HOTEL PRELE

+ 一応フロントの対応は普通にしてくれたけど、宿泊が満杯で宿泊できないと、お金は返金します⁉️との事。

- キャンセルができなくて、じゃ泊まりにフロントに行ったけど、宿泊ができなかった。金を取られて泊まれないってどういう事！

- The staff is rude and disrespectful towards the clients. Especially the male staff were disgustingly rude towards the female customers. Even enter the bathrooms and rooms without knocking. There is a male with glasses that was super rude. Avoid this place. Don’t stay here

- CHINCHES. Teníamos reservado para unos cuantos días y ni una noche hemos podido pasar. Nada más tumbarnos en la cama nos encontramos con chinches. Informamos en recepción y no nos dieron ninguna solución, ya que al ser literas realmente todo estaría infestado de chinches. Además, al darnos cuenta en la primera noche (00:00h), nos dijeron que ese día no nos podían devolver el dinero cuando NI DORMIMOS ahí. Mala gestión y mala sanidad.

- They have bed bugs

+ 駅から徒歩15分ほどで、抜群に良いとはいえないものの、便利です。 また、カプセルホテル内は綺麗です。

- 日本人だけであれば考えられないような、騒音やお喋りが23時前までありました。 団体で来られているわけではないのに、新しい中国の方が来られると、中国の方同士の交流が始まり、話し声が止まらない。カプセル内で電話をされている方もおり(こちらも中国語)、宿泊者のモラルが全く感じられません。 上記をホテルの方に対応をお願いしても、全く意味なし。19時頃から23時まで4時間に渡り苦しみました。 また、居住空間と洗面、トイレに仕切りがないので、歯磨きや、トイレを流す音など筒抜けで、夜中何度も目が覚めます。

- The mattresses are very bad, very thin and full of springs that dig into your back. There is no ventilation inside the capsule and the corridor is very narrow, you can't open your suitcase or cross through people's luggage everywhere, as there are no lockers either. The smell is horrible because there is also no good ventilation in the rooms. And towels and slippers (very necessary in this place) are not included, you have to pay for them. I think the price is too high for the lousy quality.

- チェックインに行くと中国人なまりのきつい３５歳位の男性の説明を受けるので、中国系の経営かもしれない 20代女性フロント、接客が下手 外出から帰った時にエレベーターに乗り込むとそこまでやってきて、「ｘｘさんですか?」と無関係な名前での確認をされた。明らかに不審がっているので不快 トイレ用のスリッパがない 二段ベッドが並んでいるので、他の客の物音が気になる 正直に書いた客のレビューをカスハラ呼ばわりしてくる

- The waitstaff from the past few days were all pretty good, but today, a Japanese guy was really awful. I left my luggage here for four nights, but they’re charging me for five days. I tried to explain for a long time, but he kept rudely insisting it was all my fault. His attitude was terrible—a middle-aged man. When I asked for his name, he said it was private. This experience was truly disappointing. ここ数日のスタッフはみんなとても良かったですが、今日の日本人の男性は本当にひどかったです。荷物をここに4泊預けたのに、5日分の料金を請求されました。説明してもずっと乱暴な態度で「全部あなたのせいだ」と言われました。態度が非常に悪く、中年のおじさんでした。名前を聞いたら「プライバシーだ」と言われて、もう本当に最悪の体験でした。

+ 凄く清潔感があってベットも広くて寝やすかったです。

- キッチンに食器と鍋　フライパンが付いてればなお良かったです。化粧室あれば良かったのにと思いました。シャンプーとリンスが別々だと良かったです。

- Se permite a personas con maletas, que las dejan en los pasillos o a la salida de camas ajenas

+ スタッフの方が親切だった。 チェックイン時間より遅れると連絡しても、快く対応してもらえた。

- タオルや歯ブラシなどが有料だったところ。

- いびきがうるさかった。
