente non più al terzo piano ma al primo. Esperienza da non ripetere. Non siano mai trovati così male. Peccato che non posso dare 0

+ Pour être honnête l’emplacement aurait été sympa si tout le reste n’était pas aussi vieux et mal nettoyé. Le petit déjeuner juste passable.
- Le sol de la salle de bain dans les chambres junior fait office de sol de douche,autrement dit quand vous fermer la porte de la salle de bain vous fermez votre cabine de douche avec wc et lavabo. L’évacuation très lente donc rapidement 4cm d’eau stagnante…horrible Le ménage pas fait,moisissures derrière et sous les meubles bas,lit au sommier qui grince comme du métal…à fuir
+ Purtroppo ho avuto una pessima esperienza con il personale , Buona struttura, buona posizione
- Brutta esperienza, personale disonesto: abbiamo dimenticato alcuni abiti in camera, abbiamo contattato la struttura dopo poche ore e hanno detto di non aver trovato nulla. Dopo alcuni giorni di insistenza e grazie all’aiuto di un altro hotel thailandese hanno ammesso di aver trovato i vestiti. Abbiamo chiesto una spedizione nel nuovo hotel, hanno risposto in maniera vaga. Prima del nostro rientro in Italia hanno risposto dicendo che ormai era troppo tardi. Hanno chiesto 2000 bath per spedire in Italia, chiedendo il pagamento su un conto privato di uno del personale. Hanno poi inviato un ticket della spedizione (con indicato il costo della stessa 780 bath). Mi chiedo se la direzione ne sia al corrente

+ We always try and stay here!!! Fantastic location near good shopping, eateries and nightlife but quiet and peaceful. Rooms are good and it's always clean. We straddled 2 sights to get 2 nights here and when I messaged they said no worries we will keep you in same room and on arrival we had sn upgrade- first time ever in 2 months of travelling. There are 2 pools - again another bonus. Bar and restaurant on site too. The staff are friendly, helpful especially young lady on reception. Breakfast is fantastic - so much choice. Highly recommend staying here. If we come back to Bangkok this is where we will always stay 💖

+ Although it’s all quite basic, there’s nothing missing. The room has all I need and the comfort for a short stay.
- Due to its location it’s quite noisy in the night. Also the pool area could be modernised. The beds are hard and uncomfortable.
+ Emplacement idéal. Petite rue animé et proche des temples environ 30 min à pied. Le restaurant est bon et pas cher.
- Le bruit de la climatisation
+ Établissement extrêmement bien situé . Les deux piscines sont un plus . Le buffet petit dej proposait suffisamment de choix .
- Climatisation très bruyante .
