The hostel itself was very clean and adequate to what we were looking for and our stay was nice, However i would be extremely wary of staying here as a member of staff stole my expensive beats headphones and the hotel took absolutely no responsibility for this nor did they help when i requested a written report to claim them back through travel insurance (to save me having to report them to the police). Look after your belongings because they are not safe!

They only want your money! The worst place I have been in my life!I never had problems in years using the site, but there is a different situation! do not book this place

The staff were argumentative about anything brought forward as a concern. The rooms are falling apart, had to come fix the tv and the sink during our stay b/c the sink was pouring water on our floor. The heater is ripped out of the wall above the door and is a safety hazard, No AC, bathrooms are also dirty and unkempt. Toilet seats slide all over and shower doors are broken. Lamp shade fell off the lamp in the rooms - rock hard beds, smells bad, told we got free breakfast, this wasn’t the case

The room was located between two shared bathrooms. And you could hear literally everything. I didnt matter if you closed the door or not. after complaining about the situation they only wanted to give me another very expensive room though. I would definitely not stay there again.

When comparing looking at the rooms to the reviews, we did not have the greatest experience. The bathrooms were not very clean, the staff was polite but created more problems than necessary with our situation, and the price we payed was not nearly what we were expecting considering we had better experiences with cheaper hostels previously.

I expected more than I recieved, it's was cold, dirty, people who attend in the reception wasn't kind. Not recommended at all. One person who shared room with me, change the hostel next day.

the worst place we've ever been, we couldn't stay there, we arrived at 10:30 pm the place was very dirty, a lot of noise and drunk people, the room was disgusting, our beds were with other people's things, old men sleeping without shirts, we had to leave and go to another place, we received no refund and no solution. The towels are also sold, these are not rented.

Il personale è molto gentile ed è un posto tranquillo. Per il prezzo che l'ho pagato e confrontandolo con altre strutture dove ho sogiornato avrei voluto avere bagno e locker in camera. Invece si doveva usare il bagno misto fuori dalla stanza. Anche il prezzo della colazione mi è sembrato alto.

Hôtel très sympa, propre et proche du centre, par contre 60 euros la nuit pour un lit en dortoir est vraiment élevé. Sinon je recommande !

Perfect accommodation for my short stay before an early flight! Mainly because of the outside lockers (not to bother other guests) separate bathroom, which was really clean and comfortable, 24h reception and kind staff. The bed setup is a bit like in a hotel room since there’s no bunks, which gives you little privacy, but since it was only women that doesn’t bother me too much.

I had an amazing stay at this hostel in Rome. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the entire place felt much more luxurious than a typical hostel. The rooms were very spacious, and the bathrooms were also large and well maintained. One of the biggest advantages was the 24/7 reception & free luggage storage, which was very helpful for managing my travel plans.

Really nice hostel and I liked that only girls were allowed to stay in dorm rooms. The staff were nice and friendly and the rooms were good. No privacy though which was okay because it was only girls. There weren’t as many common areas besides the kitchen, which were only a fridge and a microwave, but it worked fine for me. It might be a bit far from the main attractions but it was close to metro and busses. Would definitely stay here again if I needed a dorm room.

Kind and welcoming staff, super accommodating when needing to leave baggage or check out late. Overall great hostel

Good place. Not much to complain about aside from the extra costs for towel, locks, etc. kind of ridiculous in my opinion Aside from that it was very clean, 24 hour reception is great and very helpful. Close to train station as well and a few restaurants

For Rome prices, the beds were fine. The personnal at the reception were nice. The beds were comfortable and clean but the bathroom a little less. They don’t have hand towel or nothing else to dry your hand (only a bath mat is in the washroom) and each wc are different from the type of showers to the space. The lockers are outside the room. And the outlet in the rooms are weirdly placed.

I'm writing a negative review because I found your reception staff to be very rude. This morning when I checked out, frankly, there was no deposit and the room had no amenities. In Milan and Florence, I only needed to return my room key to leave. I needed to catch a bus to the airport this morning, otherwise my flight would be delayed. Under these circumstances, your receptionist stopped me, insisting I spell my name and room number. And their attitude was extremely rude, almost shouting at me.

Gostei muito do hostel, é dentro de um hotel e sempre que voltamos a cama estava arrumada e o quarto limpo. Os banheiros estavam limpos e o chuveiro é bem gostoso. Além disso o hostel fica bem próximo à Termini , então é ótimo para quem precisa pegar o trem para o aeroporto. Na esquina tem um mercado, e do outro lado outra estação que leva aos principais pontos turísticos como o coliseu . Me senti segura o tempo todo , mesmo chegando tarde e saindo bem cedo. Recomendo!

Es un hotel, quizás no sea el más social pero es hermoso. Recepción 24hs, guarda valijas sin costo, el personal es super amable. Los baños están fueras de las habitaciones, las camas no son literas, todo limpio. Ofrece desayuno y buffet con costo, tiene una cocina y un lugar para comer y llevar tus cosas, tiene ascensor. Es céntrico, cerca del metro y llegas a todos lados caminando. Volvería sin dudas

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable, pudimos dejar nuestra maletas antes de hacer nuestro check in y después de nuestro check out, la verdad eso fue algo que agradecimos con el alma, el desayuno también estuvo muy rico. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar aquí, todo muy agradable y el personal de servicio increíble. RECOMENDABLE.

This place is like a hotel but you share your room with girls. All the dorms are for girls only and i think it was very good. There is no bunk bend, i think thats better but privacy is a little bit less bc of this. It was clean enaugh and decent. The bathrooms are not in the room but there was enaugh bathrooms. The only thing that i dont like about this place is the room electricity is turns on with keycard. Staff was very nice and you can check in late bc reception is 24/7.

I loved this budget hotel! The location is veru central, close to Termini station and 30 min max from the Colosseum by foot. Everything is so clean and the staff (cleaning persons and reception) are exquisitely polite. There is a common room, a terrasse even open late (much appreciated) abd a kitchen (microwave, fridge, buf no hotplates). It is quiet and there are lots of shared bathrooms. Thank you!
