- I could not check in this hostel because they require you to send your passport data to the group chat on Whatsapp to check you in, which I didn't want ofc. Why would I share my personal data on WhatsApp in a group of 6 strange people? Very risky way of sharing personal data. What if anyone's phone is compromised? When I asked them I would like to give my passport in person they even replied no matter how I give my passport to them they would share it on a WhatsApp group anyway. Very unsecure and I believe even against the rules of sharing personal data in booking.com!
- 给我安排上铺，当我提出需要下铺的时，因为我的膝盖有问题，服务员说下铺已订出，可恶的是，当我退房的时候，那个已订好的下铺也没有来客人。为什么要欺骗客人？
- Das Personal war nicht so freundlich..Man muss über ein App kommunizieren. Das Zmmer riecht schrecklich, alle deine Kleider stinken nachher. Das Personal putz Morgen um 6.30, ausschlafen geht nicht.

- Dangerous place!Our backpackers with all our stuff were stolen in front of a member of the staff in the baggage drop of the hostel near the reception and the thief was ex member of the staff. We think the other member of the staff was involved in the theft. Been away from this place!

- I feel uncomfortable with one of the staff in the WhatsApp group who texted me to turn off the lamp at my bed after receiving a complaint from a foreigner in my room. For your information, there are no rules that prohibit me from using the bed lamp regardless of the time. I was also not making any noise, but the staff still asked me to be quiet just because of the complaint.

- Not a good place. Pics online tricked me, cause the color of the walls makes them seem out of concrete. They are not, it's just cardboard plastered with paint, meaning you can hear the guy at reception letting a massive burp like he was in bed with you. Men's dorm is next to reception lobby, so you can hear everything through the cardboard wall. There is no culture of not bothering others. I told reception that it's not quiet and they reacted. But a few hours later, at midnight, I had to wake up and tell they guy in the kitchen to lower the sound level of his movie and the staff member in the lobby again to be quiet while he was chatting to a guest. You can hear everything that happens in the hostel in the dorm because of the cardboard structure. The door of the dorm is the door from hell. It squeaks and wakes you up everytime it slides open. This is not a door fit for a dorm where people are supposed to sleep. Especially since a lot of guests have no common sense and slide the door open and shut six times in two minutes. But hey, if you are looking for a place where you cannot sleep, this is it. Men's dorm has no windows and it smells damp and so will your clothes after a day. Zero air circulation. Place is next to a road so due to the amazing cardboard walls you can hear every moto that goes by. Also when coming out of the shower with wet feet, careful not to break your neck. Floor is slippery. It gets cold in the morning and I asked the girl for a blanket. They have none. All they supply you with, what they call the ,,blanket" is a bedsheet to cover yourself with, so I woke up shaking with cold every night at 3AM, despite the fact that I put the AC on 28 degrees. It shows 28, but feels way less. The so-called ,,chill area" where I was planning to chill and relax in my 3 nights here is just 2 dirty uncomfortable chairs and a fan that doesn't spin.

- És intolerable que es fumi dins de les instal·lacions del hostel. El fum és omnipresent i es cola per tot arreu. Fins i tot, a l'habitació es respira el fum de tabac, que, recordem-ho, porta més de 500 components cancerígens. Qui vulgui fumar que ho faci al carrer!!
+ The common area seemed nice and the location was very close to all the sight seeing attractions, which is a plus if you only stay for one night.
- We left within a few minutes. We have been treated with such friendliness in Indonesia, but this was not an example. At arrival the staff was very disinterested (but not rude). The private room was not up to standards. It was a very stone cold room with two mattresses on the floor. There was no window and no decorations. The bathroom did not seem very clean. We left after we found 2 bugs crawling on and around the mattresses. No confirmation if they were bedbugs but we decided to leave anyway.

- Die Fotos online sind unglaublich gut gemacht, die Realität sieht leider anders aus. Das Hostel ist ziemlich verlebt & dunkel. Es gibt nur eine Toilette im Bad im ersten Stock, die ständig nass ist, weil sich dort die einzige warme Dusche befindet. Sonst gibt es noch 2 separate kalte Duschen. Der Waschbeckenbereich war vollgestellt mit schleimigen nassen festen Seifen. Die Küche ist auch sehr dunkel & sieht dreckig aus. Der Gemeinschaftsraum im ersten Stockwerk ist voll mit abgesessenen & fleckigen Polstermöbeln. Gegen Abend wird es dort sehr heiß & stickig, sodass man den lauten Ventilator anschalten muss um es halbwegs angenehm zu gestalten. Das Girl-Dorm ist ohne jegliche Fenster mit einer sehr starken Klimaanlage ohne Vorhänge am Bett - perfekt zum krank werden.. Das Personal ist zwar freundlich, spricht allerdings sehr wenig Englisch.

+ Die Unterkunft ist an sich sehr sehr schön. Der Aufenthaltsraum ist hübsch, die Dorms sehr gut! Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer (liegt im Erdgeschoss) gebucht, das allerdings super feucht war obwohl der Raumentfeuchter lief. Der Raum und Bettwäsche / Matratze / Handtücher haben gar nicht gut gerochen. Wir konnten dann zum Glück in das Dorm wechseln, welches wir sehr empfehlen können. Es ist im obersten Stockwerk und hat kein Problem mit Feuchtigkeit. Die geteilten Badezimmer sind sehr gut, es wird jeden Tag sauber gemacht.
The accommodation in itself is very very nice. the living room is pretty, the dorms very good! we had booked a double room (located on the ground floor), which was super humid though the room humidifier was running. the room and bed linen/mattress/handbags didn't smell bad at all. we were then fortunately able to change to the bedroom, which we can highly recommend. it is on the upper floor and has no problem with humidity. the shared bathrooms are very good, it is cleaned every day.

+ A szálláshely nagyon igényes, esztétikus. A közös terekben kifejezetten jó volt pihenni. A mosdókat rendszeresen takarítják, közös konyha rendelkezésre áll. Az elhelyezkedése kiváló, gyalogosan is megközelíthető több látnivaló. A személyzet kedves, a vendégek számára elérhetővé tesznek egy kis útikönyvet sok hasznos tudnivalóval a várossal, közlekedéssel kapcsolatban.
- Hiányoltam a függöny meglétét az ágyaknál a közös hálószobában.
Strategic location to the center. When I stayed in the dorm, the AC was leaking so the staff turned the AC off. We couldn’t wear our footwear inside, but the floor was not that clean for me. Good shower and nice area to chill.
