Ik vond de accommodatie helemaal niet gelijkend op wat ons beloofd werd. De prijs was veel te duur voor wat we maar kregen. Mercedes, diegene die de villa uitbaat is totaal niet respectvol tegenover haar gasten. Wij hadden er 1 nacht geboekt. Bij aankomt was ik dat was teleurgesteld. Ik zeg haar vriendelijk waar het schoentjes wringt. Ze laat me niet uitspreken, ze zegt dat we kunnen vertrekken en dat we maar ergens anders moeten overnachten dan. Wij wouden haar echter een voorstel doen waarbij ...
I found the accommodation not at all like what we were promised. The price was far too expensive for what we needed. Mercedes, who runs the villa is totally disrespectful to her guests. We had booked 1 night there. Upon arrival I was disappointed. I tell her kindly where the shoe twists. She doesn't let me speak, she says we can leave and we just have to spend the night somewhere else. We wanted to make her a real proposal where she would call us one by one.
je ne conseille pas c’était vraiment très sale et il n’y avais aucune sécurité les portes étaient limite casser. je ne me sentais pas du tout bien dans cet endroit

Lugar perfecto para descansar unos dias! Nico y su familia son muy atentos y eso es de agradecer. Inclusive podras contar con una pequena cocina que te ayudara a salir del paso. Panaderia a 50 metros y el centro de la ciudad de Tizimin esta a 450 metros!!! Muy conveniente

I had a pleasant stay at this place! The staff was exceptionally nice and handled a minor communication issue very well. The value for money is great, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The small kitchen was a nice bonus. The location is conveniently just a few minutes' walk from the center and the bus station, which is around 10 minutes away. Overall, I recommend it!
The only point is the access to the room. There is a very steep and narrow stairway to climb up to the first flor. If you have a lot of heavy luggage, dont go there.
