The Bed Klcc - Capsule Hotel

Not the hostel you wanna be staying at if youre looking to socialize. Staff aren't supportive or helpful in anyway for even the smallest of things.

I’ve traveled to many places and have never experienced such poor hospitality. After checking out, my friends and I waited in the common area for our flight. A staff member approached us, saying they saw us on CCTV and we had to pay per hour to stay there. This policy was never communicated and felt very unwelcoming. While the location is good and the facilities are clean, the lack of proper customer service ruined the experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I booked a private room which ended up looking nothing like the photos. It was an unclean, isolated concrete room with no window. The staff were not friendly, did not offer any guidance or suggestions. This is not a social place at all and the front door was always propped open meaning anyone could walk in. I ended up checking out after one night and paying for a hotel. Don’t waste your money here!

Das Einzelzimmer ist gefühlt eine Abstellkammer ohne Fenster mit einer Küchenzeile, wo das Wasser nicht ging. Und nimmt eher wertvollen Platz im sowieso schon winzigen Zimmer weg. Es gab viel zu wenig Bäder und Toiletten für die Anzahl an Personen im gleichen Bereich. Und das Zimmer war wortwörtlich eiskalt und man kann es leider nicht individuell anpassen. Ich bin früher ausgecheckt und habe mir was anderes gesucht, wo ich mich wohl fühlte.

Very clean rooms, almost obsessively so. Plenty of showers but some are broken and all are very small.. awkward for changing after. Found the staff very unhelpful and unfriendly. Okay place to stay if you just want to sleep/work but there is zero atmosphere, the whole vibe is just very cold. Also the bed blinds are completely transparent so you never really get any privacy. Location good but if you are looking for a friendly hostel I would definitely go elsewhere.

They seem to have a few or fine for just about anything, also nowhere to really hangout. The beds and bathroom were very clean though. Location was really good too. Overall it's fine to sleep but not much else.

Very overpriced for what it is. Great kitchen area but bedrooms were very small and bathroom wasn’t very clean.

Very cold environment

I barely slept a wink due to the room light being on the whole night and as far as I could tell no way to turn off. Toilet seat was falling off in the en suite in the dorm, staff seemed unenthused apart from the cleaners who were lovely. Weird place, good location for twin towers, and bed was comfy with decent amount of space in the capsule but I wouldn’t recommend it.

Very clean and quiet. The bedroom and bathroom were freezing and the only hot shower I had was at 6am when I was leaving. Staff were not very helpful, they seemed nice but my emails re airport transfer were ignored expected for 1 response which I responded to with flight details but they never got back to me again. Not a social hostel. It was clean and a good location but I wouldn't stay here again.

Amazing!! The location is perfect, near KL. It’s clean and fresh, i would recommand it

breakfast selection was pretty extensive, which is good, and generally this hostel felt really modern and clean, and each bed had some space to put their stuff around the bed too. but it is not a social environment, the toilet cubicles did not have locks, and those who get the top bunk will be very unlucky as it is super high up you gotta climb so many steps up and the ladder is a lil slippery

Very clean, but very anti social hostel. People hardly great each other. Beds are great and give you privacy. breakfast is poor, water for free, there's a fridge, instant coffee for 2 ringgit.

Probably the best hostel I’ve stayed at. Staff is super attentive and cleaning constantly. The complementary breakfast was way better than expected. Building is a short walk away from KLCC and Bukit Nanas Stations. Laundry service is thorough and done even faster than they advertise

Good hotel/hostel a short walk from the Petronas towers. Beds are big and comfortable. 2 bathrooms per room. Not much of an atmosphere and the layout is quite strange, but the staff are helpful and the place is clean!

Clean and functional place in a good location, but lacked any atmosphere, social events or bar/coffee area which would encourage some hanging out. A good spot if you want it as a base for exploring the city, but not for meeting people.

This is one of the best hostels I’ve experienced in all my travels. The cleanliness and comfort are exceptional, making it feel like a home away from home. The location is superb, with convenient access to everything you might need, including a 7-Eleven and the MRT just a short walk away. The staff is warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a fresh, positive attitude. un hotel capsula con las “habitaciones” ENROMES con mucho espacio personal. muy limpio y el personal es encantador. aunque el aire condicionado esta elevado y la capsula no cierra del todo, habiendo un libre acceso en ella. hay intimidad aunque no es opaca, hay solo un enchufe y los baños estan fuera. el desayuno es correcto y nos hemos sentido MUY seguras durante nuestra estancia.

Perfect location only 15 minute walk to the twin towers/ shopping mall. 7 eleven shop right next door. Each bed is in its own little capsule room, the shutters at the end of the bed are quiet noisy and don’t always stay on the runners. The little rooms are not sound proof and can hear the slightest thing. Also the main bedroom light doesn’t switch off which is annoying as the shutters are not black out. Ok for couple of nights but couldn’t stay much longer as hardly any sleep.

No complaints, very clean and modern. Super close to a train stop and the staff were super helpful. It also has a cafe on the ground floor and a 7-eleven next door
