+ Tren istasyonuna çok yakındı.
- Odalar küçük ve soğuktu. Fön çalışmıyordu. Mini buzdolabı yoktu. Kahvaltı yetersizdir. Havluları bile değişmiyorlardı.

- 入住當晚約11點 已就寢，却聽到不停的敲門聲，想說可能敲錯門了，結果竟聽到要開門的鑰匙聲，只好應門詢問何事，來了2名大男生說要檢查房間有沒漏水，真的很嚇人，還好房間有兒子在，若只有我一個女生真的會很害怕，竟然要拿鑰匙開我們房間門硬闖，太離譜了吧。覺得飯店應該有所補償，造成我們心理的恐懼。

- Petit déj imposé et pas terrible. Personnel absolument désastreux. Je me suis faite crier dessus avec les mots la gestuelle tout parce que j'ai demandé une nouvelle poche poubelle. La réception ne se soucie pas de ce que vous avez à dire' ils vous demande de revenir le lendemain voir un de leur collègue...mais aussi au service réception. Ils ne peuvent pas laisser une note il faut tout répéter alors qu'ils ne parlent pas français. La ruelle où se situe l'hôtel est la plus sale de Venise. Et je suis restée dans cet hôtel une semaine le sol n'a jamais été fait. Personne n'a précisé qu'il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur et qu'il fallait se farcir tous les étages avec les valises. Une mini poubelle dans la salle de bain. Un seul miroir dans la salle de bain. Rien de tout ça dans la chambre. Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre comme annoncé sur l' annonce. Une seule couette. On en a demandé une deuxième on nous a donné une couverture à la place. Pour le petit déj normalement jusqu a 10h mais premier jour extinction de la machine à café à 9h55. Que des dosette très fortes (minumim 8). Mon époux a trouvé les œufs mauvais. Petit déj de 7h à 10h. Peut être que c'est ce qui est demandé mais 10h c'est un peu tôt pour éteindre la machine à café alors qu'il y a des verres en carton qui ne nécessitent pas de nettoyage. Même la douche les joints se barrent et n'ont pas été remplacés. Le sèche serviette est au dessus des toilettes donc on ne peut rien faire chauffer dessus et le sèche cheveux ne fonctionne pas (avis similaires)
+ Solamente la doccia era perfetta e qualcuno alla reception per il resto un flop.
- Camera non conforme a quella desiderata in fase di prenotazione, su 3 giorni di permanenza, il secondo giorno doccia ancora sporca di peli dopo la pulizia avvenuta a detta dello staff dell'Hotel, sempre il secondo giorno trovo le lenzuola e la federa del cuscino sporchi, scendo per chiedere che venissero sostituite e mi viene proposto di cambiarle da me, raggiunto il limite dell'assurdo. E poi mi si chiede 10€ a persona per la colazione quando con 5€ la si può fare in 2. A me non è sembrato affatto un hotel... E poi se hanno 2 stelle ci sarà un motivo. Prezzo discreto se prestassero i servizi minimi dovuti e soprattutto per la vicinanza alla stazione ma non li meritano!

+ The location is good - less than five minutes’ walk from the station. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
- The room is advertised as being air conditioned. When I asked at reception about how to operate the air conditioning, I was told it was not possible because it was not yet air conditioning season (never mind that this is the *hospitality* industry and a paying guest was requesting a facility that was advertised). I was not even offered a fan as an alternative. Our room was stiflingly hot so I opened the windows. In came hordes of mosquitoes that ate us alive all night. My husband and I have more than 50 mosquito bites between us. Not fun. The room was also advertised as having a safe (nope) and free toiletries (only if you count the toilet roll and a single bottle of hand soap that had to double as shower gel). And then there was breakfast. One poor woman tried to use the toaster and was berated by a staff member for not knowing that ‘covered with a tea towel’ meant ‘do not use, it’s broken, you’ll set off the fire alarm’ (in that case, why not remove the toaster from the breakfast table?). Everyone at breakfast seemed to be equally dismayed by the experience. So overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Venice is lovely, and I’d come back… but stay somewhere else, even if that meant paying more. PS I’ve edited my photo of our room to lighten it so you can see it, because it was so dark in there (windows faced a brick wall).

- Please give proper training to Mr Giovani (other staffs were extremely friendly and helpful). Please teach him some proper manners before hiring him to be a receptionist. I was staying at Room 10 (opposite reception beside the main door), when I entered the room, I find the room too warm, I opened the door and speak to Mr Giovani: Hi brother (as I feel I’m about the same age as him), may I ask if there is any AC? He looked at me and ignored. I repeat Hi? He ignored. I say Ciao? He say: two things. First, I’m not your brother. Second there is no AC. I’m feel absolutely awkward in front of anyone and say I’m sorry at first instance and he choose not to bother me until I step out of the room and say sorry for third time.. (because of calling him brother?? Even though he didn’t bother me also) I have also I've noticed some youngsters (not hotel customer) ‘smoking’ (cigar) INSIDE the dining room (with Mr Giovani sitting as the receptionist) which I hope the management can take note of this if they are banning any smoking events in their property. Please let people who are fully trained with proper attitude (eg the guy who worked for the night shift on weekend) to serve visitors who were new to this city. Please be polite to your visitors. We are new to the city, if the way we address is not comfortable to the receptionist, I believed there is a better way to tell us rather than ignoring the visitor and waiting them to apologize for at least 3 times because of calling the receptionist brother???

- The breakfast was subpar, the AC was bad (which is not good when it's very hot during the summer). Worst of all the staff stapled a paper directly onto my leather bag when checking in a bag for a couple of hours. They permanently damaged my bag which is extremely negligent!

+ Otelin konumu çok iyiydi, tren garına yürüyerek 6-7 dakika. Otelin daracık şirin sokağına girip yürürken sevimli küçük bir Osteria/Bar vardı, ilk akşam orada yedik, herşey mükemmeldi. İnsanlar yer bulamadığından ellerinde içki kadehleri sokağa taşmışlardı. Otel gayet yeterli herşeyiyle, tam bir fiyat/performans konaklama imkanı. Odamız en üst kattaydı, park ve sevimli birkaç bina manzaralı, bir büyük ebeveyn yatağı ve yetişkin oğlumuz için ilave yatak konmuştu. Kahvaltı beklediğimden zengindi, çeşitli çöreklerin yanında, marmelat, peynir, yumurta, sosis, meyve salatası, yoğurt vb. daha ne olsun. Kahve zaten heryerde mükemmel şekilde espresso ve çeşitleri. Biz Amerikano tercih ettiğimizden çok memnunduk heryerde. Banyo kullanışlıydı, herşey iyiydi. Tüm otel personeli her konuda yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü. Yaşlı temizlikçi bayanlar odaları gayet iyi temizliyorlardı.
- Oğlumun yattığı ilave yatak çok yumuşaktı, içine gömülüyordu, oldukça rahatsızdı. Mart ayına rağmen odada birkaç sivrisinek vardı, gece vızıltısı duyuluyordu. Muhtemelen yazın bu bölgede sivrisinek çok oluyor, çünkü çekmecede sinekkovar konulmuştu. En üst kat koridoru gereğinden fazla ısıtılıyordu.

+ 部屋はコンパクトですが、必要なモノは全て揃っていました。観光には駅から近いのでとてと便利でした。
- エレベーターが無いので3階に運ぶの大変でした。

+ Ubicació i bona qualitat-preu. Excel•lent atenció de totes les persones de recepció. La nostra habitació tenia terrassa, gaudirem d'ella.
- Matalap gran un poc dur. Llit addicional duríssim, imposible dormir. Un poc de calor en l'habitació.

+ Nos encantó la ubicación del alojamiento, muy cerca de los puntos de llegada a Venecia, y a la vez en un barrio muy concurrido, lleno de negocios y restaurantes. Buen ambiente. Hotel muy muy limpio y recién reformado. La ducha muy agradable.
- El desayundo. Deja bastante que desear. Poca variedad, panes y bollería reseca y dura. Si bajas a desayunar a última hora de 9-10h ya no queda nada y no se repone. No hay fruta fresca, solo una especie de macedonia aguada.
