- 水道の蛇口が甘くかなり強く締めないとポトポト水が落ちる。換気扇の音がかなりうるさく換気が出来ない。言わないとタオルを変えてくれない。

- Only day one provide water, other days need to buy even plain water only. Make-up room only once per two weeks. If you want make-up room service more frequently than you need to pay 200 baht every time. This kind of service is rarely seen in Thailand. The most I can tolerate is once every 3 days.

- The check-in process is really inconvenient. You arrive at the hotel and there's no reception, so you have to go to another company hotel to check in and then return to the hotel... and you only find out about all this if you're lucky.

- KItchinette trop petite pour l'utiliser. Une seule poubelle (toilette + déchets ménagers). 1 seule chaise pour 2 personnes.

+ The gentleman was exceptionally helpful. He was able to provide ideas and suggestions in Chiang Mai and area. He was super friendly and accommodating. The room was large and had all the amenities needed. Also providing water and toilet paper day. Highly recommend this stay.

- It was a 15 minute walk from the tourist area. Grab or Bolt made it easy to get around.

+ Loved this small apartment. Staff provides water and reply to any request quickly and nicely. They clean the room each 3 days and having fridge and sink helps in case you want to keep a few drinks and snacks. Well located. I had a great time there.

- Bathroom is small and open shower makes it wet but nothing that you won't see around.

+ Idéalement situé, cet établissement dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire. Mention particulière à soda qui nous a accueilli avec gentillesse. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

- Alt kat oda çok gürültülü oluyor yola 1 metre odanın diğer tarafıda motorsiklet parkı. Mutfak var ama oturup birşeyler yemek veya içmek için bir alan yok sadece çalışma masası ve bir sandalye var

+ Chambre propre et très correcte. Hôtes serviables et gentils qui m'ont permis de mettre mon bagage des heures avant le check-in et de le récupérer des heures après le check-out afin de pouvoir profiter de la ville sans me soucier de mes affaires.

+ La habitación es bastante cómoda..tiene de todo. Hasta mesa de plancha. Sin lujos pero limpia y perfectamente ubicada. Pero lo mejor del hotel es la extraordinaria atención de SODA. un chico encantador. Te ayuda en todo. Te informa todo. Indiscutiblemente recomendable el hotel

+ It was nice and clean and very secure for being on the main floor. The location was good and we walked to most places.

- We didn’t like the fact that the unit was on the main floor and a metre from the road. Cars parked a foot away from our front door. There was only one chair and two of us. There was no place outside to sit.
