- No recomiendo, son unos ladrones su personal, se roban dinero de los huéspedes, muy mala atención no recomiendo

+ Aunque llame a confirmar con días de anticipación mi reserva, llegue al hostal y no estaba lista, me dijeron que no tenían mi información, yo tenía correo de confirmación, lo único bueno, es que el chico que me atendió me ayudó a buscar súper rápido otro lugar para quedarme.

- Toilets always dirty , mattress very stiff and uncomfortable, very noisy area , plugs don’t work properly , equipment in the kitchen very poor and internet WiFi doesn’t work !

- חדרים מאוד צפופים, אין מקום לציוד, שירותים לא כל כך נקיים, הצוות לא החלטי על המחיר שצריך לשלם ומשנה אותו, בנוסף אחד מאנשי הצוות גס רוח. לא שווה את המחיר.
- El administrador es un irresponsable e irrespetuoso, la cultura de Venezolanos, los voluntarios y el equipo en general son venezolanos y no tienen buen trato hacia las personas no hablo de una sonrisa, es que no tienen carisma y el señor Admin se atrevió a humillarme

Nos entraron a robar en la habitación y en recepción dijeron que por las cámaras no había entrado nadie pero obviamente era mentira porque fue un día que estábamos mi amigo y yo SOLOS en esa habitación y pasó en el rato que estuvimos fuera, tenemos sospecha de que fue el servicio de limpieza.
They broke into our room and robbed us and at the reception they said that through the cameras no one had entered but obviously it was a lie because it was a day that my friend and I were ALONE in that room and it happened in the rat that we were outside, we suspect it was the cleaning service.
Close to supermarkets, metro station, restaurants and nightlife :)
Friendly staff and great location. Really affordable. Space in dormitories is rather limited, they are still nice and beds are really comfortable for that price.

El hostal bien ubicado, no quedé muy a gusto con el recepcionista, que parece que es de origen extranjero (posiblemente de un país vecino), la reserva me otorgó un precio especial, y cuando llegue a la check in, " el comentario inapropiado que ese precio de la reserva , estaba muy económico, que en ningún lugar del poblado encontraría ese precio, adicional me estaba cobrando impuestos, que ya estaban incluidos en el precio base", al igual que previamente ya había hablado con la recepcioni...
The hostel is well located, I was not very comfortable with the receptionist, who seems to be of foreign origin (possibly from a neighboring country), the reservation granted me a special price, and when I get to check in, "the inappropriate comment that that price of the reservation, was very economical, that nowhere in the village would I find that price, additional was charging me taxes, which were already included in the base price", just as I had previously already talked to the receptionis...

+ Emplacement super et gros point positif pour le personnel. Alexis est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, nous avons adoré le rencontrer. Le rooftop est sympa, la cuisine ouverte très agréable. Tout est propre et il y a de l’eau chaude!

- Quarto compartilhado de 6 pessoas infestado de Bed bugs. Sou alérgica e só reparei na segunda noite como colchão da cama de cima estava infestado. Tive que trocar de quarto e depois pedi a recepção para cancelar minha estadia. Não me ofereceram o reembolso completo, o que eu achei bem ruim contando a despesa que tive depois com medicação. Acho que em questões de saúde não tem negociação. Mas fica a dica pra quem for se hospedar, confira muito bem a cama antes de dormir.

- Si tienes una estadía de más de 3 días no cambian las sábanas tienes que pedirlo , y abajo de la cama eh encontrado cucarachas pero luego bien!

Worst Hostel I’ve ever stayed at! The beds were dirty, the staff wasn’t helpful at all and there were literally COCKROACHES in our dorm!! When we told the staff and demanded a refund, they didn’t give us a full refund even tho we didn’t even stay there. They told us they would contact us on Monday to refund us and then ghosted us. When we called them they ignored us and pretended to not hear us. We tried a few times and never heard from them again! Would not recommend at all!!!
Ganz klar vorab: Ich verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen hier nicht. Das Hostel ist super, sehr sauber, perfekte Dorms und gut qausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt, man komm überall schnell hin. Die Dachterrasse ist optimal um ein paar Bier zu trinken, und mit anderen Gästen ins Gespräch zu kommen. Ich würde immer wieder hierher kommen. Die Angestellten sind sehr nett, und kümmern sich um alles.
First of all: I don't understand the bad reviews here. The hostel is great, very clean, perfect Dorms and well equipped. The location is perfect, you come everywhere quickly. The roof terrace is optimal for drinking a few beers, and chatting with other guests. I would come here again and again. The staff are very nice, and take care of everything.
Bueno si te despierta la policía a las 04:00 de la mñn por qué entraron a robar al hotel con cuchillo ya dice mucho ! Los empleados maravillosos todo ! Menos una mujer que me atormentaba insinuando constantemente que le dejara propina! , cuando si vas a un hostel ! La misma palabra lo dice !!! En fin a pesar de esto estadía grandiosa y reconfortante
Well if the police wake you up at 4am why did they break into the hotel with a knife and rob it already says enough ! the wonderful staff everything ! except for one woman who tormented me constantly insinuating that I should leave him a tip ! , when you go to a hostel ! the same word says it !!!

+ É limpo e o colchão é confortável
- O hostel está na rua principal, então é extremamente barulhento, difícil para dormir e insuportável para tomar café da manhã pq a cozinha é aberta para a rua. NÃO É UM LUGAR SEGURO. Na noite que dormi, entraram 2 homens com faca pela janela de um dos quartos e roubaram várias coisas de vários hóspedes. Eu estava dormindo e entrou um homem no meu quarto! Um absurdo! Acordei de madrugada com a polícia no quarto fazendo perguntas. De manhã, por volta das 07:00h, acordei de novo com uma mulher chorando e gritando na recepção e fui ver, era uma prostituta q um hóspede q estava em quarto privado havia levado e estava lá bêbada gritando q ele não pagou e foi embora. Um horror esse lugar! Não recomendo! Pedi meu dinheiro de volta e fui embora.
