+ Location
- We arrived at the hotel at around 1 a.m. Before booking, I checked the website to see until what time check-in was possible; it said check-in was from 2 p.m., which means it should be available 24/7. When we arrived, the staff member at the front desk started yelling at us for checking in too late. I explained that the website did not mention any check-in deadline, and I specifically chose a hotel with 24-hour check-in because our flight was arriving late. He insisted that this was not correct and that we should have arrived earlier. His attitude ruined our entire stay. Staff like this should not be working in hospitality at all—this is extremely unprofessional behavior. The hotel itself is old, and I honestly do not understand where the high ratings come from—they are clearly fake or manipulated.
+ Отличное расположение, в самом центре, но на тихой улице. В номере было чисто.
- Не было горячей воды!!! Некоторые такси не подъезжает к зданию. В номере невыносимо воняло. Мы приехали ночью и я была одна с ребенком, я попросила мужчину на ресепшене поднять мои чемоданы вверх по лестнице но он сказал что не может этого сделать. Это просто отвратительно.

- It was so small and so dirty
- Hard mattresses and bugs. No running water when we arrived. No kitchenette. Hair in the refrigerator. Host was uncommunicative via Booking and did not explain how to access the parking. We did not complete our stay and found alternate accommodation.
+ Понравилось - ничего. Редко пишу отрицательные отзывы. Но здесь не хочу смолчать.
- Бронировала 1 ночь. Переступив порог поняла, что сразу не очень нравится. Пахло плохо. На ресепшен сушилась одеждаю Беспорядок. Менеджер почти все время кричал. Показал мне одну - "самую лучшую комнату", мне она не понравилась. Показал еще две - были хуже этой. При этой менеджер все время куда-то звонил, отвлекался. Был поздний вечер, почти 9 часов. С дороги. К сожалению, не смогла решиться уйти, думала, одну ночь смогу переночевать. Менеджер оформил заселение. Оплату взял наличными. Но потом я поняла, что не хочу, чтобы на меня и дальше кричали. Вернулась, сказала менеджеру, что выселяюсь. Попросила вернуть деньги. Он снова начал кричать, что уже оформил меня и это невозможно. Тут подошел еще новый постоялец. Я была очень зла поведением менеджера и состоянием отеля, сказала ему, чтобы не заселялся, поберег нервы. Менеджер, который якобы не говорил на русском ,почему то понял мой комментарий, потом начала еще больше кричать. Меня фактически выставили за дверь. Утром получила письмо, как я думала из букинга, оказалось, это была отмена отеля, с пометкой, что "гость не заехал". Что можно вернуть средства. Был новый менеджер, снова махал на меня руками, потом говорила с возмонжо хозяином по телефону, который позволил себе высказаться обо мне, потом, мол, это же такая маленькая сумма, но почему-то не хотел ее возвращать, несмотря на то, что она маленькая. Все время настаивал, что тариф невозвратный, а на том, что реальность не соответствует фото - не сказал. В итоге, получаю ообщение от букинга, что хозяин отеля отменил бронь, и спрашивает у меня, вернули ли мне деньги ))) В итоге, получается, что отель и букинг обхитрил, не заплатил комиссию, просто получил сумму наличкой и все. О самом жилье - в комнате мини кухня, но плиты нет. Только чайник. Теплын одеяла грубые как в армии, простыней нет, есть покрывало.

- Le foto della struttura non sono aggiornate, adesso si presenta in condizioni pessime. Pulizia decisamente scarsa, per non dire inesistente. Abbiamo trovato capelli ovunque (interno del frigorifero compreso). Scarsa pressione dell'acqua e il bagno puzza di urina. Water completamente nero all'interno e con evidenti macchie gialle sulla tavoletta. Pessima esperienza. Non lo consiglio. Si trovano tante altre strutture allo stesso prezzo.

+ L hôtel est bien placé, dans le vieux Antalya (cadre très jolie)
- La chambre une catastrophe : La salle de bain : douche quasi inexistante. Endroit sale ,cheveux, trou, carrelage cassé...... Un lit n était pas fait. Les portes qui accède aux balcons ne ferme pas à clef, endroit sale Écoulement des eaux WC qui fuit sur le balcon et trottoir, odeur..... Petit déjeuner très bas de gamme, tranche de pain, confiture beurre dans petite barquette, 1 thé ou café. Et puis c est tout !!!! Le tout était très très vétuste

+ Досить великий, місткий номер, є все необхідне для комфортного проживання та відпочинку. Зручно розкласти речі в шафу. Потрапили в тиждень дощів, проте в номері було тепло. Сподобалась величезна тераса, в гарну погоду на ній затишно та приємно проводити час. Розташування в самісінькому історичному центрі міста на вулиці, де туристи зазвичай роблять інстаграмні фото.
Enough large, spacious room, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay and rest. Comfortably spread the things in the closet. We got caught in a week of rains, but the room was warm. We liked the huge terrace, in good weather it is quiet and pleasant to spend time. Accommodation in the very small historic center of the city on the street, where tourists usually take Instagram photos.

A quick night after a late arrival, a peaceful time to get some sleep and keep going.
+ It’s a seasoned establishment with history. The gentlemen running it are polite and supportive. The room and the bed were spotless.
- I had a 1st floor room with old windows. Due to an absolute lack of soundproofing, I woke up every time someone was talking outside (which was frequent because it’s a tourist area). The room and especially bathroom screams for renovation. The shower is dark (there’s only one small light above the sink) and has a weak heating.

- They had rude staff and didn’t allow me to bring my fined even for a couple of hours. They wanted to pay me extra for let them to stay in room

+ Wow! Everything was beyond expectations!
+ This is my second visit to the Erkal Pansion. Why? The staff are genuine. The location is perfect: I’m a five-minute dander from Hadrian’s Gate, the Port is a ten-minute walk. And I’m two minutes from Luna, Antalya’s best, and most reasonable eaterie. In addition, the WIFI works, the fridge is brand new, and the air-con is modern (and free). I found a gem. I will continue to return here. 10/10
