+ J’ai été piqué par des puces de lit Je n’ai vu aucune personne du personnel C’est honteux !
- La propreté berk
+ Nada.
- Hostal muy alejado de la zona a visitar. Desde el aeropuerto es casi media hora caminando, ubicado en un barrio residencial y no tan fácil de encontrar. Te envían un código para abrir una puerta y al entrar no hay nadie que te reciba. Nadie te hace el check in o te pide los datos. Es un piso con una SOLA habitación enorme para meter 15 camas. Los lockers pequeñísimos (una maleta de mano no cae)

- Bien que les lieux soient propres je ne suis pas restée dormir . Il est vrai que je n avais pas assez vérifié lors de la réservation. Mais loin du centre ville ,chambre mixte à 3 lits , sans fenêtre, sans clim ... hors de question de rester là. J ai changé mes billets pour rentrer plus tôt chez moi . Dommage car j avais déjà payé ...

- Its not a hostel but more of an open space living area. The dirm consists of 15 beds!!! No natural light, no aircon. Always crammed and stuffy! The dorm beds are made of three tiers, you cannot even sit down in your bed. Make receptionist wanted to charge me 5eur for a charger cable hire. Ridiculous! Awful place, stay away.

- Wrong password on app/ différent from email, I was stuck outside in the rain. Reception was suppose to be there until 20h or so, there were no one.
- Schmutzig, WC Kabinen zu klein für normale Menschen, kein Personal, sehr schlecht belüftet, teuer.
+ Only the fact that it was in Biarritz
- It was not clean even though there was someone cleaning everyday. The workers were not nice at all. The atmosphere was very arrogant and snob which I was not expecting at all from an hostel. You have to pay for EVERYTHING 5€ more. So in the end the hostel next door for 4€ more it’s cheaper! You don’t get breakfast nor a towel at Utopy. There is no surfboards available and no bikes either (which there are at the one next door). But what disappointments me the most is the bad vibe at the hostel. I would not recommend this accommodation for solo travelers at all.

+ Le petit jardin et la navette
- La propreté pas top, le nettoyage mal effectué auprès des loueurs. L'emplacement est loin de la plage et aucun panneau d'indication pour trouver utopy à Biarritz. Il est bien caché, on ne le voit pas !!!

The best decision staying in this hostel. Is small so it feels like a house and you can do so much activities. Is not “close” to everything but if you love to walk like me is only 25-30 minutes from the center so it’s nice. 100% would come back :)
Estancia muy agradable. La habitación se sentía como una mini casita y las luces en las escaleras y la decoración de todo el hostel es muy linda y acogedora. Personal amable. Había poca gente en el hostel por la temporada pero aún así la gente era muy amigable y sociable. Volvería a ir.
Super accueil. Un abri à vélo fermé serait le bienvenu pour les cyclistes, merci beaucoup !

+ しっかりカーテンのあるベッドは好印象。シャワールームやトイレも清潔で良かった。スタッフもgood！

+ There is a FREE bus service right outside the hostel that goes every half hour
+ It was one of the best hostels I ever stayed. Very well equipped kitchen. Nice area to chill and relax. Very comfy beds and many details which show that the owner was also a backpacker and slept in hostels and knows what is needed, e. g. light, something where you can put your things in the bed and also at the shower. Really loved my stay there. Even the dormitory was huge. There was enough space where you could put your things.
- You have to walk around 30 minutes to the city center. But it's a nice walk.

+ No bureaucracy. No difficulties.
- Beds are too short. With my 195sm I could not fill comfortable my legs were bended all the way.
+ La amabilidad d ela chica de recepción, que pude dejar la maleta y el café gratis.
- Alojamiento muy sencillo para la nota que tiene y lo que cuesta (35€ noche litera). Los baños sucios y con humedades, entiendo difícil de controlar en la zona pero al menos limpio.Solo 3 duchas y 2 baños para las 15 camas que tiene . Solo te dan una sábana , ni bajera ni funda de edredón ni toalla que es de pago. Alto precio para la calidad que tiene. Andando al centro 20 minutos.

+ Todo excelente!! Es el mejor hostel que he conocido en Francia y España. Muy limpio, ordenado, la decoración es muy linda, la cama muy cómoda, el baño cómodo e impecable, la cocina super organizada, el patio muy bien para pasar tiempo o desayunar. Personal amable. Y tiene estacionamiento 🙂
- La altura de la cama (te pegas en la cabeza si te sientas). El resto todo excelente!
