No security. We lost our luggage from a private room. Somebody broke into our apartment and took goods worth 1500€. Highly, disappointed!

The service was very nice, both at the reception and from the staff.
I stayed here in September and it was dead. No atmosphere, no activities, barely any guests. The 6-bed dorm was messy (see photos). Worst part: staff removed all my belongings without notice, leaving items missing, damaged, or mixed with others. I’ve traveled a lot and never experienced anything like this. Aside from the central location, there’s nothing positive. Truly shocking - avoid at all costs.
The only good thing to say about this hostel is the location. Avoid if you can. We arrived very late, and did the mistake to lift the mattress which was full of black mould. After long argument with the staff, we finally got a new beds which were less mouldy. (Most of the beds we checked were covered in mould) We rather requested to get a refund. As for now the hostel hasn’t charged money from the stay (except from tax and booking fee) and if they will, I will ask for a refund.
Séjour absolument horrible. Je réservé une nuit dans un dortoirs « women only » avec 4 lits. J’arrive il y en a 5 et nous sommes 6 personnes dans la chambre dont un jeune homme ! L’auberge a overbooké et n’a même pas designer nous indemniser ou rembourser alors que la nuit a quand même couté plus de 50€ ! Scandaleux. Je vous recommande d’aller ailleurs. Le personnel n’est pas souriant ni chaleureux ! Fuyez !
I booked a night in a dormitories women only with 4 beds. I arrive there are 5 and we are 6 people in the room including a young man ! The hostel is overbooked and not even a designer can compensate or refund us when the night still cost more than 50€ ! Scandalous. I recommend you go elsewhere. The staff is not smiling or warm ! Run away!
We had a water leakage in the ceiling which was directly above the sink. It got worse each day and apart from cleaning the sink and floor nothing was being done about it. It smelled moldy and you got drips from water falling on you while cleaning your hands or brushing teeth.
The ladders on the beds were so dangerous I thought I was gonna fall off everytime. There was one bed in my room with a real ladder whereas the other beds all just had 2 tiny little poles with tiny steps it was so dangerous. Also just not a social hostel at all
La ubicación muy bien, se llega muy fácil a todos lados caminando. La habitación muy chica de verdad, super incómoda y no tan limpia. Comparado con otros hostels no está a muy buen precio para lo q ofrece. No volvería a ir
The location is very good, you can easily get everywhere walking. the room is really very small, super uncomfortable and not so clean. compared to other hostels it is not at a very good price for what it offers. i would not go again.
Far to reach the central station, some staff are helpful but some are not, even claimed that you cannot expect any kettle found from the guest kitchen.
They run a slick s*** where some beds have security lockers that only accept locks of a specific size (too thin: doesn’t lock, too thick: won’t fit). Conveniently for them, they sell the right locks. I argued with the staff, they were very rude. Eventually I gave in after they threatened to move me to a much worse bed, and I bought a lock. Then the woman said, “you will want to be close to the window when the drunks come back and it gets stuffy”. Just horrid. Also… PROVIDE DRINKING ...

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a pocas cuadras del puente de Carlos. La habitación es amplia pero cuenta con pocas facilidades, no tiene mesas o donde poner las cosas para la cama de arriba, no hay luces individuales lo cual obliga a tener el mismo horarios de los demás viajeros. No cuenta con cortinas, se pierde privacidad. El baño al igual no tiene mesas ni nada para estar cómodo. El personal no fue muy amable, ni saludaban. en general los checos no son amables. El desayuno muy completo.
The location was amazing and made it really easy to get around and see the city. I also liked the curtains on the beds since they gave a bit more privacy, which was nice in a shared room. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. The staff were not rude or mean, but they also were not especially welcoming.
The location of this hostel is amazing. Bathrooms are kept nice and clean and feels very secure. I stayed in a female dorm for 8 people, we had one toilet, shower, and sink between us, which could feel a little limited but not too bad as they were all in separate rooms. The main issue was that the beds were pretty uncomfortable, and very loud whenever you moved - i was on a top bunk and very worried about disturbing the person sleeping under me. Overall a decent, well priced and convenient stay.
Le personnel était super sympa, ça en a fait son charme ! À défaut d'avoir pu rencontrer des clients (souvent très jeunes), le personnel m'a fait bien sourire et était super agréable. L'auberge est très bien placée, proche de toute commodité. J'ai vu 2 chambres ayant réservé 2 fois. Les 2 étaient très bien. En revanche, les gens appellent au téléphone dans la chambre, parlent super fort, mangent dans la chambre au lieu d'aller dans l'espace commun, il faudrait donner les règles...
The staff was super friendly, it made her charm ! In the absence of meeting customers (often very young), the staff made me smile and was super nice. The hostel is very well located, close to all amenities. I saw 2 rooms that had been booked twice. Both were very good. On the other hand, people call on the phone in the room, talk super loudly, eat in the room instead of going to the common area, you should give the rules of life...
Everything was great, a little bit of an eggy smell from the bathroom but with the windows open it was perfectly fine!!
Really enjoyed our stay - the only downside being the beds. Specifically the mattresses and bed frames which were very thin and the later extremely creaky. This just meant sleeping wasn’t as comfortable as it could have been. However, all the staff there are super friendly and you cannot get a better or more central location in Prague. Still represents amazing value for money.
Confortable y segura.
Receptionist is pretty nice and pay concern about my stays over this property. In overall I would said it’s clean and the bed is good although there is no curtain. Room is spaces with en-suite bathroom separate toilet.
Os quartos eram normais mas achámos o pessoal bastante desagradável, tendo visto várias atitudes desnecessárias com outros hóspedes. Os beliches tinham escadas extremamente pequenas, tornando muito desconfortável descer/subir. Além disso, ao contrário de outros hostéis, cobraram-nos para deixar as mochilas lá no dia do check-out nem tinha uma zona comum com microondas e outras coisas básicas.
The rooms were normal but we found the staff quite unpleasant, having seen various unnecessary attitudes with other guests.The cottages had extremely small stairs, making it very uncomfortable to go up/down.In addition, unlike other hostels, we were charged to leave our backpacks there on check-out day nor did we have a common area with microwaves and other basic things.
Beds are very flat and uncomfortable. No ledge on bed for items
Everything was perfect, the location, cleanliness and staff. Having a private bathroom and shower in every room makes it much more comfortable than other hostels. I’d definitely stay here again
Las instalaciones bien, podrían tener hervidor y microondas para uso libre de los huespedes. Cuando llegamos nos tocó el recepcionista mas DESAGRADABLE. Nos ponía caras desagradables cada vez q le pediamos algo, nos dió una sola tarjeta oara los reservas distintas, cualquier cosa nos respondía de mala manera y a regañadientes, en general atendía con mala cara. Totalmente lo contrario a otro recepcionista, no tengo su nombre pero nos dijo q era de miami, un amor de persona.
The facilities were fine, they could have a kettle and microwave for free use by guests. when we arrived we were touched by the most UNpleasant receptionist. he would make nasty faces at us every time we asked him for something, he gave us a single card or different reservations, anything we asked he responded badly and grudgingly, generally he served with a bad face. totally the opposite of another receptionist, I don't have his name but he told us he was from miami, a love of persona.
Location was pretty central. Clean place with good facilities. Lockers under the bed were handy. Shared bathroom between 8 people was difficult at times. Overall good place to stay.
In the first room I was assigned, the toilet door was spoilt and could not lock. I had booked a 4-bed all female room, and was surprised later in the night when a male entered the room. Went to the counter and they realised they had made a mistake and reassigned me to a 7-bed all female room. It was not a pleasant experience at the start, but I had no issues with the second room assigned. It would be good if they could check to ensure door locks are working and rooms are assigned correctly.
Może to nie sezon na imprezy, gdyż byłem w lutym,ale nie można się przyczepić do czegokolwiek w hostelu. Czystość, łazienka w pokoju. Lokalizacja wyśmienita - apka PID i w Pragę i okolice. Polecam

This Place made us feel very welcome, the staff is nice and available, the room stays warm despite the cold weather outside, but the most great thing Is the position of the hostel. At the reception is possibile to speak english but there is a guy who also speaks spanish well. Thank you!

posizione centrale, camera molto pulita e personale cordiale. Unica cosa negativa il deposito bagagli a pagamento e no asciugamani
The only negative thing is the baggage claim and no towels.
lady staff was so rude
The lady in the lobby should be instructed not to enter the room at midnight and not to speak loudly while people are sleeping.
