omg, maybe you need to pay attention to some of the broken facilities, such as the hot water not turning on, can you imagine Bandung is so cold for local people but the hot water there doesn't work at all, and the water in the toilet can't be flushed even though I've moved rooms and it's still the same, sorry 1 star for you guys, the staff are very kind and friendly, 👌🥳

The staff was very friendly and they helped me to book my train ticket. Despite this, I wouldn't stay in this hostel if I had the choice. I stayed in a single room with a private bathroom but the bathroom didn't seem clean at all and the toilet seat was broken. The bathroom is not equiped with a sink. The room is very small but is enough if you are outside the whole day and come back only to sleep.

Stayed here for one night only. Not the first time I've stayed here and they upgraded the TV to a smart TV so that's a plus. Cleanliness requires effort. And I forgot that they don't provide towels and also soap and shampoo, so keep that in mind. But you can buy it from the hostel. There is a water dispenser in the lobby so it is very convenient for me who drinks a lot of water.

I cannot say enough how lovely the staff are here- they really worked hard to make my stay as good as possible. Gilang was amazing, really looking after me- she made me feel so welcome, showed me real Indonesian hospitality, and made sure i had a great time in Bandung! the room had everything i needed, plus a small hang out area at reception which was super nice. there was no breakfast, even though Hostel World said there is, but the staff arranged a breakfast for me anyway- amazing!
