Staff was not very nice Check In took 30 minutes
One of my worst experience ever, not enough space in the shared room to put our bags, we were packed like sardines in that dormitory. Couldn't sleep because of the snorers and the lights...
Far too many beds in one dorm room. No space at all to put bags. Guests climbing over one another just to move about the room. Duvets do not have a cover and are not replaced or cleaned between guests. Mine smelt so badly that I asked for a clean one but they did not have any freshly cleaned duvets. And finally, no bins in the toilets for sanitary products. Staff are friendly and the showers are clean but overall a disappointing stay.
the best part is the staff, they are incredibly nice. The negatives are that nobody was there when I arrived and I had to leave my luggage outside…. And the worst part is the bed is like sleeping directly on a wooden floor. I would recommend For one night only
Cozy hostel in odawara. Great location, great staff. Rooms felt a bit tight since there isn’t a separate space for luggage.
L’auberge est vraiment petite et tous les occupants occupent la même chambre. Avec des arrivées et des départs pendant la nuit, nous n’avons pas du tout dormi. D’autant que les rideaux ferment mal et que la lumière étaient constamment allumée.
The hostel is really small and all the occupants occupy the same room. with arrivals and departures during the night, we did not sleep at all. especially since the curtains close badly and the light was constantly on.
The girl who works there is so awesome!! She gave me the best restaurant recommendation for soba it was soooo good. It’s clean and the beds are comfy.
I enjoyed my stay here, my only complaint is the bunks/capsules are quite warm and don't have their own individual AC. Other than that, it was clean and the staff was friendly.
Wish there was a little more to this hostel but it did what I needed for a two night stay👍🏼
I was very happy with this hostel. it only has two dorm rooms, one female only and one mixed, and is very cozy but has all the essentials and is very conveniently located for the station. the staff were really friendly and I personally appreciated the vibe and the 'off the beaten track' feeling of it. I enjoyed the loft area as a common space with a long table and couches. It's good and would probably be great with a small group of friends.

A great hostel! Close to major attractions and walking distance to the train. Social side did lack but I would stay again

Süßes kleines Hostel was eine familiäre Atmosphäre versprüht. Man hat alles was man braucht und die Betten sind auch super bequem. Man sollte wissen das das hostel im 2 Stock liegt. Man muss also eine kurze Treppe hoch laufe (kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden). Personal spricht gut englisch und ist sehr hilfsbereit, ist aber nur bis 21uhr im haus(meine ich). Ist aber telefonisch zu erreichen bei Problemen.
One should know that the hostel is located on the 2nd Floor. One must also eine kurze Treppe hoch laufe (kein Fahrstuhl are available). Personal speaks good English and is very helpful, is but only until 21h im Haus ((meine ich). Is but can be reached by phone for Problems.
Super sødt og ansvars fyldt personale - der var et problem med en gæst (ikke noget vi mærkede til) men personalet var mega søde og tog hånd om situationen og sørgede for at alle følte sig trykke! Ellers var det et lille men hyggeligt hostel
Super sweet and responsible staff - there was a problem with a guest (nothing we noticed) but the staff was very nice and took care of the situation and made sure that everyone felt comfortable!
Good base to explore Hakone for one day
Lovely hostel! Really nice staff and cute living space. Everything you need. I liked being in Odawara too - easy to get into Hakone but also super simple to drop your bag when you get off the train, and easy to pick up when leaving. Also very easy to get back to the hostel if you want to go to the public onsen late.
Fantastic hostel, it’s a little on the smaller side but that makes it nice to connect with others. Would totally stay again!
Couldn't have been better! Super nice place very affordable and in a great location for things in Odawara and Hakone. Staff were really helpful and very nice, shout out to Moeko for an amazing job and giving me loads of recommendations and help for both Odawara and my future stays, made my stay so much better! Thanks!
Perfektes kleines Hostel mit sehr netten Angestellten. Als Alleinreisende Frau kann ich das Hostel sehr empfehlen. Kritik für die sehr unbequeme Betten könnte man langfristig ändern.
Perfect small hostel with very nice staff. as a solo traveling Frau I can highly recommend the hostel. criticism for the very uncomfortable beds one could change in the long run.

It’s small but the staff is amazing and every night everyone plays games together. Even though my friend and I were sick, we really enjoyed our stay here!
Sehr gute Lage nahe des Bahnhofes. Alles sauber und Tee/Kaffee for free. Küche kann mitbenutzt werden habe ich aber nicht gebraucht. Rezeptionisten waren alle sehr freundlich. Das einzige was negativ zu beurteilen ist ist das die Koffer Aufbewahrung erst nach 11 Uhr morgens möglich war für mich nachdem ich per email nachgefragt habe, sollte möglich sein das sie den Tür Code verschicken sodass man die Tasche lagern kann. Musste nun meine Taschen im Bahnhof lagern.
Very good location near the train station. everything is clean and tea/coffee is free. kitchen can be used but i didn't need it. receptionists were all very friendly. the only negative was that the suitcase storage was not possible for me until after 11am. after i asked by email, should it be possible for them to send me the door code so i can store the bags. must now store my bags in the train station.

Really liked this hostel, easy to meet people, clean etc. It is very small though with only two rooms so bear that in mind
