I had a very bad experience. The Toilet was not functional. When asked they said they are sorry and the maintenance guy is busy. I asked if I can use any other washrooms because the washroom in my room is not working , but they said all rooms are full and they are helpless. I was forced to leave early to catch a toilet drom Railway station instead. First time in my travel history I had such a terrible episode. Also their Wifi is the worst. No proper signal and very slow. Terrible service.
Mi estancia fue bastante decepcionante. Uno de los peores problemas fue el acceso a la habitación: la puerta estaba rota, lo que generaba una sensación de inseguridad. Cualquiera pudo haber entrado de haberlo querido. El AC no funcionaba, así que tuvimos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas, y esto atrajo a los mosquitos. A mí me picaron en la cara, dejándome ronchas e inflamación. El personal podría ser más amable. Lo bueno es la ubicación del hostal en el centro de Milan. NO recomiend...
One of the worst problems was the access to the room: the door was broken, which generated a sense of insecurity. Anyone could have come in if they wanted to. The air conditioner didn't work, so we had to sleep with the windows open, and this attracted mosquitoes. I was bitten in the face, leaving a rash and inflammation. The staff could be nicer. The good thing is the location of the hostel in the center of Milan. I DO NOT recommend it.
Not recommended at all for solo female travelers. The bathrooms aloneare a safety hazard.
Rude and angry staff, except one young guy in the night. I don’t know what they are angry about. Breakfast - one coffee with croissant on a tissue paper (picture attached) Super dirty common area, torned seating and they are so dirty (picture attached) No towel , no soap provides. Dirty bathroom. Stay away form This place at all cost.
Do not stay here if you value safety and security. You cannot lock lockers with your own locks, only with the keys provided (which you have to turn in along with room key to desk before you leave). When coming back to ask for keys, no one checks to make sure that you are a verified guest, they just hand them over. My phone was stolen from me in a 4 bed room in the middle of the night while I slept. Sheets and beds were not in the cleanliest shape. Save yourself the headache

To są najzwyklejsi oszuści. Jeżeli wcześniej nie dokonacie check-in to za check -in na miejscu płacicie 6,5 euro od osoby dodatkowo. Zamiast 1 pokoju 6 osobowego porozrzucani po hostelu. Nieważne dla hostelu czy otrzymaliscie informacje o wcześniejszym check-in. Polecam omijać ten hostel szerokim łukiem.
These are the most common scams. if you do not check in in advance or check in on site you will pay 6.5 euros per additional person. instead of 1 room for 6 people you will be transferred to the hostel. it does not matter to the hostel whether you receive information about the earlier check-in. but I can clean the hostel wide open.
I know I couldn’t expect anything from a cheap hostel, but guys let’s be honest, this place was bad! 1) I was with a friend and i book from the same account, they put us in the same room but large distance. 2) was super smelly. 3) the shared bathroom was SO BAD, you have no idea, and on the first day smells like cigarrete. The only thing good there was the staff, they were really nice!
Un de los compañeros de habitación se estaba masturbando en frente a nosotras y el personal no hizo nada, no nos quisieron cambiar de habitación, tuvimos que protestar mucho y decir que íbamos a dormir en el lobby si no nos cambiaban y fue que accedieron pero ni siquiera nos querían dar las 4 llaves de la nueva habitación querían quedarse con las 3 y solo darnos una, una falta de respeto y moralidad me parece, experiencia terrible, tenemos grabado todo porque no nos sentíamos seguras.
One of the roommates was masturbating in front of us and the staff did nothing, they didn't want to change us rooms, we had to protest a lot and say we would sleep in the lobby if we weren't changed and it was that they agreed but they didn't even want to give us the 4 keys to the new room they wanted to keep the 3 and only give us one, a lack of respect and morality I think, terrible experience, we have recorded everything because we didn't feel safe.

Staff were very nice. Having a hot shower and full kitchen was amazing in saving money. Beds were comfy and clean. Only complaint is that the doors to the dorms are super loud.
La chambre ferme à double tour mais il y a la possibilité d entrouvrir la porte tout de même. La propreté pourrait être meilleure quand au personnel, efficace mais étrange. Nous n'avons pas pu prendre notre petit-déjeuner. Bien trop cher pour le service et la qualité.
The room is double-roofed but there is the possibility to open the door anyway. the cleanliness could be better when the staff is there, efficient but strange. we didn't get to have our breakfast. way too expensive for the service and quality.
Location: great, Cleanliness: I thought it was fine but if you’re a nick picker you’d find stuff for sure. At the end of the day, it’s a place to crash, it’s cheap, well placed. Value for money: I paid 24, was worth it - book in advance

The room and bed were disgusting. Apparently it is not expected that the bed is made between every new person that stays in the hostel and you have to pay to get the sheets changed. I was shocked when i went up to my bed to find one that looked like someone already slept in it and you could see the pervious costumer's hair and dandruff on the pillow. The room also had a very strange unpleasant smell from the moment you walk in.

Nutella croissants and coffee to start the day was a nice touch with linen & towels included which is rare for hostels. No aircon so got bit to death by mosquitoes. Poor ventilation in the bathroom so was really damp and smelly. No locks on the bathroom either which was weird but nice to have an ensuite.
I had read the reviews for this hostel the day before my stay, & to say the least, I was worried as many of them are bad. However my expectations were exceeded! The staff were SO kind and welcoming, also extremely helpful!! They made my stay a pleasure! In terms of the rooms, mine was very clean and spacious, lockers were secure and I had no complaints whatsoever! Don’t let the older reviews scare you off, for the price this is a great deal!!! :)

It could be a cute hostel but they decided to put Neon LED light everywhere so you feel like you on a fever dream. Beds are fine tho, heating was on 24/7
ottimo ostello. le camere sono chiuse a chiave e sono presenti armadietti robusti che ricordano casseforti stesso in camera con chiave. due bagni separati e docce separate. cosa migliorerei ? disciplina da osservare.in una camera mista con uomini e donne sarebbe opportuno far capire che non si gira in mutande. in camera c'era un uomo di colore mulatto che ha ostentato le sue dotazioni in mutande per tutto il tempo andando avanti e indietro . nei bagni mancano appendi abiti.
excellent hostel. the rooms are locked and there are robust lockers that remind of the same safe in room with key. two separate bathrooms and separate shower. what would I improve ? discipline to observe.in a mixed room with men and women it would be appropriate to make it clear that you do not turn around in underwear. in room there was a man of mulatto color who has flaunted his endowments in underwear all the time walking back and forth . in the bathrooms there are no clothes.
everything was perfect, the owner was pretty chill and everyone was okay there’s this night receptionist who is the sweetest guy. The only negative thing is the heater being on 24/7 and it’s not cold anymore so it got very hot in the hostel. I’d come back.
Probably one of the worst hostel I’ve ever been to. In the room, the heating was constantly on with no way to turn it off (nobody from the staff could help neither). We were forced to keep the window open to get some air, with lead us to be stung several times by mosquitoes. No curtains on the beds. And the lady working at the reception was probably one of the most unfriendly person I’ve ever met. She looked extremely bothered everytime anyone spoke to her. Sorry for asking her to do her jo...
Me pareció un hostel cómodo, la habitacion linda, completa locker cómodo , ropa de cama y toalla linda, mejoraría la atención de recepción las luces que hay en la entrada y que haya wifi en el área común , no controle el tema de la garantía q mucha gente se quejaba de eso , en general bien .
I found it a comfortable hostel, the living room is nice, complete locker is nice, bed linen and towel is nice, would improve the reception service the lights are in the entrance and there is wifi in the common area, no control the issue of warranty q many people complained about that , generally good .
Todo muy bien , excelente ubicación . Lo único que estuvo medio flojo la chica de recepción del turno noche no era muy simpática a la hora de recibirnos, aunque sea una sonrisa falsa nunca viene mal. Calidad precio ubicación aceptable

very alright as far as hostels go. the environment is a little odd, there’s always colored led lights on in the common areas and halls. the rooms are comfortable. the bathrooms have no hand soap and the showers do not feel very private at all. there was one with a foggy glass door that’s fully see through and one with only a curtain and the showers are in a communal sink area without a locking door. i wouldn’t want to stay here more than a couple nights, not awful but not overly pleasant
The rooms and bathrooms are were clean. The staff were polite and helpful.
