Urbany Hostel Barcelona

Extremely expensive for the level of comfort offered. The blankets were stained, the beds not comfortable at all, you can feel every spring.

Not a social hostel, more the vibe of a big train station. No fresh air in rooms, windows closed, airflow system off, 28C. Staff unhelpful about it. Storing your bag for one day costs 48€. Terrible overall.

This was the worst hostel experience me and my friend had our entire trip. Front staff was fine and then the second we get off the elevator on our room floor the smell of dirty towels was so pungent and baskets were lining the hallway right in front of our room (not a big deal so far), anyways we go in and the smell is only worse. This is by far the worst experience we have had. The staff is very rude. They were not willing to accommodate us or help us. We booked 3 beds in a 4 sharing mixed dorm but they placed us all in a different shared dorm. We had made the booking at the same time and together. When it’s just 3 girls traveling and if we booked it together with the intention of ensuring our safety the hostel staff were indifferent and rude about the whole booking. We were not informed about the change. Unacceptable

Even after paying the breakfast amount we were not allowed to fill our water bottles from there.such a bad hospitality.And cleanliness and staff behaviour is not up to the limit

Au 10 ème étage et le climatiseur était géré depuis la réception! Il n y avait pas de papier toilette pendant 3jours !Les femmes de ménage faisait énormément de bruit tous les matins! Rigolade à haute voix! Elle passent leur temps à discuter pourtant la chambre était la plupart du temps sale! Ils m'ont réveillé brutalement le deuxième jour pour me demander de changer de lit! En gros vous êtes dans une auberge donc pas de service client!

45€ de taxes dites moi que ce n'est pas une arnaque ! De plus que les femmes de ménage ne faisaient rien du tout à part discuter à haute voix ! on est resté 3 jours sans papiers toilette ! sincèrement déçu de mon expérience !

We arrived on a tuesday night and there was a party going on next to our room, we couldn't sleep until 3am The air conditioner wasn't working the other 4 nights we stay there Price is super expensive for the quality and the location, the staff was ok but there is no privacy between each bunk bed and the shower has a wierd sistem

Un service le plus standard possible. Le lit et l’oreiller très inconfortables, impossible de régler la clim, j’avais beaucoup trop froid, 15 degrés de différence avec l’extérieur, je me réveillais le nez plein et bouché, le cou tordu. Ça vaut pas 87€ la nuit. On pourrait au moins avoir le droit de ramener notre nourriture sur la terrasse (où on peut seulement consommer ce que l’auberge vend), qui est le seul endroit un peu confortable de toute l’auberge. Muy malo el servicio,el personal ni siquiera dice buen día, había feo olor en todos lados, los baños andaban mal, las camas no tenían cortina y muchas cosas más. No recomiendo

Unfortunately, all customers use the same duvets without covers, and everyone's skin touches each other; it's a really small space for 6 people. If two people stand up, the other can't get up. Apart from that, the location and staff were very good. And olsa there is no curtain

Séjour agréable. L'endroit est propre et le staff sympa. L'auberge est dans un quartier local, tout près de la Sagrada Família. Si je reviens à Barcelone, j'y retournerai sans hésiter. Le seul petit point négatif, c'est que les lits n'ont pas de rideaux, mais ce n'est pas très dérangeant.

Nos cobraron por tenernos las valijas dos horas posterior al check out, que ningún Hostel amigable lo hace. El ambiente era complejo, las habitaciones muy chicas Nuestra ducha tenía el desagüe tapado y no fluía bien el agua. La ventana de la habitación no se abría por lo cual no se podía ventilar el ambiente.

beds werent very comfy and they do not on the air conditioning till end april.. the rooms only has one window with a small slit to allow wind through and it can get quite stuffy... the showers were quite small as well

It’s Calling, Stuff friendly Good Location

the room was boiling hot and the staff cannot change anything about it. the heating was on and blowing hot air and they cannot even turn it off. the top bed was a safety hazard because there was no handle or anything to support you going down. the room is really small

The only thing I didn't like was that they don't include the tourist tax in the price for Barcelona. Otherwise, it's an excellent hostel.

A localização é ótima! Fácil de se deslocar aos pontos principais. Sobre as instalações, apresentam bom custo benefício, a cama é confortável, chuveiro quente e tem uma cozinha que quebra um galho para refeições rápidas ou de conveniência.

Está bien el hostel !! Podrían hacer que dejes unas horas el día del checkuot la mochila sin cobrarte.. lo demás todo bien !!!

the hostel is located in a beautiful part of barcelona within walking minutes to the sagrada de familia. the rooms are clean and have a bathroom attached. staff was super friendly but not everyone was able to speak english. great view from eather of the two terraces.

Amazing, even had a hair straightener and dryer in the room, also appreciated lockers on card chip. Nice hostel, bit further from the center, but nice location, 15m walk from sagrada familia. What I understood, still in construction making it better, I only stayed one night, so cannot say much, but it had everything I needed.

One of The best HOSTEL in Barcelone Even if The rooms are not so large you have enough space for your privacy and The beds are Comfy. The Kitchen could be rénovated and foodbox should be Provided. It’s a very Nice Place to stay with great People Inside.

Nice and clean hostel, good valie for my money. The bathroom had a motion sensor.light which was annoying since it turned off while I was inside sometimes. The shower has a button that must be pushed intermittently or the water stops. Minor inconveniences overall, everything else was great. Would book here again.

Overall decent experience. Rooms clean. Provided lockers with magnetic lock. Bathrooms clean. But no curtains in bed space. Stay was slightly ruined by a Argentinian U17 boys team who were running in the hallways and making a lot of noise. Some of the staff were a bit rude during check-in interactions, but also had some very nice interactions with them. Found it quite ridiculous that they asked for 2eu per hour to store luggage on the day of checkout.

Falten cortines a les habitaciones per tenir una mica més de privacitat. Pero en general tot molt bé. Personal amable i habitacions netes.

Het was een beetje warm in de kamer. De kamer was schoon en het hostel is rustig.

Die Zimmer haben sehr ekelig gerochen. Der Teppichboden war sehr schmutzig und muffig. Die Bettdecken waren nicht sauber. Zimmer sehr eng. Matratzen unbequem. Die Zimmer extrem hellhörig. Als nachts um zwei über uns geduscht wurde, klang es als läge ich in der Dusche. Gemeinschaftsküche haben viele Dinge gefehlt (z.B. Messer). Die Tische haben gewackelt.
