+ Responsive yet frustrated staff.
- Terrible, terrible, terrible. Its a run down, old, outdated property, with old sheets and towels. Hardly any water pressure. I could not sleep properly, spent two nights tossing and turning. And am still recovering. The room has very very negative energy /vibe. I am not sure what sort of people have stayed there, but the least they could do is make it comfortable. They were cranky when asked for any small requests, though they did comply. Overcrowded, noises from crows outside. Not relaxing stay. Avoid this place. The room does not look like the pics.

- No se por donde empezar. Hemos estado varias veces en Bangkok y este ha sido con diferencia el peor alojamiento de todos en cuanto a ubicacion tanto como en instalaciones. El personal no entiende el concepto de "amabilidad tailandesa". Nada más llegar te piden pasaporte y tarjeta para el pago. Ni un vaso de agua, ni necesitas ir al baño, ni algo de informacion turística... nada. El sitio es pintoresco en cuanto a decoración pero falta mucha limpieza y mantenimiento; aire acondicionado que no enfria nada solo sale aire temperatura ambiente, baño sucio con pelos y uñas de los clientes anteriores, alguna cucaracha exploradora, fortisimo olor a alcantarilla, ducha sin presión...los precios de los croisants más caros que la Pasteleria Nunos de la Calle Narvaez de Madrid... y lo peor de todo la localización. A 25 minutos de Kao San Road y a casi 45 minutos de Siam Paragon. Grab/taxi para arriba y para abajo a más de 275bth por trayecto. Al final merece más la pena un alojamiento mejor ubicado y ganarás tiempo y tranquilidad. Chinatown, Silom o Sukunvit lo supera con mucho. Para no volver!!!!

- Staff not very friendly, VERY stingy breakfast (only one coffee per person).
+ Ruhige Lage nahe zum Pier. Schöner Vorhof zum Essen und relaxen. Zimmer teilweise liebevoll dekoriert.
- Das Zimmer war sehr klein, kein Schrank und nur wenige Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Frühstück ( besonders das Thaiessen ) unterirdisch schlecht. Spiegelei wird kalt serviert.
+ Logement insolite mais on avait plus l'impression d'être dans une auberge de jeunesse. Petit déjeuner très bon (mais un peu cher) mais malheureusement les croissants n'étaient pas prêt le deuxième jour.
- Air-conditionning ne fonctionnait pas. Pas de miroir au dessus du lavabo (très dérangeant) et espace douche/wc très basique.
+ Resepsiyondaki personel çok iyiydi.

+ What we really liked: * very nice and welcoming staff! * comfy atmosphere and lovely rooms * free bug repellent to use * laundry selfservice for 100baht (wash&dry) - was a great opportunity and worked well *common area with garden
- What we disliked: * we wanted a quiet hotel to get a good rest at night but unfortunately there was a very noisy temple festival next door every day until midnight - I couldn’t get a rest in the afternoon or evening during the whole stay! The windows don’t prevent any noise from outside, so on top every morning a very loud bird woke us up at 5am. It was just not a relaxing stay. * Bathroom needs maintenance, pipes seem rusty, water is coming out everywhere but not where its needed * Wifi is really bad in the room and also weak in the restaurant/common area * restaurant is quite expensive, coffee next door is half the price * no connection to any metro, bus or train - you always have to take a tuktuk or Grab
- I truly dislike leaving negative reviews, especially for small hotels, but this stay was deeply disappointing. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the room wasn’t cleaned at all during our entire stay. While I understand the hotel’s strict no-smoking policy which is common worldwide it would be helpful to provide a trash bin or ashtray at the entrance for disposing of cigarette butts. I hate littering and often had to store cigarette butts in my pack to dispose of later. However, with no trash emptied during my stay, my room trash overflowed, creating a bad smell from the disposed packets. Upon checkout, I was accused of smoking in my room with a very hostile tone, which completely soured my experience. This was especially disappointing because, until then, I’d had pleasant interactions with other staff members. Additionally, we had a leaky sink from day one in one of our rooms, which filled the space with a sewage-like smell. Despite informing the hotel immediately, no one made an effort to fix it. If they were genuinely concerned about odors, this should have been addressed promptly, rather than falsely accusing me of smoking. This was the first time during my travels across Thailand that I’ve left a place with such a bad taste. For the price, there are far better options in Bangkok with nicer facilities and much better hospitality.

- not enough space in the room, not a chair to hang clothes, not a wardrobe, no shower curtain no separation between toilet and shower, expensive food and drinks (thai prices x3 = western european = double of e.g. spanish prices). the location is inconvenient. You have to pay any drink for food before they will serve you (imagine the distrust!), order at the recepcion desk, put a number on your table. Room not very clean. Loud airco, loud ventilator in bathroom. I didn't like the atmosphere in the lobby/restaurant: total lack of vibe. I cannot recommend this place, the pictures do not represent it.

+ Really loved this place - feel like it’s better than the photos and it has so much charm. Plus the rooms were super clean and nice. Room service always did an excellent job replenishing water, making bed etc. Felt like home instantly. Comfy bed and never felt unsafe (travelling solo). Loved it.
- A pool would be amazing, but it’s a little boutique hotel and had a nice cafe/bakery to make up for it. Plus a great area and lots of nice places to eat / drink nearby. Old Town was a good choice.

+ Очень красивый отель. Расположен в старом городе, недалеко остановка речного транспорта, на котором можно доехать до достопримечательностей. У нас был семейный номер, очень удобный, два санузла, две спальни. Номер очень красиво оформлен, чисто и уютно. Персонал очень вежливый, и во всемпомогает,если будем еще в Бангкоке обязательно вернемся.

+ This hotel is one of the most beautiful and serene places I’ve ever stayed. It’s in a great location, quiet but close to some main sites, but the obvious highlight is the stunning collection of murals decorating the entire space.
- The cafe food was just okay—probably wouldn’t eat there again. Everything else was perfect.

+ This hotel was so adorable and quaint! The cafe downstairs was beautiful and the food there was amazing. The rooms were spacious and comfy. Perfect for my family of five.

+ Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Clean hotel. Great location. Good breakfast choices (not included in the hotel prize). Quietness. Chill area downstairs. The decoration of the hole place, like a museum - so interesting. I can for sure recommend to staying there.
- The communication before the arrival could definetly improved. Waiting 5 days for a respond shouldnt happen (prize vs value) - guess there is enough staff around to kind of re-organize this task probably?
+ Emplacement dans un quartier calme et charmant, à deux pas de l’embarcadère Thewet pour le Chao Praya Express. On se sent près de tout. L’hôtel est ravissant, la déco très sympa et le personnel aux petits soins. Ambiance simple et friendly.
- Connexion wifi instable dans la chambre. Les tarifs du restaurant (petit déjeuner et menu) un peu élevés.
