Hotel & Hostel Vimal Ganga

This hotel is running under a lease and has already changed owners three times after Vimal Ganga. This is a serious red flag. Booking here puts your hard-earned money at high risk. Avoid this property completely.

Upon my arrival at the hostel, I was kindly greeted and provided water by staff. They humoured me with jokes of providing breakfast (they don't), and the facilities were not filthy but just average at best. There are small security boxes to store your backpack and essentials, which is a must. It was an alright stay, but nothing to write home about, I received the quality I paid for, but I would not stay here again. The motivational signs navigating the staircases were a nice touch.

Wonderful place. It's right near all the popular joints on Tapovan. The surroundings are lush green pristine.. soothing.. and the atmosphere is pretty great too. Only con is the food in the canteen isn't up to mark. As far as security comfort and cleanliness is concerned.. very good.

Hotel is very good and safe for staying in rishikesh. And staff is also very supportive.

10/10 property. Everything is top-notch, and the best part - the staff is really wholesome, supportive, and flexible with customers. Will definitely try to revisit Rishikesh and my top priority will be to get a stay in the Dorms of hotel vimal. Made a lot of friends in the dormitory as well :)
