+ En mi caso cuando llegué la habitación que reservé (cama doble con baño privado) no estaba lista y me ofrecieron una habitación con una cama individual y con el baño en otro sitio. Si bien acepté en el momento porque estaba muy cansada de muchos viajes me parece que no estuvo nada bien ya que no me dieron alternativa de esperar aunque sea para limpiar la habitación que reservé, tampoco se me compensó de ninguna otra forma. Básicamente era eso o nada, todo el tiempo estaba hablando con otra persona por teléfono. La habitación que me dieron era muy fría y no cumplía con lo que había pago. Me terminé yendo antes. Muy disconforme con la falta de profesionalismo.

I stayed in a room with a lot of man, all making phone calls late at night; started arguing, fighting and also being xenophobic with others in the room, yelling and all. They were also eating and drinking at the room. It wasn't anyone at the hostel by night, around 9pm to help, some of them called the police. There were no contact, phone number or anyway to reach the staff. I just went away looking for a hotel because it was impossible to stay at the hostel. Worst experience i had in a place...

+ Per essere un ostello lo trovo carino e lo staff è carino e disponibile
- La pulizia, la mancanza di un lenzuolo in più oltre a quello da mettere nel materasso, il fatto che la federa sia già inserita mi fa pensare sia sporca. Il bagno della stanza da 12 letti era impraticabile, ma questo penso sia a causa di chi stava in stanza. Ma volendo usufruire del bagno della struttura fuori dalla stanza, era comunque sporco e maleodorante.
No me gustó para nada. Las habitación compartida era pequeña e incómoda, y no estaba bien cuidada, la cortina de la cama no funcionaba, entre otros. La cocina siempre estuvo sucia. Me quedó la sensación que nadie estaba a cargo, la puerta siempre abierta, lo cual daba la sensación de que cualquier persona podía entrar. No recomiendo
I didn't like it at all. the shared rooms were small and uncomfortable, and it wasn't well maintained, the bed curtain didn't work, etc. the kitchen was always dirty. i had the feeling that no one was in charge, the door was always open, which gave the feeling that anyone could come in. i don't recommend it

- Stanza sporca, bagno piccolissimo sporco e senza bidè,puzza di cipolla h24 dal kebabbaro adiacente, urla notturne fino alle ore 4. Prezzo altissimo rispetto alla qualità del servizio, sfruttando l'occasione dell'eurochocolat

Horrible. When I came in there was a guy cutting his nails on the room floor. I wouldn’t recommend this hostel to anyone. I couldn’t sleep during the night because the AC was not working and it was very hot, the hostel smells weird and in the 12 people room it is just too crowded. I had booked to nights and had to leave 1 night early otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to sleep.
La ubicación exelente. Las instalaciones muy buenas. Pero no tienen recepción todo el dia. Me fallo la tarjeta magnética y me.quede afuera y no podia contactar a nadie del Hostel. Mala experiencia
The location is excellent. The facilities are very good. But they don't have reception all day. My magnetic card is gone and I'm out and I couldn't contact anyone at the hostel. Bad experience
Don't prefer it. It's better to go to another place honestly. There was so much dust everywhere after the ventilator and lockers. I'm a astma-patiënt and my lungs are infected after this. They don't have airconditioning and on the third(highest) bed I had no place to load my phone. I went away after one night.

+ La ubicación es muy buena, esta a 5 minutos del mini metro y a 2 minutos o menos de la plaza principal. Los baños estaban muy limpios, superó mis expectativas. Aunque el exterior del hotel no es la gran cosa (y hasta da un poco de mala espina) por dentro es exelente.
- No hay nada en particular que me haya gustado menos.
É stata la mia prima esperienza in un ostello italiano. Rispetto ad altri in cui sono stato fuori Italia, l’ho trovato molto più ordinato, curato, quasi raffinato direi (intuibile dal nome “boutique hostel”). Per contro, forse questa cura e quest’ordine vanno un po’ a scapito della socialità e della convivialità, che ho trovato meno presenti rispetto ad altri ostelli in cui sono stato fuori dall’Italia. Compared to others in which I have been outside Italy, I found it much more orderly, curated, quasi-refined direi (intuitive from the name boutique hostel). per contro, perhaps this care and questorder go a bit to the detriment of sociality and conviviality, which I found less present than in other hostels in which I have been outside Italy. perhaps, simply, this is the style suitable for an Italian hostel in Perugia 😊

+ Locatia este excelenta, la mica distanta de principalele obiective turistice din Perugia, precum si de MiniMetro, mijlocul de transport utilizat din centrul istoric pana la gara din Perugia. Hostelul este foarte curat si ingrijit, mobila noua. Este locul de cazare ideal pentru persoanele care calatoresc singure, dar si pentru grupurile de prieteni. Personalul este foarte amabil, iar micul dejun a fost foarte variat, pentru toate gusturile.
