+ In den Betten hatte man viel Privatsphäre.
- Mitarbeiter haben nur geschlafen und waren sehr unhöflich. Null Gastfreundlichkeit/Arbeitsmoral. Frühstück war nur lauwarm. Alles war extrem schmutzig (bettdecke, Bad, Boden generell, Tische,..). Küche sah ekelhaft aus.
Breakfast was supposed to start at 8. The first day we got it at 8:30. We asked to have it on time the day after as we had to leave at 8:30, we asked again in the morning and they didn’t care. We ended up not having breakfast. Also the room wasn’t clean properly.
+ Geräumige Doppelbettkabinen mit Steckdose und Ablagemöglichkeit. Schließfach vorhanden. Gute Durchlüftung dank Balkon am Zimmer. Im Prinzip recht ruhig, da als Zweigstelle des Hong Hao Hostels selten genutzt. Frühstücksbuffet mit Banh Mi, Crepes und Obst ganz lecker.
- Rezeption zwar besetzt, beide Männer schlafen jedoch fast durchgehend, der Eingangsbereich sieht unordentlich aus. Abfluss im Bad riecht unangenehm. Leider kamen mitten in der Nacht Gäste im Dorm an (was in Ha Giang durch die Nachtbusse aus Hanoi keine Seltenheit ist), aber die zwei vietnamesischen Pärchen standen um 5 Uhr morgens wieder auf und unterhielten sich ganze 1,5h rücksichtslos lautstark. Hier wäre eine kluge Verteilung durch die Hostelmanager in den leeren zweiten Schlafsaal angebracht gewesen. Das Frühstück wird nur im Haupthaus serviert, zu dem es 15 min Fußweg sind - darüber hätte man uns beim Check-In informieren können.
+ Hotel très calme car très peu de gens en janvier 2026. Nous etions les seuls dans un dortoir de 8. Eau chaude pour la douche si vous allumez l’interrupteur avant mais ça ne dure pas très longtemps. Lit confortable et emplacement idéal.
- La porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas
+ Lit spacieux et confortable même pour un couple.
- Peut mettre du temps pour faire chauffer l’eau de la douche, et ne dure pas eternellement. Il peut faire froid dans les dortoirs au moi de janvier
I booked this hostel through hostel world, when I arrived the receptionist called another worker and after 15 minutes he took me next door and with no explanation left me with another man, who then explained the hostel had been full and I was staying at this one instead…..

- Aircondition virker ikke - hede
+ The beds are comfortable but that’s about it.
- The rooms are dirty with garbages and super warm during the night. The bathroom has no toilet paper and is also dirty. Overall for one night it was fine but I would definitely not stay longer.
+ Clean and comfortable bunk. Plenty of storage space, and we were fortunate enough to have only two other couples in our dorm, which made it quiet and relaxed. The staff were welcoming. It’s a shame that the bunks didn’t have a fan, as it got too hot on the evening. However, the value for money is exceptional.

+ Cheap, clean and the staff is nice! Comfort is as good as in the Capsule Station Hanoi with the same capsules. Here, it is cleaner!
+ Very clean basic hostel. We stayed here for a night before we did the ha giang loop and it was great, no complaints! Beds were comfortable and clean and the set up of the rooms gives a lot of privacy for it being a hostel! Also love the option for a double bed. Allowed my partner and I to save even more money and only get one bed. It is a large double bed. Probably closer to a queen size
- Breakfast is not great. Does offer free breakfast but it is very basic. Usually some eggs, crepes, baguettes, pineapple, bananas and some instant coffee. Nothing fancy but good for a quick bite before heading out for the day!

+ Close to the pick up for our bus to Sapa, lots of restaurants, food places and shops around. Bed space is amazing, easily fits two.
- A loud group arrived at 2am for the Ha Giang Loop and were not considerate, not the hostels fault but it’s used a lot for the loop so to be considered.

+ Mejores instalaciones de hostel que hemos estado jamás. Genial desayuno. Hemos pagado 4 euros por dormir los dos con desayuno… increíble. Las camas e instalaciones super bien! Mucha intimidad
- Nos ha molestado muchísimo dos chicas irrespetuosas que han hecho ruido durante una hora a las 3 a.m. Y a las 7 a.m lo mismo, pero no es culpa del hotel.
