DO NOT STAY HERE! The front door was always open, toilets filthy with no ventilation and there was a weird atmosphere with some guests living there. Common room too small and uncomfortable. WARNING: The drains in the ensuite bathroom of 4 bed female dorm absolutely reeked of raw sewage it was dangerous to even be in there so we kept the door shut as much as possible and hoped we weren’t breathing the toxic fumes in our sleep. Disgusting.

Every morning, two staff members would come into the room to change the bedsheets of departing customers. They placed the dirty sheets on my bed, and when I asked why, they claimed it was an accident. However, they continued doing it every day while I was out and only removed them when I asked. The hostel was quite dirty, and the bedsheets smelled odd even when freshly put on the bed. There were too few toilets, resulting in long queues, and the rooms were narrow.

Regrettably, this hostel offers limited amenities for guests. The room is cramped and poorly lit, and appears to have been occupied for an extended period by a previous resident, as evidenced by the abundance of personal belongings in the small space. Additionally, the bathroom emits an unpleasant odor and lacks proper sanitation. The bedding is unclean and the sheets appear to have never been sterilized. Absolute nightmare place. Dirty, broken, and cheap. Receptionists are super nice. For everything else, stay away until they fix and renovate the entire place

Good location, and the bathroom was clean but did smell a little. Apart from that everything was filthy. The entrance hall, the dorm walls by the beds were covered in stains, bed sheets were stained. The vending machine for water is full of mould. Stayed in an 8 person dorm and it was the smallest one I’ve ever stayed in. Terrible value for money will not be returning.

Un des pires hostel que j’ai fait. Des lits tous collé dans une pièce riquiqui. Une salle de bain minuscule. Des personnes qui s’en foutent et ne respectent pas les heures où il faut faire moins de bruit.

Posizione perfetta. Camere eccessivamente piccole, eravamo tutti attaccati, penso 8 persone in meno di 14 metri quadrati. Francamente non lo consiglio. Vero che Amsterdam è costosa, però pagare più di 20 euro a notte (io l’ho pagato 60) è veramente unfair. Inoltre, ritengo molto sbagliato e unusual far pagare 3 euro per depositare il bagaglio per 3 ore dopo il checkout, non è una policy da hostel.

There was black mold in the roof of the bathrooms, the whole place smelled bad and was very moist. There only came boiling hot water from the shower and there was no way of switching the temperature. Lockers in bedrooms where way to small for luggage and we had to store it out in the open. Staff was nice but late in morning and the beds were alright.

No alcohol which I thought was silly for Amsterdam but for the price it’s a good clean stay!

Don’t really recommend staying here unless you have to. The atmosphere was horrible at the time I was there, the showers/toilets were filthy and had cold water (this was in autumn so it was freezing) and the rooms were so musky and crammed full of people. On the other hand the beds were quite comfortable but that would be the only good thing I’d have to say apart from a great location.

Very poor facilities. 2 showers for the entire hostel. Bunk beds are dangerous as unsecured. Would not come back

Very good hostel perfect for solo travellers. I was with me and 2 friends in a 12 person room. Everyone else in there was solo travellers which makes it easy to meet people. Room was perfect condition and clean. Only complaint is the room was very hot however they do have plenty of fans in the room to try and counter that

Best selling points are the location and the security.

Ottima posizione, peccato per le scale un po impraticabili gia con gli zaini,figurati con delle valige. gli armadietti nella stanza erano molto piccoli e i letti troppo attaccati per i miei guasti. altra nota negativa un bagno solo per troppe persone. Però per 2 notti è stato fattibile.

The room was very small(6-bed) and the toilet was also small and shared with another floor. The narrow, steep stairs are challenging for anyone with foot problems. I only slept there at night and rested for 40 minutes in the afternoon, but during that time( afternoon), three staff members entered the room: one for cleaning at 20:30 (which should normally be done in the morning), another to check something, and the last to prepare a bed that had been forgotten.The reciptinist was kind.

BELLISSIMO. OTTIMO. zona perfetta, ci siamo trovi molto molto bene. super pulito, ogni giorno venivano effettuate le pulizie. bagni comodi e puliti, uno per ogni piano. sicuramente quando farò ritorno in questa città bellissima prenderò in considerazione di rialloggiare qui!!!!

Overall it was really worth the money. But there are 1 toilet per floor and it is not enough and they are not very clean. But besides that it was really good.

Nice area of amsterdam to stay, hostel just felt very crammed with not a lot going on. Also stairs were very steep and narrow especially when carrying big backpacks

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed. The rooms are very small, with no space to hang out or relax. Additionally, the staff was not friendly or welcoming. The location is also inconvenient, as it's about a 20-minute tram ride from the city center. I would not recommend staying here.

This place was an all right hostile. It definitely wasn’t one of the nicer ones and the location was a little bit far from downtown Amsterdam. The staff was very nice, but the facilities needed to be cleaned a little bit and there are not a lot of bathrooms so be prepared to wait in line. On the other hand, the people we stayed with were very nice, but since Amsterdam is known for their small apartments, it was a little smaller hostel with more people.

En general todo bastante bien, salvo que la ducha dura segundos y así se hace imposible, el resto ok
