The bed broke down
muy mal, los baños muy sucios y rotos, la cocina no tiene casi nada.

Alors sincèrement j’ai pas trop aimé cette hostel surtout les matériels dedans se sont nul tu t’arrive pas dormir en confort au niveau du matelas, et en plus y’a trop de bruit lorsque quelqu’un qui bouge au dessus de toi c’est non les chambres chaque jours nettoyer même les salles de bain et l’emplacement parfait le métro c’est à côté 3 stations du duomo non vraiment emplacement idéal.
So honestly I didn't like this hostel too much especially the materials inside are crap you can't sleep comfortably at mattress level, and besides it's too noisy when someone moves over you that's not the rooms every day clean even the bathrooms and the perfect location the subway is next to 3 stations of the duomo not really ideal location.
La gente dueña del hostel no les brinda mantenimiento, pésimo que dejen a sus huéspedes en condiciones tan pobres. Ni la estufa funcionaba, ni un shampoo nos dejan. Nada de nada. No volvería a ir. El personal lo más. Pero esta gente dueña del hospedaje no hay que dejarle un $ más.
The people who own the hostel don't provide them with maintenance, it's terrible that they leave their guests in such poor conditions. neither the greenhouse worked, nor a shampoo leaves us. nothing. nothing. would not come back. the staff most of all. but these people who own the hostel you should not leave them an extra dollar.
Das Hostel war wirklich sehr schlecht. Die Leute im Zimmer waren unhöflich und es hat überall schlimm gestunken. Wir mussten extra bezahlen, um von einem 8-Bett-Zimmer in ein 4-Bett-Zimmer zu wechseln. Außerdem wollten wir nur eine Nacht verlängern, obwohl wir noch zwei Nächte übrig hatten, und sie haben trotzdem verlangt, dass wir für die zwei Nächte bezahlen. Für alle, die nach Mailand reisen und ein sauberes Hostel suchen – ich kann dieses Hostel auf keinen Fall empfehlen!
The hostel was really very bad. The people in the room were rude and it smelled bad everywhere. We had to pay extra to change from an 8-bed-room to a 4-bed-room. Besides, we only wanted to extend one night, although we still had two nights left, and they still demanded that we pay for the two nights. For anyone traveling to Milan and looking for a clean hostel I can not recommend this hostel under any circumstances!
Das Hostel ist total heruntergekommen. Es gab in der winzigen Küche für alle Leute kaum Geschirr oder Besteck, in der Dusche ging abends kein Licht mehr an, alles sieht aus, als würde immer nur mäßig bis gar nicht geputzt werden. Die Toiletten haben nach Tankstelle gerochen. Alles war entweder dreckig, kaputt oder so heruntergekommen, dass man es gar nicht benutzen wollte. Das Bett war in Ordnung. Mitarbeiter waren allerdings sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Für den Preis lohnt es sich nicht.
The hostel was totally ruined. There were hardly any dishes or cutlery in the tiny kitchen for everyone, the lights in the shower went out at night, everything looks like it was always just soapy until it was not even washed. The toilets smelled like a gas station. Everything was either dirty, broken or so ruined that you didn't even want to use it. The bed was in order. The staff were very nice and helpful, however. For the price it wasn't worth it.

En el edificio hay dos hoteles Panda y Koala, me hospedaron a fuerza en koala donde todos los servicios que ofrece el otro no existen. Además de no tener aire acondicionado en ninguna parte, el cuarto nos tocó sin mosquitero y sin el ventilador de habitación, las literas terribles y rotas. Y sin servicio se wifi. Las peores dos noche que tuve. No vale la pena el precio por lo que ofrecen
In the building there are two hotels Panda and Koala, I was hosted by a force in koala where all the services offered by the other do not exist. in addition to not having air conditioning anywhere, the room we touched without mosquito net and without the room fan, the terrible and broken beds. and no wifi service. the worst two nights I had. not worth the price for what they offer
no locks on doors, no a/c, tiny lockers, bed bugs!!. really run down building (possibly and old library)
no viene más con este hostel porque no hay seguridad una chico coreano pedido carrera. qui venganza

Lits pas faits, casiers de taille moyenne (prévoir son cadenas), serviette non fournie, la chambre ne ferme pas à clé, petite table de nuit et prise individuelle, pas de lampe individuelle. Personnel extrêmement agréable et serviable. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages gratuitement avant le checkin et après le Check out (jusqu’à 19h)
Beds not made, medium-sized lockers (provide your locks), napkin not provided, room not locked to lock, small nightstand and individual socket, no individual lamp. extremely friendly and helpful staff. possibility to leave your luggage free of charge before check-in and after check-out (until 7pm)
Great stay, only a bit messy but still a great value for price and enjoyable stay in Milan❤️❤️❤️
Limpieza súper pobre, el baño da asco. Los colchones súper finos, yo no volvería jamás.
The cleanliness is super poor, the bathroom is asco, the mattresses are super nice, I would never go back.
Generally good value for money. Only cold water coming from the showers though.

To be honest , It is not that bad ... The mattress was clean in 8 bed suit room. The water was coming, although it needs some more workers to cleans the washroom hut it was not dirty.

Do not stay here. Would not let us pay card despite saying they do take card. No security.
The hostel and envirnonnt was ok but only if youre a guy. i wont recommend for girl solo travellers though for a mix group it could work.

Personal super lieb. Bad, bzw. Dusche könnte sauberer sein. Hab aber super dort geschlafen.
