- Lack of safety. The password for the entrance was printed on a piece of paper, and there was no internal lock. The elevator was cramped and smelled unpleasant. The ground floor operated as a bar, crowded and noisy, completely different from the posted images. We were extremely disappointed and had to cancel our booking after checking in to find another hotel that same night. If you're traveling for work, consider carefully—the price is extremely high (€830 for 3 rooms) and does not match the quality received.

great atmosphere, very clean, good security system with codes to open doors, the elevator etc., a cozy roof top terrace, a bar downstairs and a cute backyard. the rooms are spacious and clean! maybe not the most modern bathrooms but that doesn‘t bother me at all. it‘s very central so going to town or reaching the central station (and shuttle busses to the Malpensa airport from there in my case) is easy by foot. however, I find it quite expensive for a hostel. also quite loud, but fun!
Pretty good hostel, but the reception was covered in plaques along the lines of 'best hostel this', 'best hostel that', and I find that hard to believe as the hostel didn't stand out in any noteworthy way. Perhaps only in the lack of cleanliness. I was the first to arrive in my dorm and it was obvious that it hadn't been cleaned. Pubes on the bathroom floor, and hairs on the bed as well. I was given a pillow case, and I was lucky I accidentally held it against the light because it was yellow fro...
Great social hostel with nice cafe / bar and terrace. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. A bit noisy but slept fine.
Geweldig hostel met uitgebreide keuken, terras en lounge ruimte. Rr worden ook activiteiten georganiseerd en er hangt een fijne sfeer.
A great hostel with a large kitchen, terrace and lounge area, activities are also organized and there is a nice atmosphere.
Hostel has a really high standard and it's a perfect place to chill. It all includes a beautiful garden and super nice terrace, additionally really well equipped kitchen. Staff is super kind and helpful. It's worth its price, I've been to multiple hostels among different european countries and this one is the best.

The AC was broken in my room, texted the number twice as well as told the staff members, nothing was done. Otherwise, it was clean and good location
I enjoyed my stay here, the hostel is well located for people traveling by train or bus, and the staff is kind. However I did not give this hostel full marks because the beds did not have curtains despite the price.
Amazing hostel! Pricey but that’s all places in Milan so not personal. Loved the location made it super convenient for train, nice atmosphere, fun and social without it being too much. Staff were awesome I can’t remember the name (Camille maybe?) of one of the Colombian staff members who went out of his way at to help me find my necklace that fell down the sink drain. Was super kind and appreciated! Would stay again.

Last time I had a blast. I think it's a great place to meet people and party. Close to the central station. Free food is great. But very noisy street. And not very clean.
An sich ein solides Hostel. Allerdings steht auf Hostelworld, dass es eine "Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit" gibt. Diese ist lediglich ein Blechdach im Hof hinter dem Haus. Man konnte das Rad weder anständig abschließen, noch hat der Ort einen sicheren Eindruck gemacht. Ich bin mit teurem Rad und Bikepacking-Taschen dort gewesen und hatte kein gutes Gefühl bei diesem Ort. Eine andere Abstellmöglichkeit gibt es nicht, es dürfen keine Räder in das Haus. Deshalb von mir nicht alle Sterne.
It is a solid hostel in itself. However, it says on Hostelworld that there is a "Ride-Off option". This is just a wooden roof in the yard behind the house. You could not lock the bike properly, nor did the place give a safe impression. I have been there with my precious bike and Bikepacking-Tasches and had no good feeling at this place. There is no other ride-Off option, there are no wheels allowed in the house. Therefore not all the stars from me.
The staff were really friendly and accommodating and the facilities were great. I didn’t really like that you had to download an app on your phone to act as your key to get into all the doors/lifts.
