I arrived (on time) and was told my room wasn’t available anymore. You could’ve text or emailed me to let me know. Not the nicest surprise after a 17 hour bus drive

Horrible ! No hot water in the bath , the shower is lacking of water always but the stuff don’t care, rooms smells bad , antes everywhere. Stuff have no issue of nothing. There are no information no tours no rules not even nice social atmosphere!!! The kitchen is so dirty and everything is improvised there You never can sleep well we hear each step from everyone almost everywhere people get drinks and start screaming at night ( there is no one to stop them also NO RULES

Guy with the glasses at the front desk is super rude and just scams everyone when they check in. Apparently they just “approximate” the price even though I showed him the price of the room several times but wouldn’t let us check in if we didn’t pay more. The hostel is also super dirty and has no bug screens, AC or fans so when you open the window to cool the room down loads of mosquitos get in. Super loud as well. Only 1 toilet and shower between four rooms which was also super dirty.

They lost my reservation and didn’t bother to contact me in advance to say they didn’t have room for me. I arrived and was told that I was going to go to a different, lower rated, Hostel on the other side of town and was surprised when I said no. I chose this one because of its location and proximity to the dock. Low rating due to over booking itself and lack of communication with me, even though I provided my information in the booking

Booked on hostelworld and when i showed up, they said its booked out. Instead they put me in this random hotel 20 min away from this location, which was very inconvinient for me because my friends all stayed at this one. Shared a room with another person but there was noone else there. Very disappointing hostel experience.

Allowed me to book but I turned up and they said they had no room for me. Had to last minute find somewhere else.

Die Tür war immer auf, die Betten waren nicht frisch bezogen und das Trinkwasser wurde 2 Tage am Stück nicht aufgefüllt. Ansonsten geräumige Zimmer und Bad war auch in Ordnung. :)

Couldn’t connect to WiFi at night because too many people were trying to connect. Very dirty bathroom with a sink that leaked and would get all over the floor. Poor circulation with no fans so it was extremely hot and would not cool down much at night with the windows open. Having the windows open also allowed mosquitos to get in and the sound from the noisy street below. You could hear EVERYTHING. As of Thursday December 12th 2024 I discovered after the fact they have bedbugs. Go elsewhere.

Wouldn’t recommend to stay here - rooms had a weird smell, bathrooms were really dirty, had no warm water, shower curtains were mouldy, security consisted of main doors locking but leaving a small window to stick your arm through to unlock the doors (public can just watch you do this)

La cuisine est sale, pas toujours de l’eau potable (la staff est lent et pas réactif), douche froide/tiede, salle de bain sale Les lits sont biens, grandes chambres on est pas collé les uns les autres

pretty alright hostel! friendly staff, only there was miscommunication (i spoke english), so i did not get my deposit for the towel back sadly... the reception really opens at 8am, so not possible to return towel before. rooms are fine, not very clean. would recommend for a night because it is very cheap

Ein sehr gutes Hostel für eine sehr guten Preis. Es ist sehr sauber, die betten sind groß und bequem und das Personal ist sehr hilfreich und freundlich.

I got a private room. The bed was good for comfort, but the sheets were too small so the liner and fitted sheets would come off and wrap around you. The worst part is the noise. There is a guy with a megaphone that goes crazy at 6am most days and since it is a main street it is very noisy. Even with high end noise canceling sleep ear buds (anker sleep a30) you will still here all the commotion. I would recommend finding a hostel on a less busy street.

This was a great stay in San Pedro! People are very friendly and I love the rooftop area and kitchen! Very spacious dorms.

Il y avait des punaises de lits … Nous avons annulé nos deux dernières nuits et ils nous ont remboursés. La toilette et la douche sont dans la même pièce pour un dortoir de 10 personnes, ce qui n’est pas très partique. Le reste était bien à part de ca.

Decent hostel in San Pedro wasn’t much of a vibe while I was there and kitchen is pretty basic but serviceable

Great place to stay in San Pedro for a central location. Friendly staff at reception. Big rooms and nice bed. Only stayed for a night as cheaper option if staying in other places on the lake but want to go out in San Pedro.

Very clean security depends on who you share your living quarters with locking or unlocking door. Location was good hell your minutes from a lake. Bathroom for 10 at a time is frustrating. Ya female travelers are always in the RR!

it's a hostel for sleeping only. the kitchen isn't great, the common area was pretty dirty the whole time I was there. the staff were very helpful with any Information needed. not a party hostel, thankfully. quiet at night. Worth staying at if you choose San Pedro.

did the job, no ambience but comfy beds, good bathrooms and a decent rooftop to chill on, very small basic kitchen. staff were friendly and helpful

I don't understand why this property is so highly rated! It's very basic and doesn't even have plug sockets near the beds. The entire property is accessible off the road and the doors are not locked fully, so i didn't feel secure. Also, there is a lot of street noise on the road early in the morning so don't expect a lie in!

Det ligger bra till i centrum och rummen var helt okej. Verkar dock som att det är en del strul med bokningarna där då många hade problem med sina rum ( vi också ). Vi delade på ett badrum på 12 personer och vattnet i köket var nästan alltid slut. Sedan var köket också väldigt smutsigt då många gäster inte verkade diska efter sig utan bara ställde sina tallrikar där, så det kändes inte så fräscht.
