Vraiment mécontente de cet Hostel! Certains volontaires (un en particulier) ne sont vraiment pas aimables et donne de mauvaises informations! En ce qui concerne l’excursion sur les îles, très mauvaises infos également , on a pas pu faire ce que nous avions prévu! De plus, on m’a perdu ma polaire lors du lavage et on me rie au nez! Bref très déçu! Je ne recommande absolument pas!
Really unhappy with this Hostel! some volunteers (one in particular) are really unkind and give bad information! as for the island excursion, very bad information too, we couldn't do what we planned! plus, my polar bear got lost while washing and they laughed at me! very disappointed! i absolutely don't recommend!
We couldn’t use the private bathroom in our room because the smell in there was so bad so we couldn’t shower and had to use the shared bathrooms on the ground floor. The bed was extremely old and uncomfortable, and nothing seemed clean. There is no wifi for the top rooms either. Only positive was the very cute pets they owned.
The property is one of the worse I’ve ever done. It was so dirty ! Blankets were full of blood stain. The kitchen…it’s better not to talk about it. I don’t recommend !!!
The toilet didn’t really flush, the shower was scary with electrical cords coming out of it, the kitchen was discussing and not really usable, there wasn’t really any security and cats running around inside. But the staff was nice
The ceiling was moldy and it was dripping from multiple spots. The bathroom wasn’t lockable and there were no shower curtains. No lockers, dirty blankets and kitchen. The staff seemed annoyed when approached.
Als ich ankam, informierte mich der Besitzer, das Hostel sei voll, er habe kein Einzelzimmer für mich. Wegen eines Feiertags sei auch alles andere ausgebucht. Er bot mir Alternativen (Zelt, Unterkunft auf der isla del Sol), die aber alle nicht für mich akzeptabel waren. Während ich selbst nach Alternativen suchte, kam heraus, dass durchaus noch mind. ein Dreibettzimmer verfügbar gewesen wäre - das wollte er mir aber nicht geben. Auf einmal konnte er dann doch noch ein Zimmer frei machen.
When I arrived, the owner informed me that the hostel was full, he did not have a single room for me. Because of a holiday, everything else was also booked out. He offered me Alternatives (Zelt, Accommodation on the Isla del Sol), but not all of them were acceptable to me. While I myself was looking for Alternatives, it turned out that durchaus noch mind. a triple bed room would have been available - but he did not want to give me that. Suddenly, he could still make one room free.
Showers are crazy. Nice location still
The rooms are more like an hotel room with multiple open beds. There is nothing to cover your bed/space. (Like a drape) It’s all just open. Super wierd for an hostel. Also the worst kitchen ever – No runnig water super dirty and very dark. The shower is cold and the knob for adjusting gives electricy shocks when touching. The blanket and bed cover is super dirty and is clearly not being washed Inbetween visitors. We also got scamed with the price/ weight of our laundry. Also there is no loc...
Only here for two nights so can’t complain too much. Bit far out of town and the shower didn’t go hot. Breakfast was very standard and only one plug socket in the room
Cheap hostel. The rooms are very cold, the bathroom is not the best and the kitchen is quite dirty. Not a good hostel, but if one wants a cheap hostel, this is the hostel.

Pas grand chose a redire pour le prix mais pas d'eau chaude dans les douches

Hostel muito agradável e boas instalações. o único ponto que achei fraco foi o café da manhã, pouquíssimas opções, basicamente só pão e café. voluntários super simpáticos e solícitos.
Hostel very nice and boas facilities. the only point that I found weak was the breakfast cafe, very few options, basically just bread and coffee. super friendly and caring volunteers.

The facilities and the cleanliness need more care
Cheap hostel. The rooms are very cold, the bathroom is not the best and the kitchen is quite dirty. Not a good hostel, but if one wants a cheap hostel, this is the hostel.
The hostel is around 10 minutes walk from the main street. The common areas are nice, the breakfast is simple but ok. The staff is nice. The dorm is a bit crowded. It would be nice to have a curtain in the shower, because the whole bathroom is under water after a shower now. 😅 If you're not expecting something special, it's a fine stay there.
das hoste war sehr alt,sehr kalt und nicht wirklich sauber. Beim frühstück war das geschirr schmutzig.Die inhaber waren super nett und waren sehr hilfsbereit als mein freund krank war.
The host was very tall, very cold and not really clean. at breakfast the dishes were dirty. the hosts were super nice and were very helpful whenever my friend was sick.

A very simple hostel. When i was there, there were every evening private events, so the common area was not usable. Its ok to stay for a night.
Estuvimos solo por una noche, igualmente el personal fue muy amable y predispuesto a ayudarnos con recomendaciones para el viaje. Si bien no se encuentra en el centro, se puede llegar rápidamente caminando (3 cuadras) Todo muy bien!
We were alone for one night, however the staff was very friendly and willing to help us with recommendations for the trip. although it is not in the center, you can quickly get there by walking (3 blocks) Everything is very good!
o atendimento é otimo, me senti bem no hostel, tem muitos voluntarios o que gera uma movimentacao em uma cidade tao pacata e simples, recomendo e voltaria

Fue una buena experiencia con la gente que se quedó ahí. Solamente la cocina y áreas comunes son muy sucias. Los cuartos están buenos.
It was a good experience with the people who stayed there. only the kitchen and common areas are very dirty. the rooms are good.
