location was really good but room was really awful and it smell really bad

As a senior traveler I wanted to try a private room at a hostel for the first time for its perceived value. This hostel is probably very good for young travelers who want an inexpensive shared dorm, but its private room experience was not for me. At $76 per night it was a similar price to neighboring motels and air bnbs but offered far less, e.g., torn sheets, standing water at the toilet for 3 days, no curtains or blinds on the window and small lockers that wouldn’t accommodate my luggage.

I probably wouldn’t recommend this hostel. the location was okay, walking distance from many sights and restaurants, bars, etc. but it’s also in the middle of a plaza that is never quiet. the rooms were very cramped and the sheets were not very clean. no elevator, so be aware with suitcases. the kitchen was not so clean and food in the fridge had mold. the build of this hostel makes it difficult to meet people. also, laundry service took literally 12 hours for some reason? unless you’re ju...

Rooms were too small for a total of 12 people. Bathroom was shared with more than 20.

The staff was helpful and most of them were very friendly. The hostel entrance is behind a seemingly traditional - but rather touristy - Czech restaurant playing folklore music very loudly. The hallway’s of the hostel are rather shabby, the room was ok but nothing like on the pictures. Little light, bad smell. The shared toilet on the floor was as dirty as possible. It surely depends on your personal standards and pain barriers if this hostel is for you. No fit for me.

Infelizmente no es un lugar para descansar y poder disfrutar de la ciudad. Muchas de las personas que van al lugar están con ganas de fiesta, por lo que estar en la habitación de 18 camas es pésima idea. La terraza no está en buen estado y ha decir verdad la limpieza de los baños se hacía muy tarde, por lo que podías encontrarlo normalmente sucio, aún si habían hecho aseo. Si ubicación es excelente y el personal es súper amable.

Muy sucio en todo momento, hay muy pocos baños para tantas personas para que además estuvieran muy sucios, lo mismo para sus instalaciones. Las supuestas horas de silencio durante la madrugada jamás se respetaron. Ya había leído que no había elevador y ni le di importancia, pero ya habiéndome quedado ahí, la verdad es que sí es tedioso y cansado cuando te toca en el último piso. La locación del hostal es perfecta, pero en términos de limpieza y ambiente, deja mucho que desear.

Je ne recommande absolument pas . 2 salles de bain avec 1 seul toilette pour un dortoirs de 12 lits … le débit rendait vite cela très salissant…. On devait ainsi s’organiser à des horaires pas très avantageux pour prendre une douche et aller au toilette au moment où c’est à peu près propre…. De plus le personnel n’était pas des plus accueillant…

although the hostel was clean and the beds were super comfortable, the hostel had a very dull vibe, if you're looking to meet people do not book this hostel as they don't have a bar, cafe and no common area at all.

Great, clean hostel perfectly located in the city centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Common rooms and kitchen are quite small and don’t have windows, but everything was fine.

Nice hostel with a safe cardlock system for doors and lockers, already made beds and kind staff! Not the most social though, and sharing one bathroom with 9 people can get busy in the morning. I'm also not a fan of the triple bunk beds, but that might just be a personal preference. The bathroom was fine, but there were no hooks or spots to hang/put your stuff on.

Mon séjour s’est suffisamment bien passé. L’hostel est très bien placé, sur la place. Ce n’est pas un lieu de rencontre car les espaces communs ne donnent pas envie d’y rester : il n’y a pas de vraie cuisine, ni d’activité interne. On dort bien dans le lit mais il n’y a pas d’intimité avec de nombreuses personnes dans les dortoirs mixtes.

We booked it for my friend and me. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, and the toilets were always clean. The rooms are big enough to accommodate two people without feeling like we are sleeping in a metal can. The kitchen was nice, the free coffee was amazing, and the internet was good. The location is excellent. The only issue is that the beds are three-level bunk beds, so it is not convenient for those who are afraid of high beds, like me. The building has no eleva...

El hostel no está bueno. Las habitaciones eran olorosas y muy ruidosas. No había enchufes disponibles y, al llegar, no había lockers porque estaban ocupados, por lo que tuve que dormir con mis cosas en la cama, lo cual fue muy incómodo. Las cortinas no brindan privacidad, no se respetan los horarios de silencio y los baños estaban bastante sucios.

A very good affordable place to stay. The staff are so nice and helpful.

great hostel to stay in for a couple of nights, right in the center with a couple of grocery shops near by, great stuff. the kitchen is really small and the fridges are weird, the rooms are really small and the beds squik amd move a lot, also very noisy because of the location

In the middle of the city you can do everything by walking.

In centrissimo, molto comodo

really good hostel if your looking for something in the middle of everything. Not really social but good and clean facilities. Doing laundry is overpriced but it is what i is.

A lovely hostel, especially for the price. Great, clean bedding, and you are given a free towel for showering. Dorms are comfy and have lots of privacy, amazing lockers too!! The only issue I had was with there only being two showers on each floor, but you can use them on other floors.

Stayed in the 18 room and definitely don’t let it put you off. Felt absolutely fine and the privacy screens made you feel very comfortable. Dude on the desk was super helpful and thorough. Really cool place.

I highly recommend it here! We just needed a one night stay so we picked hostel orange because of the very low price mainly but also it was a 12 minute walk to the train station and a less than 10 minute walk to the center of Prague! The bathrooms were clean, and they provided a nice shower and towel! Everyone was so friendly and I really enjoyed my stay!

First hostel ever, not disappointed in any way. Great location. Clean.

Great location, not very social, not many kitchen facilities, but there was a nice common room where you could sit and eat

A very solid, simple experience. The location was ideal, very close to the main high street, national museum and old town. The vibes were friendly, easy going. no complaints.

This place is okay if you just want to crash for a couple nights. However the dorms are very tight. I was in a nine-bed dorm where there was barely any room to move. All of us were sharing one bathroom that was cleaned only once a day. The kitchen is super tiny, the dining area has no windows and the upstairs terrace is very hot until about 6 p.m. and then closes at 9.

Incredible lockers ! Perfect for a chill stay in Prague
