GENTE NO VAYAN! El otro día mientras dormíamos nos ROBARON TODAS LAS COSAS DE LA HABITACIÓN. Lo peor de todo es que después vino la policía y se llevaron las grabaciones de las cámaras y nos nos dejaron verlas. No se hicieron cargo de nada y nos trataron muy mal ni siquiera al menos nos devolvieron la estadía. NO VAYAN! Hay mejores opciones Mucha suerte
NO GOING PEOPLE! the other day while we were sleeping we robbed ALL THINGS OF THE ROOM. the worst of all is that later the police came and took the camera recordings and let us watch them. they didn't take care of anything and treated us very badly even at least they returned our stay. NO GOING! there are better options Good luck
Found bed bugs in/around my bed! Immediately told the guy at reception and he acted like i was a huge inconvenience to him and was quite rude. Slept on a tiny couch that night as they didn’t have any other beds. The next morning he offered me a different bed but we just wanted to leave so we asked to get a refund and he told us that the bugs were out of their control and was the previous guests fault so we didn’t get a refund?!?! They also didn’t tell anyone or do anything to clean the roo...
She has name brevan working at hostel to staff. She has half italian half usa. We drop luggage early morning. Because we had bus to Siena. We explained sitation to Brevan. She said to us its okey. After finished some job in the city came back to hostel. We want to stay lounge room. We asked her. Her answered to us no you cant stay at here. Because you dont have reservation. After we left this hostel. She had very rude.
DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSTEL‼️ Customer service is at the bottom of their list. I found SEVERAL ADULT BEDBUGS in my bed and the manager (i believe he was) refused to give me a refund and laughed at my face at the idea. He didnt even offer to let me use the laundry machine for free. And I had to go to the laundromat. They only cleaned the bed that had bedbugs and not the whole room which tells you a lot about how thorough the cleaning is (not). I left early because I didn’t want to sleep an...
Awful and unsafe location. Followed by men every time we left the building. Told them we were scared and wanted to stay 1 night instead of 4, they said no. When we checked out we told them how upset we were, if girls feel unsafe they should be understanding and compassionate. They then made wild assumptions about us saying we're pampered and not real travelers. They were more interested in discrediting us than making sure we were safe. One of the worst experiences of my life. AVOID at all costs!
It is a very poor environment, staff is nice but the price is not at all worth it: we paied 84 Euro per person and that for six people (3 adlultsvand 3 kids) makes nearly 500 Euro per night for a hostel. This price we got a four star hotel with pool in Ischia… poor breakfast, no fruit
Where do I get started... this hostel is very misleading, I am confused at why this hostel is rated at 8.8 when I had so many issues with this poor hostel. Look for yourself at complaints people leave on reviews and how the hostel responds to them first, it's gross and not how guests should be treated. Staff seemed… very verbally aggressive. Seemed very angry about questions you might have, definitely felt like you were in trouble just for being there. Also if you are a woman, be careful. City and location of hostel felt very unsafe to be alone at. Bring a friend if you’re a solo female traveler or stay somewhere else.
Positive points : - close to the train station and close to a street with a lot of shops, - helpful and honest staff, - free breakfast, - cool kitchen with a great place to eat, - lockers in the room. Negative points : - a little expensive for a shared bedroom, - the street doesn’t seem very safe.

The hostel was great.. good value, location and cleanliness! Alfredo explained me everything about the city and introduced me to other travellers going to see the Napoli football match! Breakfast was also awesome! Highly recommended 🥳🥳🥳
Very secure and clean hostel! The staff were friendly and helped us plan our stay in Naples. The breakfast provided was very nice and we couldn't of had a better place to stay for our adventures.
Sehr nette Gastgeber, wunderbares Frühstück, alles sehr sauber; im Zimmer könnte es mehr Ablagen geben, in den oberen Betten gibt es auch keine Leselampen, das Bad teilt man mit zwei anderen Zimmern (nicht ganz ensuite).

Great authentic backpacker hostel to stay at! Mancini is so knowledgeable of Naples and will give you dozens of must see places and local restaurants to eat at. The vibe is very chill, definitely not a party hostel, but with travellers who want to explore. The breakfast was amazing too. Would definitely stay here again!

Ero già venuta in questa struttura e non ci ho pensato due volte a riprenotare qua. Struttura pulitissima, sono molto attenti alla sicurezza e alle richieste degli ospiti e tutto il personale è gentile, cortese e divertente. Le stanze sono grandi e molto pulite e le stanze in comune sono un piacevole posto per lavorare o conoscere qualcuno per scambiare qualche chiacchiera! È presente anche una stanza con la tv, nel caso in cui vi vogliate divertire guardando qualche partita o programma telev...
I had been to this property before and didn't think twice about booking here again. very clean property, they are very attentive to security and guest requests and all the staff is kind, courteous and fun. the rooms are large and very clean and the common rooms are a pleasant place to work or meet someone to exchange some chatter! there is also a room with a tv, in case you want to have fun watching some games or tv show ahahah! V
Hostel is very clean and well kept. Breakfast included is nice, especially for the price. The staff were very nice and easy to talk to. If you have any issues they are very helpful.
Einfach nur toll! Am Anfang bin ich angekommen und habe wirklich gedacht, ich RENNE wieder weg, da der Vorplatz vor dem Hostel wirklich crowded war und sehr laut, doch dann bin ich in das Hostel gegangen und es war einfach nur toll! Ich habe viele Menschen kennengelernt und bin 2 Nächte länger geblieben als geplant. Die Mitarbeitenden sind wunderbar und hilfsbereit, man merkt, dass ihnen die Arbeit Freude bereitet. Tolle Lage! Kostenloses Frühstück! Gerne wieder :)
At first I arrived and really thought, I RUN again, as the forecourt in front of the Hostel was really crowded and very noisy, but then I went into the Hostel and it was just great! I met a lot of people and stayed 2 nights longer than planned. The staff are wonderful and helpful, you can notice that they get work pleasure. Great location! Free Breakfast!
The most impressive part was how friendly and accommodating the staff were. The owner runs the front desk at times, and is super friendly with info on Napoli. The room was clean and well ordered, the bathroom was good. The same for the shared areas. Inside the hostel is great, though as others have mentioned, and the hostel cannot help this, the area where the hostel is located is very unclean and seems a little shady/dangerous.
I had a very pleasant time at this hostel! The staff were incredibly friendly and resourceful on things to explore and activities to try. It was super close to the main central train station of the city. The amenities were clean and the atmosphere was very chill.
Ho solo cose positive da dire su questo ostello. Vicinissimo alla stazione Garibaldi (stazione centrale), facile muoversi e arrivare ovunque. La struttura è meravigliosa, sia grande che pulita. Il personale è eccellente e la colazione inclusa è un bonus in più. Viaggio spesso a Napoli e ho in programma di ritornare in questa struttura
I have only positive things to say about this hostel.Visinissimo alla stazione Garibaldi (central station), easy to move and get anywhere.The facility is wonderful, both large and clean.The staff is excellent and breakfast included is an added bonus.I travel frequently to Naples and plan to return to this facility
I made the right choice in choosing Hostel Mancini. It has all the ingredients for a great hostel. Great facilities, great location, great price, great comfort. Great breakfast. But above all else wonderful, welcoming staff. They also were helpful in helping me make decisions on what to do on arriving. I slept so well which was appreciated after long days walking Napoli Thank you one and all ....'Naples keep doing your thing' Bryan.
Sinceramente la calle donde están ubicados da mal rollo, no me gustaría llegar de noche a este hostal. Sin embargo, ahí se acaba lo malo. Todo lo demás espectacular en este hostel. Buen desayuno, trabajadores simpáticos, lindas y limpias habitaciones, lockers en las habitaciones y cocina para huéspedes. Un poco raro estar obligado a salir del hostel a las 10:30 para las limpiezas pero igual lo recomendaría
Honestly the street where they are located is a mess, I would not like to arrive at night at this hostel. However, that's where the bad ends. Everything else is spectacular in this hostel. Good breakfast, friendly workers, nice and clean rooms, lockers in the bedrooms and guest kitchen. A little rare to be obliged to leave the hostel at 10:30 for cleaning but I would still recommend it
The hostel itself is great. The staff were kind, rooms were clean, free breakfast is a plus, and nice that we can leave bags. The only issue is the location. It is a quite unsafe area and i would recommend staying closer to the shore as that is the better more safe area.
Excelente hostel, habitaciones cómodas, espacios en común cómodos, excelente cocina, personal muy amable que dan recomendaciones, desayuno incluido muy bueno, sin duda alguna es un lugar para volver.
