Rooms were not clear. House keeping only changed the bedsheet but the room were not proper cleared. The room for four people the bed, pillow, and blankets quality was not good. Kitchen always dirty with dishes in the sink. For a small hostel I was expecting a better quality for the price paid.

I take shower with cold water for 3 days. The receptionist said it's because others used the hot weather and he was serious... i forced to give 20 euro deposit and there was no notification while i was booking. i had to go out somehow withdraw the money. pilllow were small and cover of pillow was clean but not in good condition

上下铺床特别晃，很细的铁架床，各个连接处都很不稳固，下铺也没重量。上铺的人上下床和翻身的时候我根本没法睡觉。晚上甚至吃了安眠药但只睡着了不到一个小时就被上铺起夜上下楼梯的动静晃醒，因为他会睡梦中无意识翻身，我在下铺就像躺在暴风雨里的海船上一样根本没法睡觉。努力了一个小时一要睡着就被晃醒，我只好躺地上睡了，没有床的颠簸虽然地上又冷又�...

Nice place but it felt as though the management doesn’t care about the cleanliness and organization. Location could be better

La recepción del lugar olía demasiado feo, incluyendo la colcha y almohada, me sentí demasiado incómoda con el olor. La habitación estuvo demasiado fría tenía aire acondicionado pero este no tiene la capacidad para hacer cálida la habitación en la cual pase las noches. La verdad no entiendo por qué tiene este lugar calificaciones tan altas

1. The breakfast is not included 2. The staff knows nothing 3. It’s 7 degree at night, but the bed sheet is like a piece of paper, and the staff refused to open the heater 4. 20 mins to old town centre, by bus, the location is horrible 5. They do have lots of facilities, but most of them are not usable, like they do have Expresso machine, but no capsule… 6. The hostel is at rooftop, but there is a long way to climb 7. I live in 3 ppl mixed room, smells stink

I’d stay away. This hostel is cult-like. Lea, the receptionist, plays vulgar, off-putting music, pressures guests to drink and play drinking games, even when it’s clear nobody was interested or stated “no.” The best volunteer, Kai, was great at making guests comfortable and welcomed despite these overhead pressures from management by adapting to the vibes guests wanted, but was selectively removed for bending away from the cult-like practices. This is only the surface. Choose elsewhere!

I think that for what you pay it is fine, what left me with a bad impression was that they ask for a deposit of 20 euros to give you the key to the room, that payment is in cash and I did not have cash and they asked me to leave with my suitcases, to look for an ATM.

Had a great experience staying here. The atmosphere was welcoming from the start, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Destiny, who was incredibly understanding and supportive during a difficult situation I experienced while traveling. Her help truly made a difference and made my stay much smoother and more comfortable.

I had a great stay here. The rooms were clean, comfortable and the hostel had a really cozy vibe overall. It’s also a very social hostel so it’s easy to meet new people and make friends. The staff were amazing as well, genuinely kind and welcoming people. Special shoutout to Benedict, David and Enzo for making the experience even better. They were all super friendly and really added to the atmosphere overall. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone 🫶🏻

Had a really lovely stay! The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, and everything was well organized. Special thanks to David at reception. He was incredibly warm, funny, and had such great energy that instantly made everyone feel at home.

This gives college house vibes but is surprisingly clean. Dinner was good but I think if it’s clearly advertised as “free” then it’s weird to ask for donations after. If you’re looking for somewhere to crash and people to drink with, this is for you.

I stayed here for a weekend and had a wonderful experience. The property was clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the location was very convenient for the metro. The neighborhood was also quiet, safe, and easy to get around. In particular, David and all the volunteers were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. Highly recommended!

okay so overall I really liked staying here! not gonna lie, I booked a bit blindly because there were no photos of the girls room, but it actually turned out to be fine, so no regrets at all. The BEST part was definitely the staff, like genuinely. Everyone was so sweet, open, and made me feel really welcome. Special shoutout to David and Luca, they were the absolute best and made the whole experience even better. The location is also a huge win, and having a café right downstairs?? Loved that...

Everything was clean and tidy and all the staff were lovely. There were daily activities both during the day and night and the 'family' dinners made it really social.

It was my first experience in a hostel and I truly recommend. Really cozy space, everything cleaned, right next to the metro and really nice activities. It was a perfect combo between a chill and social atmosphere. During my stay the people from the staff were David, Elle, Enzo, Jun, Hajin and Luca! They were all amazing! Really social and fun to be around, made everyone feel included. Special thanks to David for offering me a warm welcoming and making my trip more fun :)

My favourite thing was the amazing water pressure in the showers! The ventilation in the washrooms was also good, though it could be improved. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming – shoutout to David and Alberta for being such great hosts!!! It was my first time staying in a hostel, and I was greeted so warmly that it made me feel much less nervous about my stay. They also organise group activities that anyone can join, which is a really lovely and fun touch.

Es war klasse! Sehr nette Atmosphäre und gute Zimmer und Küche! Das Personal war auch super und hat viel zur guten Stimmung beigetragen, danke nochmal an Eleonora, Sietske, Enzo und Davide. Ist auch sehr gut für Solo-Traveling, man kommt sehr schnell ins Gespräch mit den Leuten. Die angebotenen Events sind auch wirklich sehr gut gewesen (vor allem die am Abend ;) )
