- Really disappointing. It looked like a nice place, but my experience was terrible. When you make a reservation, they send you a list of tourist attractions and services you can do with them. When you ask for details, they aren't clear about what they entail. Thank goodness I didn't take the tour with them and did it through Get Your Guide. However, I asked for help booking a bus to Bangkok, and it took them 2 days to give me all the information. The price is $25 (much more expensive than 12go, and I recommend doing it that way), so I was expecting something good. The bus was delayed 30 minutes, and no one could tell me what was going on. When the bus arrived, it was very disappointing It was very dirty and uncomfortable. It had no curtains, the service was terrible (no one explained anything and they were rude to you when trying to give you directions). The air conditioning in the seats was broken and you couldn't close it, so you were stuck with the air conditioning freezing. It was truly an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone. Before leaving the hostel, I saw rats inside the establishment on the first floor, wandering all over the space where food is sold. The girls who work at the bar are very kind and attentive, but the person who manages the extra services for the hostel isn't proactive. If they sell services to foreigners, the least they can do is be willing to try to use a translator to understand a conversation and not just say "I don't speak English" and, when you ask them something to be sure, have them say "yes" without being certain. The place has a lot of potential for growth, but customer service and transparency of information come first. Don't buy bus tickets from the "Sovann Chenda" company. I sincerely hope that these things improve over time, because it's not pleasant at all and it's exhausting.

Good for one night. Pods are really small and hot for two people.

- IMPOSSIBLE de dormir dans les chambres sans AC et sans fenêtre. Il y fait très lourd sachant que l’espace est petit. Ce n’est pas insonorisé et il y a un bar en dessous. Pour le café glacé, un prix est affiché sur la carte mais on vous surcharge pour avoir un café glacé, sans prévenir avant et sans que cela soit mentionné sur la carte.
+ Le stanze erano sporche, mi son fatto cambiare due letti perché cerano le cimici dei letti. Praticamente ho dovuto dormire nella reception

- L’escalier en colimaçon étroit pour monter aux chambres, le drap taché, la porte bancale de la cabine, l’étroitesse de la cabine individuelle, tout était glauque et ne correspondait pas aux photos Booking.

+ Favourite place in Battambang! The staff were amazing including Amrith! The shop across the road can book tours for you and the moment I got there i was lucky enough to get on a half day tour with other people within the hour! So good! I had my own room, everything is clean, met some amazing people. the location is amazing as well close to everything! Awesome! Amazing! Thank you to the team at Pomme! You were amazing!

+ Nice little hostel. You have the bar/restaurant below and the cabins upstairs (small mini rooms with either AC or windows). Ask for the window room if you can. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is chilled. Would recommend it.
+ Le personnel est agréable, la nourriture est bonne, l’ambiance est chill et conviviale. Vous serez dans une mini chambrette mais qui garantie votre intimité et vos affaires. On vous fournira une serviette. Je recommande de prendre une chambre avec AC car il fait chaud, ça coûte 0.7$ en + par nuit si je ne me trompe pas. Enfin, je recommande le tour à la journée proposé par l’hôtel avec Tony comme guide.

+ Amrith was soooo helpful! Helped me book an overnight bus to Koh Rong, booked it all for me, and also moved me from a fan room to an AC room as it was very warm! Super chilled spot, nice restaurant on site. Very nice and affordable hostel!

+ This accomodation was great. Staff was really nice, always there to help u with stuff and u can book trips and everything at the bar. Rooms were perfectly clean and cold at night and it was nice to have your own space. I would personally book a room with airconditioning, with only a fan it’s kinda hot and a room with airconditioning is still really cheap. Downstairs it was a nice atmosphere and the food was delicious! Recommend!!
+ All the staff were so friendly & extremely helpful organising sightseeing trips & transport. The private room was amazing value. It was right in the centre of town, so the location was perfect & the food was amazing!!

+ I really loved the concept of the cabins! It would be great if more hostels did something like this. The atmosphere is nice, also thanks to the restaurant, which offers good meals and has a really nice vibe. I rarely stay somewhere longer than planned, but here I extended my stay because it was simply such a good place to relax. I had a really good rest. Everything is clean, and the internet is good enough for working. Very nice staff.
- The air conditioning is a problem. It seems that all the rooms are connected to one ventilation system, which makes it so weak that the temperature in the room is only a few degrees lower than in the non-air-conditioned areas.
