Nice staff and comfortable bed

the staff is very good and helpful, the biggest issue i found was the charger plug for top beds is unreachable , rest everything is very good .

Pretty average stay for me; this hostel isn’t social, think I was put in the same room as the hostel workers with them coming and going; checking to see if I was in the room; just a bit of a weird vibe would have liked a bit more privacy or at least or at least less awkward in terms of entering the room. Didn’t meet anyone here

Had a comfortable stay overall. The hostel had mostly foreign travelers, but the crowd was decent. It was a little confusing to find on Google Maps at first, but once you know the way it’s actually quite easy to reach about a 400 m walk from the main road, especially if you’re not using a rented vehicle. The hosts were really helpful and suggested some good places to visit. Just not the best spot if you’re looking for a super lively, party-type vibe Otherwise, a calm and pleasant stay.

Fine for a short trip. A very noisy area, so difficult to sleep for people who aren’t used to that.

Great hostel, good staff member building a good set of community activities. Just wish the power was working, or they at least had a backup.

Had a nice stay in Back Stayz. The private room was worth the money. The overall vibe of the hostel felt male-heavy so wouldn’t recommend for female solo travellers. Nice rooftop with decent food. Loud noise in the morning from construction but not the fault of the hostel. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

Clean hostel, nice location and cool rooftop. Can’t say there’s much of a vibe there though unless you’ve gone with a group of friends. The hostel offered a couple group things but didn’t necessarily see any of the things coming together. Great it’s close to Main Street and walking distance to ram jhula and lahksman jhula

Had a great stay here, we had a private room and was so nice!! Special shout out to Vishal from Delhi for helping us so much with finding transportation and moving our bags while we were sick, we appreciate you so much!!! The staff is the best highly recommend!

Best hostel to stay in in Tapovan by far! Great location, easy walking distance to all the good cafes and the ganga. The staff was super helpful with recommendations. The best part of this hostel was definitely the social aspect and everyone I met there and the morning yoga. Will definitely stay again when I’m back in Rishikesh!

Reall great hostel! Kind staff! Free yoga in the morning on the roof! Also, they have their own restaurant with delicious breakfast! The staff were kind and helpful! Was an amazing escape from the main roads! I would 100% come back here again!

I stayed at Back Stayz for a few nights and throughly enjoyed my stay! Staff are great and in a location tucked away but close to everything. Met a lot of nice people from all over and the hostel also puts on activities to help meet people and see the area. Bonus they have a lovely terrace on the top floor!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Rishikesh. L’hostel est parfaitement situé et le personne est très aimbable. Il y a des cours de yoga tous les matins sur la terrasse. La chambre était propre et le lit très confortable. Le seul point négatif est le siège de toilettes qui était brisé dans notre chambre.

Great place! Good rooms, good location, friendly staff. We did a very fun walking tour with a lot of unexpected events, had a big laugh with the tour guide. Would recommend!

Nice and quiet spot. Good vibes. Nice rooftop view. Good accommodations, staff, and privacy. I had trouble finding it(vague address on apple maps) when I arrived which was a little frustrating after traveling overnight but they were able to help me sort it out eventually. The security seemed a little lax, but I guess Rishikesh is chill. No locks on door, no keys, nor lockers. Having one washroom for the shared room was nice. The water was crazy hot and a little tough to manage for showering.

My partner and I had a great stay. The staff were very friendly and put on some great events. The terrace was closed for maintenance during our stay and work would often go on early in the morning with workmen often walking through the corridors causing a bit of mess. This was disappointing but unavoidable. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would have been made better by the terrace being open and the place itself being cleaner.

A great hostel if you're looking for a cook they have an open kitchen which is a plus and also have safe parking as I'm on bike

Good location as it was a bit quiet but still in the heart of it all. Kind staff, chill and social.

Situated next to Devi Music Ashram and countless places to explore, the location is perfect. The facilities are ok, but the big rooms and cool rooftop make up for it. Staff were very helpful with local advice and booking a taxi. As a group of 6, it was an efficient stay.
