Pésima experiencia. Terrorífica. No hay recepción. Y nunca me enviaron los datos para ingresar. Estuve hasta media noche afuera de hostal esperando que alguien me abriera. Hasta que un huésped me abrió. De parte del hostal nunca me respondieron por los medios establecidos. Solo hasta la madrugada a encontré un número en una Web y así fue como pude contactarme. Terrible experiencia

To be here is like being in a hostel with ghost. There’s no one. You’ll never be helped if you have problems out of the schedule of recepcionist, take too much time to answer emails. Is not human to just let “everything” wrote and never be there. Also if you want to socialize, this is not the place. If you want to leave your luggage there’s not anyone to receive it out of check in time. Would never come back here.

Staff where appalling when confronted about several issues with the property they didn't care even when I spoke with them in Italian I asked for a refund as I ended up having to stay elsewhere they didn't care

No AC! Even in end of Sept, the top bunks can get really warm and very very stuffy. Acc to the reception staff, the manager has 'taken away the switches to the AC' cos summer is over in Italy in September 🙄. When asked, the receptionist said it isn't too hot, no other room complained as much. The lobby and other areas aren't, yes, but the upper two beds were very hot and another guest also complained. Thankfully, after a long time, we were given one common fan for the entire room and managed ...

The staff attitude was disappointing. The hostel feels outdated, and the room design is unsafe, as doors cannot be opened from the inside without assistance. I was locked inside Room 12 and, although staff eventually helped, the receptionist reacted with laughter instead of urgency. This made me feel both unsafe and disrespected as a guest.

This hostel has bed bugs!! We found out when we got to our room. We told the staff and they took this very serieus. They send us to another hostel because they have the same owner, however this hostel was even dirtier. The hostel is called koala hostel, the room has no curtains, it was very dirty, it had no airco and it was very noisy.

I couldn't sleep. There's a lot of bed bugs. And the West in the matter they don't bite you in anything.

Bed bugs presenti nella camera 12. Ho segnalato dopo la prima notte e apprezzato moltissimo la disponibilità dello staff e del manager di sanificare nel pomeriggio la camera. Purtroppo, cambiando letto, la seconda mattina mi sono svegliato alle 6 con gli insetti addosso e il corpo nuovamente ricoperto di pinzi. Non essendoci reception fino a tarda mattina, sono dovuto scappare. Nessun rimborso dalla prima notte, ne dalla seconda. Staff perfetto e struttura carina. Combattete l’infestazione.

I needed the invoice and it was really hard to get it, I asked it 3 times and they gave it to me only once I got mad. Then two days after they tried to take money from my card and it detected fraudolent transaction and now is frozen

When we was ready to sleep and put the cover away all the sheet was full with bedbugs, and we saw some more at the flor. The hostel was furnished in a very old style with old furnitures with a type of smell and probably a bunch of bedbugs.

Mientras que en web de Hostelworld dice que el check in es de 4 a 11.30 pm, en la práctica te envían un amable mail que hay un check in presencial y otro virtual. Me hubiera gustado saberlo antes para poder elegir mejor. De todos modos, estuve una noche, las indicaciones fueren claras pero me apresuré para llegar al check in presencial. La ubicación es buena para ir y llegar de los aeropuertos. Te dan toalla y pude dejar en consigna mi mochila.

It was great! I was there for a night in an all female room and the location made everything very convenient. It’s very close to the central station (~10 mins walk). The hostel itself gives the old Italian house vibe which is very nice. The common space on the first floor was my favorite and I felt very secured!

El diseño del hostel es muy vintage, pero con todos los servicios (sábanas,toalla) y limpio.Las camas tienen cortina para privacidad pero el internet solo sirve en el lobby. Tuve problemas para entrar con el código de acceso pero llamé al número de atención y me contestaron en el momento. Está muy bien ubicado pero en la noche la calle está algo sola si vas desde la estación central, también queda en medio de las estaciones del metro lo que lo hace accesible para moverse.

To pop in for a day, arriving from the central train station and then to take a bus from the central train station to Malpensa, this is as a perfect stop. I checked in after 15:00 and smoothly got my keys. The wifi was good for working, and I used the kettle down in the kitchen. On a similar trip back to Milano, I would stay here again.

My favourite hostel from my trip would come again!!

El mejor hostel en el que me he alojado. Bonito, limpio y muy cómodo. La comodidad de la cama es destacable.

Lugar tranquilo, bonito, limpo e atendente ágil e prestativa, deixa a gente bem a vontade. Gostei muito, voltaria sem dúvidas!

No complaints about the hostel it’s self. Had clean bathrooms and beds were comfortable. Not a social hostel at all and I actually only saw the people in my room. A lot of living areas to hangout on the couches and green room or patio, just not a social environment. Good for the price and a clean place to sleep though!

Definitely recommend for a stay in Milan. Super close to main station, cute and cozy vibe, adorable rooms. Everything was clean, towels bedding and lock were included. Can't judge the kitchen as I didn't use it. Small entrance can be overlooked but easily found with maps.

Ignore any negative reviews, this was a nice hostel. Short walk to central station. Staff was nice, changed my sheets, cleaned bathroom and room daily. Well maintained. Not social but a good chill place if all you do at a hostel is sleep.

Nice spot. Good location, close to the train station and good metro links. Place is a little rough around the edges, but not a bad place to stay for a couple of nights.

Perfectly located in a central and accessible area, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable . I would absolutely recommend it.
