- The room smelt like mold. After waking up with a headache I let the staff know, they cleaned the drain pipe in the bathroon and covered it with a bin. This didn't fix the problem and my only option was to leave and find another hotel without a refund. It wasn't a good experience and in 32 years of travel this is the only negative review l have done. Good luck if you chose to stay here. Have attached photos of the condition of the bathroom where the smell was coming from.
+ Room was full of ants,requested a room change ,they could not accommodate us. The hotel was paid for 7 nights in advance. We had no choice but to leave and find alternative accomodation. Sent email to booking.com , with no response.

+ The location is good.My son and I travelled from Bangkok arriving at the hotel about 2pm, being tired after the driving we decided to go to the beach for a swim and then a meal, arriving back at the hotel about 7pm, to discover that £500 plus 40 euros had been stolen from my wallet,in our haste to go for a swim I left my wallet inu shorts on the bed and not taken the precaution of putting it on the safe.

- Our experience with this hotel was extremely negative. However, we believe that the primary responsibility lies with Booking.com rather than with the hotel itself or its staff, who acted professionally and showed us understanding throughout the situation. We had a confirmed reservation for two rooms from December 18th for 10 nights, which was fully prepaid. In addition, we had another reservation from December 28th for 8 nights that had not yet been paid. Check-in went smoothly, and the hotel is well located. After checking in, we went out and returned later in the evening, only to discover that one of the rooms was infested with insects. The staff were immediately notified and came to spray the room. Unfortunately, this did not resolve the problem, and no alternative room was available. After a sleepless and highly distressing night, we decided to leave the hotel. The reception staff fully understood our decision, were well aware of the situation, and had themselves seen the condition of the room. We also had both photographs and video recordings clearly documenting the insects throughout the room. We were explicitly advised by the hotel staff to contact Booking.com to request a refund for the unused nights. We did so without delay, answered all questions from Booking.com, and submitted photographic evidence of the conditions. We were then informed that the case had been forwarded to the hotel for their response. However, no reply was ever received, neither from the hotel nor from Booking.com. We followed up on our claim three times, requesting a clear response and a resolution, but no communication has been provided. This complete lack of response is unacceptable. The silence from the hotel must effectively be interpreted as confirmation of the situation we described, namely that the accommodation was unfit for use and that no reasonable alternative was offered. At this point, the matter has entered a new phase. We will not abandon our claim and will pursue a

+ City centre, excellent breakfast, friendly professional staff. Our rooms were mountain facing and very quiet.

+ Very pleasant staff, always helpful. Hotel is located in the main town, close to shops and amenities, and very close to the beach. The hotel also provides a good breakfast.

+ Mir hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Geräumiges Zimmer. 150 m zum Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig. Gutes Frühstück mit guter Auswahl, auch kontinental . Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.
- Für mich gab es Nix zu kritteln.

+ Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und immer gut gelaunt, wir wurden wunderbar betreut. Ein überdachter Abstellplatz für Motorroller war vorhanden. Die Matratzen wurden seit dem letzten Aufenthalt anscheinend erneuert, die Betten waren bequem.
