Sauberkeit war sehr schlecht zudem waren die zimmer extrem eng und heiss für so viele Personen.

PIQÛRES D’INSECTES ! Lieu à fuir absolument. _ Personnelles aussi accueillant qu’une porte de prison. _ Escaliers étroits et mal entretenu donc dangereux. _ Chambre (dortoir 6 lits) aussi spacieuses qu’une boîte d’allumettes, murs mal isolés, boulevard bruyant si fenêtre ouverte. _ Piqûres d’insectes sur tout le bras gauche le matin en me réveillant !!!! Voilà, si vous voulez une bonne expérience dans cette ville, ne commencez pas par ici. Cordialement, Tanguy Me...

Struttura improponibile. Il personale è molto scortese e non ha per niente aiutato, ha sempre risposto male ad ogni nostra domanda. La camera era al quinto, con delle scale improponibili agli ospiti. Il bagno della camera aveva un odore nauseante di fogna, non c’era spazio per mettere le valige e gli armadietti erano fuori dalla stanza e di dimensioni davvero ridotte. I letti erano attaccati uno all’altro, e il soffitto molto basso non si riusciva a stare in piedi. Pioveva dentro la stanza.

No es un hostel. No tiene espacios comunes ni tampoco cocina. Las habitaciones son chicas. Los baños no estaban limpios. La limpieza es poco frecuente y mala.

THIS PLACE IS IF YOU JUST WANT A BED AND A VERY SMALL SHOWER. They also lied and someone in my room openly said they were 60. Someone stole my electric toothbrush, why? The location is very good, perfect for going out, a little walk to everything else, but overall was perfect. The staff are nice and accommodating, I had to checkout early and they waited for me. Overall good if you just want to sleep and leave, not a place to stay longer than two nights.

Very sh***y property with no elevator (5th floor with VERY congested stairs). Regarding the stairs, it were so small that not even half foot can be properly placed on them, and forget about taking luggage up 5 floors on them.

The only good thing of this hostel is the location, but for the rest it is the worst experience in hostel so far, no very clean spaces, beds full of bugs, I spoke in reception about it and didn’t even try to solved it

Super caro para lo que es la habitación de 6 camas (pequeña y sin espacio ninguno).

Decor that is damaged and dated, fine, it's a cheapish place for the location. But many bathrooms didn't have soap, and none have any facility for drying hands. The shower head constantly fell down it's bracket (floor 3) making it impossible to use properly. The mattresses were completely compressed with a huge crater in the middle. And the place was just not clean enough, even straight after the cleaner had been through. Female staff were very polite, but male staff were mostly rude.

Lovely first stay in amsterdam. Near everything in the centre. Early check in and free luggage storage on departure day was a bonus. Only thing is if could have a small room with a kettle, microwave and toaster and fridge in maybe in the future.

Très bon accueil, endroit nickel, le seul bémol sont les autres usagers. Ils sont sales et laissent leurs affaires dans la salle de bain commune. Il faut anticiper si quelqu'un d'autre veut aller a la salle de bain en même temps que nous, et marcher sur le sol mouillé qu'ils ont laissé. Le reste est sympa, tout dépend de nos voisins de chambre.

Friendly staff, safe and clean

The staff and the facilities were very nice! The stairs are very steep and often found myself almost falling down, but other than that it was a great place to stay!

We were greeted by a welcoming host, and clean bedding and towels were provided. The room was generally clean, though we found a used snus on top of the cabinet. The location is excellent, located just a short walk from Amsterdam Central Station and nearby shops. I stayed with 3 friends; the room fit us well. However, the "air conditioning" was just a single fan, which made the room unbearably hot. Our request for another fan was denied, so consider this if booking for the summer.

The shower of the rooms isn't well built, the bathroom gets flooded.

Interesting hostel. Beware of the stairs, this is not the place for the elderly. Staff was overall nice. I think it’s a bit expensive for the facilities they have. They do not provide hand soap or anything in the bathrooms which I found a bit questionable. Could have been worse.

The lockers in the rooms are not big enough even to fit a 45litre rucksack so this hostel does not suit you if you are travelling for a period of time. The dormitory that we stayed in was a multi layer arrangement including a step of to the bathroom which presents a trip hazard when stumbling around in the dark as the people you are sharing with are asleep so you can put a light on for fear of disturbing them. El personal no fue amable, las taquillas eran muy pequeñas y el bañó también. Aún así la ubicación era muy buena.

The place is ok to spend the night, but it the common space is not too nice and it is closed at night. Also, it is located in the outside of the city center, making the walk relatively long to the most touristic areas as the red light district

Best Hostel I've ever been, really liked it.

Bathrooms need to be more thoroughly cleaned, they stink of weed. Also after booking a 'mixed room' it should be mixed not 1 female, 4 males.
