Room was smelly
Ostello nella media: confortevole, alla buona, posizionato in centro a Fussen, comodo, mi è sembrato abbastanza sicuro e pulito. Purtroppo, proprio per questo suo essere nella media (un bagno per tre/quattro camere, dormitori da sei letti, ecc...), non mi spiego il prezzo di 33 euro a persona.
Hostel in the middle: comfortable, good, located in the center of Fussen, comfortable, it seemed to me quite safe and clean. unfortunately, precisely for this being in the middle (a bathroom for three/four bedrooms, six-bed dormitories, etc...), I do not explain the price of 33 euros per person.
the showers were incredibly annoying they turn off every 15 seconds so you have to constantly press the button to turn it back on, also they don't make the beds and make you take sheets off else you get a €20 cleaning fee. also 9:30 seems unnecessarily early for check out but I've seen worse. the biggest pain in the ass was honestly the showers
The property was clean but not accessible due to stairs. It was clean, but it was so incredibly hot, I sweat all night long even with the window open. There was no lock on the shared dorm room door which was surprising and made me somewhat uncomfortable. I didn’t appreciate that the host of the hostel came into the room without knocking or letting himself be known. The sign for the shower says do not use shower after 23:00 but it doesn’t say it will turn off at that time and it turned off
Great location in Fussen and not far from the bus stop and train station. No individual outlets in each bed, rather a long power strip for everyone to share. No lockers in the rooms. The small drawers they did have are cheap and can’t hold much weight. No AC. Kitchen electricity and showers are only available at certain times. Was never given a key.
If you’re looking for a hostel to merely sleep in, this will definitely suffice. However, if you want to feel comfortable hanging out there I don’t recommend. There is not a common space to hang out and research plans for the day or casually meet people. There are very strict rules about times that you can use the kitchen, shower, etc. and the staff are always there ready to clean everything by 8am so it feels awkward sleeping in. It was very clean and close to everything in Fussen

Alles vollkommen ok, die Fahrräder waren am nächsten Morgen zum Glück weiterhin da, auch wenn ein abgeschlossener Bereich mehr Sicherheit vermitteln würde. Dass manche Menschen nachts auf dem Flur telefonieren ist lästig und laut, ok, einige Reisende haben ihre Familie in Zeitverschiebung zu erreichen. Kann ein Hostel auch nicht wirklich regulieren… Wir brauchten die Küche für Heißwasserbereiter am Morgen, dass Gäste ihr dreckiges Geschirr in der Spüle lassen ist dreist und nicht H...
Everything is perfectly fine, the bikes were there the next morning fortunately, even though a locked area would provide more security. Dass some people are on the phone in the hall at night is annoying and loud, okay, some travelers have to reach their family in time delay. Kann ein Hostel auch nicht wirklich regeln... We needed the kitchen for hot water heaters am Morgen dass Gäste ihr schmutziges Geschir in der Spüle lassen ist dreist und nicht Hostelschuld
You have to notice that everything is self service. You can only make chek in and use the kitchen between 4 to 9pm. Before and after that, everything it's up to you. The rooms doesn't have enoughs plugins to Connect devices and you there no lock in the rooms (or a safety box in the rooms).
Good hostel, but there was no one in the reception after 8pm

Stay has been amazing. Its better that individual members get a key for dorm room even if its shared. Also I had to another floor to take shower, it would be much convenient to have it on the same floor
Das Hostel hat eine wundervolle Lage! Die Zimmer sind mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ich war zuerst im Zimmer „hüttenzauber“, ich kann hier nur allen nicht Rauchern abraten! Direkt nebenan ist der Raucherbalkon und das ganze Zimmer inklusive Gepäck stinkt nach 2 Stunden nach Rauch. Als ich gefragt habe, ob ich deshalb das Zimmern wechseln könnte, hat mir das die dame an der Rezeption sofort ermöglicht! Der Aufenthalt ist perfekt für Backpacker! The hostel has a wonderful location! The rooms are equipped with everything you need. I was first in the room hüttenzauber, I can only recommend all non-smokers here! Right next door is the Smoking balcony and the whole room including luggage smells like smoke after 2 hours. When I asked if I could change rooms, the lady at the reception immediately made it possible for me! The stay is perfect for backpackers! I would come back again - in the other room
Good hostel but a bit pricy, but it really has a good location. You're at 5mn by walk from the bus which take you to Neuschwanstein Castle

Really great staff and receptionist! The rooms were nice and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen timings can be a bit more flexible but apart from that, really nice hostel for the price!
Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in dem Hostel. Das einzigste, was uns aufgefallen ist, sind die Zeiten für die Küche und die Duschen. Dadurch ist man ein bisschen eingeschränkt.
We had a super nice stay at the hostel, the only thing we noticed were the times for the kitchen and showers, which makes you a little limited.
Very nice place! Slightly expensive but a great location.
Fab hostel, ideal for what we needed. Beds were comfy, everywhere was clean. Lockers were quite small so could only fit valuables in and keep bags unlocked under the bed. Arrival was from 2pm which was handy and we didn't need to "check in" as such, just received an email with the code to the front door and our room number, and then my debit card was charged with the amount I owed, so very simple process. Would stay again.
Very nice stay. But! The no key and unlocked rooms is quite dangerous. As absolutely anyone off the street can walk in not only can they walk in freely to the luggage room. But anyone can freely walk into your room while you sleep! As they stay unlocked I recommend you switch to a key card system For proper security. Other than that great stay!
Had everything we needed, kitchen and bathroom/shower situation is limited but functional.
鍵付きのロッカーがない点以外はとても良かった。 シャワーやトイレは別部屋。ドライヤー有。タオル貸し出し有。 部屋には洗面台もなくベッドのみ。 立地はとても良い。 同部屋の方々の雰囲気もよく過ごしやすかった。
It was very nice, except for the fact that there was no locked locker.The shower and toilet were in a separate room.The dryer was available.The towel drawer was available.The room had no sink, only a bed.The location was very good.The atmosphere of the roommates was also very pleasant.
Its a nice, clean place. Smoking area on the balcony, and a nice kitchen. problems are the very limited check-in times at the front desk, so you can't go to far if you're earlier. the showers are turned off outside a small window of time, the kitchen no longer functions after 9pm. there's no secure bag storage after checkout. the staff try, but aren't the friendliest. every non-german address is unbelievable to the staff. if they were more flexible with times, they might be worth the money.
Mit Schlafzimmer alles gut. In der Küche könnte es mehr Schüsseln geben. Fahrradstellplatz ganz gut vom Gefühl. Nachts lange recht laut wegen der zentralen Lage, das hat natürlich Vor und Nachteile.
With bedroom everything is fine. In the kitchen there could be more Schüsseln. Fahrradstellplatz quite good vom Gefühl. Nights are very loud because of the central location, this of course has advantages and disadvantages.

Great for a 1-2 nights break to go visit the castles
great location. supplied towel as well and laundry includes soap. could use more secure luggage storage. also didn't appreciate power unavailable in kitchen to use microwave except at certain hours
Gave free bus tickets for town.
Bavaria City Hostel was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The staff were kind and helpful. It’s perfectly located in the old town, just 5 minutes from the train station, 10 minutes by bus to the castles, and 30 minutes to Forggensee. Only downside was the kitchen — electricity shuts off at 9 PM, which isn’t ideal in summer when you return late. Still, it’s a great place to stay and I’d definitely recommend it!
This was a basic place right in the center of a tourist town. No common room for socializing but very clean. Reception is only open for two hours so get there in the early part of the window
