Snooze Hostel Yogyakarta

Schoon en heel vriendelijk personeel. Echter vond ik de prijs kwaliteit verhouding scheef, privé kamer voor €20-€30 pp zonder raam en klein. En daarnaast vond ik Snooze ook niet super flexibel, bijvoorbeeld met ontbijt. Tot slot zit het ook niet in de gezellige back packer buurt maar best wel erg afgesloten van de leuke barretjes etc en miste ik een gezellige plek om samen met de andere hostelgasten te connecten. Daardoor rustig en niet zo sociaal hostel.

What a wonderful little oasis in the busy city! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They had great recommandations and they helped us out a lot with everything. The room was nice for the price and the breakfast was appreciated. The only downside was the lack of hot water. Would recommend.

This is definitely a "nicer" hostel with lots of beautiful common areas! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Wonderful service and always willing to help with anything. They were even wonderful enough to help me pack a breakfast when I had early morning tours, and helped me with my luggage when I needed to leave early in the morning. They can help you arrange tours, drivers, etc. The only downside was that the AC in the private room didn't really work too well - hot at night.

We loved staying here! The team was so friendly & helpful, we felt at home right away! I really enjoyed the atmosphere, the beautiful garden, & the great shared area. Our room was pretty with a comfy bed, a fan, and shelves. It was a bit unfortunate that they don't have any hot water (tbf they mention this in the property details). The team was also happy to help us with organising a driver who took us to the temple. All in all it was a great stay, and we would definitely come back. Thanks Team...

Loved my stay in Snooze, however I was not aware that there was no hot water for the shower … Also my room did not had AC and the bed was really uncomfortable. The bed in the second room was way more comfortable. Besides that, the staff is amazing, the hostel is super clean and the atmosphere is really nice. The breakfast is also really good! If you don’t mind a cold shower, it’s an amazing place to stay! :)

Snooze has been one of my favorite hostels I've ever stayed at! With super friendly and helpful staff willing to assist you with any questions or problems, including figuring out activity bookings/the next part of your trip, great breakfast options to start your day, so many places to chill surrounded by plants, and cool, comfortable rooms with huge lockers to safely store all of our belongings, this hostel was well worth staying at. Only downside was cold showers.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dem Hostel. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren so lieb und zuvorkommend, da wir früh abgereist sind, haben wir sogar ein Lunchpaket bekommen. Ich kann es wirklich nur empfehlen! Es war sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet :)

I loved staying at Snooze. The bed was comfortable, enough space for luggage in the dorm. Staff was really nice and the breakfast was amazing. Bathrooms are clean. Everywhere are plants :)

Super fijn hostel. Het personeel is zo vriendelijk en helpt je graag. Locatie is goed en het interieur is echt prachtig. Ondanks dat er maar 1 dorm room is, is het een super sociaal hostel. Het is geen partyhostel, maar echt een fijne uitvalsbasis om tot rust (en thuis) te komen. Het ontbijt is ook echt geweldig! Ik raad iedereen aan hier te boeken!

Snooze is always amazing. this one in particular had a really nice atmosphere and the free breakfast was delicious

We've been traveling for two months now and we've been to all kind of hotels, this one has been the best so far. The staff is amazing, super helpful and friendly, they really know how to make you feel at home, the structure is really cozy, aesthetic and has all kind of facilities. The staff also prepared us a to go breakfast since we had to check out early and it was super delicious! Thank you for everything, hope to come back soon!

We stayed in the Snooze hostels in both Yogyakarta and in Malang and they were so amazing. The staff were so lovely and so helpful. The bathrooms and rooms were so clean I was very impressed. The general vibe was also so nice. One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in!!

Wat een ontzettend goede plek op te verblijven in Yogya. Het hostel is schoon en de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes zijn ook prima ingericht. Het personeel was heel behulpzaam en meedenkend.

A great place to stay if you are looking for comfort, calm and warmth. The room, the shared showers and toilets were all really clean. The location is very central but a bit tucked away in a backstreet so the direct environment is calm. I would defintively go back!

Unreal staff and impeccable cleanliness

Really good location, breakfast was an amazing addition, felt very welcomed and they suggest many things to do in the city. The shared bedroom was very comfortable I just had issue with very AC where my roommates wanted it colder and I wanted the ac higher, also there were no windows or exhaust system in the room I stayed, so you feel the air quality go down a bit in the night

The vibe in the hostel was really chill. Loved all the plants! Also staff was super friendly, asking about your day and if you needed anything they were always there to help. Breakfast in the hostel was amazing! And if you can't join for breakfast they prepare you a very sweet package. Also the hostel is super clean, beds are comfy. Location is good. There's lots of nice little restaurants/cafes in the neighborhood and hostel staff will give you recommendations too.
