We booked the basic room unaware this doesn’t have a window. Everything was damp, nothing dried, clothes stank and there was black mould. Terrible bathroom, you have to get in the shower to get round the door. The shower was terrible, the water was never hot. The walls are extremely thin between rooms, you can hear guests at all hours. No plug socket by the bed and the one socket there was the chargers fell out the wall. The rooms with windows may be better.

My stay in ivory was good. Miss june was lovely and recommended several options and restaurants. I‘ve had the room without windows. There was mold on the wall and the room was small. 1000 baht a night was a bit expensive for that, but that‘s something who the owner need to deal with!

Very nice lady very friendly everything is on your doorstep would recommend and private if wanting your own space

We liked our stay at Ivory, it's very clean. The receptionist and her collegue, Juni and Cho, do they're very best to run the guesthouse as it should be done. Juni gave us some tips where to eat and what to do, she is very friendly.

Junie was excellent, her hospitality was unmatched & she couldn’t have been anymore friendly or helpful with lots of recommendations and helping us sort out ferry tickets. the location was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay here !

June was very kind and welcoming. the toilet was clogged but the rest was good. good location.

Best part of the hotel is Junie the front desk worker, she is amazing! Great recs for food, tours etc. Book tours through her it is cheaper usually. Hotel Location is 3 min walk from pier which is super convenient. Room was nice and clean, could do with a shower door or curtain in the bathroom. As others have said it’s not really a hostel which we knew before hand so it was fine.

The hostess June was very sweet, helpful and accomodating. Prime location if you’re looking to explore, everything’s within about a 300m walk tops, including the viewpoint.

One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in! Miss June is the absolute best host I’ve ever had. She is so warm and friendly and greets you by name every day. She goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. She gave the best recommendations for food and activity and even helped me book my ferry and transportation back to Phuket airport. She is an absolute gem of a person. Can not recommend this hostel enough! I was so sad to leave and hope to come back again!

June the host was great

We were so impressed with our stay at Ivory Phi Phi. It was less than a 5 minute walk from the pier and pretty much anything else of interest. We were warmly welcomed by Junie who gave us a complete rundown of the best tours, restaurants (go to Anna's!!!) and helped book our onward boat to Railay. Junie was so helpful and kind and was a joy to see every time we left and returned, often reminding us not to miss our tours and transport! Unbeatable location, value and hospitality.

The best part of my stay was June at the reception. She is honestly the warmest person I have ever met. She was so accommodating and kind to me and my friend. Her recommendations were great and really made my trip better. I couldn't ask for better service. ​Thank you for everything June, hope life will be kind to you same way. ​Dan & Jan

Miss Juni made our stay at Phi Phi so welcoming! We decided to extend straight away and the room was clean and comfy and Juni was on hand to support with everything from recommendations to booking tours (we booked a tour through Juni and highly recommend!). Location is excellent, so close to everything yet not too loud - would definitely recommend staying here - thank you Juni! X

Miss Junie was very accomodating and hospitable from the moment we arrived. She had wrote a note with suggested restaurants and activities during our stay. Would highly recommend staying here as it’s conveniently located in the heart of everything ☺️ Miss Junie always greeted us with a smile, by first name and always checked in on us which adds such a great touch and makes it feel like home.

This was a fabulous place to stay. Staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious and despite being in the middle of phi phi the accommodation is very secure. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay in phi phi. Miss Juni was brilliant and gave us lots of recommendations which all delivered!

This is my second time on Phi Phi and the reason I came back to the Ivory was because of Junie! She’s amazing! Makes you feel as though you are family. Gives great advice for activities and restaurants and often checks in with you to make sure your trip is a pleasant as it can be. If I return in the future it will be because of Junie! Thank you! PS she loves McDonald’s fries, hook a sista up!

Excellent location for Phi phi and staff were very helpful and friendly. Although there is no elevator there was a lovely staff member who carried our luggage up the stairs. Would definitely recommend

It was a perfect place to stay. Right in the middle of town, clean, quiet. I could not have asked for nicer staff either. They recommended many places to eat that were delicious and even booked my trip back to Krabi for me. Truly wonderful

I decided to stay for 3 more nights at this hostel because miss June has made it a very nice place for us to stay. She is always there, always smiling. But she also helps us, she helped my friend when he was lost in the streets at 6am, if we need anything we ask her and she helps us. A hostel is a hostel, but this place is different because of her. Her English makes it very easy for us as well. She is so kind and respectful but also tells us everything we need to know

Such a beautiful place to stay on the island. Great location and rooms were nice and clean. The hostess was absolutely lovely and so helpful with recommendations on where to eat and things to do. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

Juni really made our stay at Phi Phi. The room was very clean and comfortable. She was always on hand ready to support with anything. I would highly recommend booking any tours through Juni, it was cheaper than online and everything was very smooth. We also booked our depature to Krabi airport for a very good price. Overall, location of this hostel is excellent. Close to everything, you really feel part of Phi Phi. Would 100% recommend and will be back again. Thank you Juni!

Everything was perfect with my stay here. June who works on reception was incredible, helped me organise my boat trips, food recommendations, and my onward ferry. Couldn’t ask for more!
